We had a very good meal at a very good price! The service was excellent and we will definitely go back.

As always the food was excellent but the service was slower but I think was due to a large group in the upstairs restaurant.

We remarked during lunch that the service is consistently strong, friendly and personable. The food is also consistently of a very high standard. Best value in town!

Had a lovely celebration dinner with my family . You never disappoint the art ice is always fabulous and so is the food . The brandy is good too !

A pleasant afternoon eating and chatting to other customers who we have met in the Cote Tunbridge Wells from time to time.

Arrived early, but still greeted well and able to accomodate

As usual reliable and good choice of menu's and prices served by friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately when I visited all 3 cubicles in the ladies toilets were in a mess. Sadly this is not the fault of the staff but the dirty customers. Why is it so hard to pull a chain I wonder? I mentioned this to a member of staff who said she'd get it seen to.

As always, lovely service - the right mix of professional and friendly. The food was, for the most part, excellent. However, there is a fundamental problem in the kitchen when it comes to deep-frying. Sorry, your frites are never quite what they could, and should, be. I.e. they should be far crispier and they never are. The only other comment is that while the guinea hen itself was beautifully cooked, the saute potatoes were undercooked and flabby and the dish as a whole was too salty. And a little more spinach wouldn't hurt - and wouldn't break the bank. I mention this because you get so much right and do it so much better than other chains, the avoidable flaws are that much more apparent. Finally - please tell Head Office to do something about the acoustics! All it needs is acoustic panelling and then your guests will be able to hear each other when the restaurant is busy. Attentive staff, good food and nice ambience. All told a pleasant evening had.

I was impressed on arrival that we were greeted promptly and the special request made on our online booking to be seated upstairs was acknowledged and acted upon. Service was very good and the waitress that served us was very attentive and pleasant. We were left to eat our meal in piece after being asked if everything was okay. The experience was made all the better by our January booking complimentary bottle of wine.

Lovely meal however portion sizes seem to have got smaller and the music was too loud for a relaxing afternoon meal

I've come to expect a high standard of well cooked seasonal food and was not disappointed. The staff were very professional and coped with with a very busy Saturday night.

The food was delicious, the service although slow was brilliant, the staff where helpful and friendly. The food came out faster than we expected, it was so tasty and well presented. We had the fillet steak with side of carrots and green beans, the chicken breast with Creamy mushroom sauce along with yummy potatoes,. My husband had the chocolate mousse and he said it was the best he had ever had! High praise indeed. I had the coffee latte to finish which was smooth and prefect end for me. Only down side was the restaurant was super noisy but did quiet be down after 8.30 when the restaurant cleared out for the theatre guests that were there.

I organised a group lunch for 23 members of a walking group based on the good service and experience last year. The staff cannot be faulted in their efforts to run a very professional appearance in every respect from the planning stage through to meal service. All the bills were prepared individually and none of us had to wait for them to be calculated. Everyone was happy with their food which was served seamlessly. A praiseworthy effort on the part of what I know is a very popular eatery in Tunbridge Wells. My thanks to all those involved.

The meal itself was nice enough, but we found it very expensive. My mums pork belly came out cold and had to be sent back, you charge a lot for the sauces to go with the steak and the although the service was good the service charge was a lot more than we would normally pay and I would have like to have been given the option to add our own. Also the table was a bit cramped, there was 7 of us sitting on a table for 6

CÔTE is one of the best restaurants in Tunbridge wells for value and quality. They have a lovely team... GM Krista who is efficient and hardworking ensuring all guests are looked after and happy! Her staff are well trained and polite. Assistant manager Gabriella is a gem, we love them all we love the restaurant. So enjoyed our anniversary on 9th January today returned for delicious yummy chateaubriand!! Thank you Cote Tunbridge Wells loves you ! Levitha xx

Welcoming atmosphere, main course choice on pre-theatre menu not quite so popular with us this time, but overall good quality food, good size portions and good value. We’ll be back soon!
