Post Christmas catch up lunch with a friend. I had prawn gratinee and duck. Both tasty and hot. Our goto restaurant in WGC 😀

Always a good standard guaranteed with both the food and the service. I don't give full marks unless I am blown away by the experience. Best chain restaurant in any location at the moment.

We had breakfast after finishing the xmas shopping- the crepes with eggs, bacon and cheese were delicious and good value as part of the breakfast offer. No chocolate on the cappuccino though so, strictly speaking, not actually a cappuccino...the addition of that sprinkle would have got a six star review!

A lovely meal, however, all garnishes should be named on the menu. One of the party has an allergy to paprika which was used to garnish (purely for "looks") her haddock dish.....the staff dealt with the matter efficiently but it did mean that we did not all eat our main dishes at the same time.

This is, I think, the third time we have had a get-together with friends for lunch and probably the sixth time my wife and I have eaten at Côte. We all had differing dishes from all four menus provided and all commented on how much they enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent. The only slight problem was noise; particularly for me who depends partly on a hearing aid; but that would entail more soft furnishing which would change the ambience so I am being a bit harsh. Thanks for a great time: we'll be back.

A family brunch to celebrate my 60th. Food good quality and value as always. Staff attentive and very helpful with our one year old grandson.

My husbands starter was tepid, my duck and our guests duck had so little heat it was cold by the time we’d nearly finished eating, the potatoes tepid again, the duck was tough. We have been to cotes several times, and recommended it to others, but if this had been our first visit, I wouldn’t have gone again

Nice food, good environment. Moved us to a quieter table without fuss as where we were originally was close a large rather noisy group of ladies! Service a little slower than usual but not surprising this near Christmas. Overall a nice meal.

I love coming to Cote and am a regular customer but recently the service has been patchy and my friends food was cold. My mum has 2 similar experiences of cold food. My dish was delicious and hot - I had the ravioli from the prestige menu. I usually think it is excellent value for money and very tasty food. I love the seasonal menu. Sadly there was extensive drilling going on from building above which was throughout the meal - think we should have been alerted to this.

Our 41st Wedding Anniversary lunch, the staff were very attentive.

Very slow service. Several big parties and only one waitress in the whole restaurant. Ordering was messy. Food didnt turn up at the same time. My mushroom risotto tasted crunchy as if it had been sitting around for hours. Sorry to say this we are regulars at Cote so Im sad to say this and hope it was a bad hair day. Hope it will be better next time.

Sunday lunch here at our favourite restaurant. Quite busy but no drop in level of service. Had the french onion soup and steak. Both hot, tasty and reasonably priced. Great! 👍

Unfortunately we waited along time for our main courses and when it did come out it was cold which I sent back when it came back out it was still not what I would call hot and you could also tell they had just thrown it in the microwave as the sauce has gone funny round the side of the plate. The waiter was nice and it wasn’t his fault and he did offer me a free desert it’s just a shame the main course was not up to expectations

We had wonderful service for a table of nine, including two children. The food was served to us all at the same time by smiling and helpful people.
