First time at this Cote restaurant ...nice setting...staff very attentive...food was lovely as always...i'm gluten free so can recommend as have lots of choice and staff were knowledgable...i will definately go back but in summer when we can enjoy the cosmopolitan feel to West Bridgford main street

Been going to Cote West Bridgford since it opened a good few years ago. The staff are always super friendly, the food never disappoints, and it doesn’t cost a fortune. Makes a meal out an occasion.

Food very nice however: Ordered starter & within 5 mins main arrived as we had just started starters. Rose, not very nice. Waiter didn’t seem interested. Service not good, very distant.

Lovely anniversary meal, very special, the food was lovely and they gave us 2 complimentary drinks for our Anniversary. Wonderful.

Side order of whole beans overcooked, cold and Kharki in colour. My party didn’t want to make ‘a fuss’ ! I thought you would rather know. The rest of the food was small in portion and average.

Love coming to this place! The staff know who we are now and vice versa, it’s just makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable because we have a lovely catch up with them. Bubbly atmosphere, good background music, excellent service and AMAZING food.

Food was really good, service was a little slow and the noise made it difficult to hear people the other side of the table / waitress to hear the orders.

We were seated at a tiny table at the front of the restaurant despite the place not being all that full. Food was excellent but service a little bit strange as the waiter had a very thick accent and kept disappearing off. No salt and pepper on the table. Was a little bit annoyed with the 12.5% gratuity charge. I would tip but would like this to be optional and only if the service is good. Coffee also excellent.

We were a party of nine and were well looked after. Everybody was happy with their choice of food. Well cooked and generous portions. A big plus was that everybody received their food within minutes of each other, despite the fact that that there was a wide variety of dishes ordered. It was quite noisy, but it was a Saturday night so this was to be expected. Orders were taken efficiently and with good humour. A very fine experience.

A very nice meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Very easy to park. Our second visit to a Cote Brasserie and again it was a very enjoyable experience.

Sadly my main course of fillet steak, which I ordered cooked medium arrived rare. I sent it back and it was cooked, so more of it was medium. Unfortunately the steak was still not cooked through to medium, and I left a reasonable amount on my plate. To be fair, the manager did take the item off the bill. The rest of the visit was a pleasant as always, and hopefully this was just a one off issue

Normally our experience at this restaurant is satisfactory, but on this occasion the service was very slow my husband had to get up from his seat three times to get the attention of the waitress! Most of the food was ok I had the swordfish a little on the bland side my husband had sirloin steak which was excellent but the cold frites and sides let the meal down. I would go back but probably when they next change the menu ! To top it off a 12% service charge is added irrespective of the level of service rather than a reward for good service This may be your issue !!

So glad we chose Cote Brasserie again! We were a table of 6 on a Saturday night and had another great experience. Great buzz in the restaurant, great food, not rushed and the waitress happy, patient and attentive. Thank you again!

Fantastic service as always particularly with our baby. Its refreshing for restaurants to engage and accommodate dining with a little one, makes it so much more enjoyable for all concerned!

The food was great but it was only four of us and they charged 12% for the service.

The waiting time was not good today but we were apologised to in advance, kept informed and dealt with so well by the staff that it did not feel an issue. A special mention to Zina (pregnant lady from the Philippines). She is an excellent waitress and should receive a special award for excellent client service. Chloe, Theo and Pops

Enjoyed the food but the waiting time between starter and mains was far too long. Only after querying this were we told there was a delay in the kitchen. However staff were very apologetic and even without requesting it there was a reduction in the bill. I would try Cote again in the hope our experience will be better next time.

Valentine's night was as busy as can be expected, but our service was outstanding. The food which was delicious, arrived at a steady pace. Brilliant, the best restaurant in west bridgford.

Very disappointing. Food poor. Slightly surly service . Mussels the worst I’ve had. Bread cost extra. No toilet roll in loo. Be reluctant to come back. Don’t like automatic inclusion on bill of típ.

I had requested a quiet table owing to my mother's age and dislike of background music and this was provided. We were allowed to take our time which was nice. Disabled toilet was nearby. Food came promptly and was delicious - great coffee too! Ambiance and general atmosphere were very good - tables not too close.

We had a wonderful experience at Côte in West Bridgford. The food was simply outstanding and the waiter was knowledgable and couldn’t do enough for us. The best restaurant this side of Nottingham.

Excellent in every way! Thank you once again for delicious, beautifully cooked French cuisine. Impeccable service. A really lovely experience.
