As you would expect from a good restaurant, the food and the service were great even in the busy Saturday evening our company of six went to dine. Well done team!

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was lunchtime and so not busy and therefore quiet which was perfect for chatting. We all love the menu and enjoyed our lunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, seated at a window table overlooking the pink waters of the central fountain, supporting Breast Cancer awareness. Staff were friendly and polite and ready to respond to our drink and food selections. Service was good, and food tasty, although on the down side both of the steaks were overcooked. Nice menu selection. The Beef Bourguignon, a dish missing from many menus, was particularly tasty. All in all a nice place for lunch or dinner, and we will return.

Amazing food, good ambience. Greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who could not be more polite or helpful. The restaurant was busy and I anticipated a long w as it. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was very well presented. It was very good food and value for money. Can't recommend it highly enough. Excellent meal!!!

Haven't been here in a while but decided to return this lunchtime with my family. We found all the staff very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The food was excellent and the service prompt. The only thing that lost one star from our visit was the wait for the bill!

It would have been pleasant on an early Sunday evening not to have been greeted by a very nice waitress/manager to be told we have run out of the following Sea Bass Pork Belly Glazed Carrots Golden Beetroot Whilst I appreciate it is not the server's fault it does put a dampener on an evening meal even before you have ordered. The service however was very good!!

I was very disappointed with the poor service received at the Welwyn brasserie for my birthday brunch 29th Sept for my family of 10 and was embarrassed to have invited my family to experience such a lack of professionalism. Though I expected some delay with the large party involved it was very very slow and getting our initial drinks order took forever and then they were obviously forgotten about as had to chase them. My food was cold and then could not find a waiter to pay at the end of the visit. Please employ more staff on a Sunday!!

Always a tasty good meal at Cote. However this time I brought a larger party with greater demands. In particular my parents wanted music turned down as they are hard of hearing, and more water as one needed to drink more for health reasons. Plus extra requests for more jam, mustard and extra hot coffee. All requests were received well and dealt by our excellent waitress and her colleagues with respect and expediency. Thank you. Very happy.
