Lovely welcome, as always and great food. Perfect way to have a Birthday lunch.

Good food and service. Good choice of menu and drinks.

Had the early evening menu. Restaurant was busy but the food and service were very good. Will definitely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was brilliant too. Bill was a bit more than anticipated but not worried as such a great evening. Thanks to all the staff that looked after us.

I have been to many Cote restaurants and always been pleased. Unfortunately not this time. Chose prestige menu and paid extra for rib eye steak. So tough it was inedible. Sent it back and it was replaced with cheaper onglet. No apologies initially. Luckily the restaurant manager was on the ball and apologised profusely for our dining experience and removed the charge. There seemed to be Al lack of communication between waiting staff and kitchen. So, thank you to a good restaurant manager.

Pleasantly efficient service. Meals well cooked, tasty and satisfying. Rather long staircase will need to be climbed if seated upstairs or needing to visit the toilets.

Attentive staff despite how full the restaurant became for early lunch. Vegetarian breakfast is delicious but because an avocado is included the plate isn't hot and breakfast was tepid. I suggest this goes on a separate plate. I didn't have the inclusive fruit juice so could have been offered toast and jam which is available if asked for as one slice of sough dough was minimal. Don't bother with a cappuccino as it was mainly froth and therefore tepid...the staff replaced this with a one shot Americano which was good.

Great place to eat..especially if then going to Trinity theatre. Nice buzzy atmosphere without being too loud to interfere with own conversations! Menu options, variety, price range great and even have Gluten Free. Food is delicious ..well cooked and nicely presented. Only small comment ..having ordered duck confit...totally missed it came just on bed of cabbage with no other veg....waiter could have asked if we wanted any potatoes or sides. That said ...highly recommend for any time of day!

The food was excellent, the taste wonderful. However the issue was that it was only just lukewarm, which spoiled the whole meal. As the staff were dashing around there was no chance of bringing this to their notice and when I did mention it, it was ignored. The other issue was that we were celebrating a birthday and thought we could spend time with a relaxing meal and good company, but instead we were rushed through our meal as if there was a race as to how quickly the staff could get rid of us; we might well have been out within half an hour if we hadn't still had our bottle of wine and a dessert to go. Such a shame that our evening was spoiled for these reasons.

I love Cote and do visit on average about once a month. I love the steak frites and creme caramel! However on several occassions the steak comes to the table cold. If only Tunbridge Wells Cote could warm the plates then this would keep the steak warmer if not ideally HOT! The chips were hot. Hence my 5 out of 6 star review.

We often dine here before going round the corner to see a play at the Trinity Theatre. We have always been greeted and served by a team of charming and efficient staff who are very willing to engage in conversation when time allows. We enjoy speaking with the staff as they have come from different parts of the EU and we are pleased they are here in Tunbridge Wells to make our eating experience pleasurable! We have found the service to be rapid even as the Cote gets busier with the servers attuned to the needs of the clients as they finish each course.

We were on a tight time schedule due to attending the Theatre. Cote served very good food to us all with every consideration prompt....although swift..by no means ‘conveyor belt fashion’. As always they delivered well and didn’t let us down.

I love the food At Cote and the service is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are always very efficient.

We often lunch at different branches of Cote and are never disappointed. Yesterday my haddock croquettes and sea bream were both very good. The restaurant has a nice buzzy atmosphere and the staff were pleasant and attentive.

We had a lovely time at Cote Brasserie Tunbridge Wells on Wednesday 26 February 2020. The staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. We took advantage of the early bird menu which was great value. 10/10 Paul & Sue

Excellent meal, good atmosphere and service! Always enjoy our visits, menu always has a good selection and cannot resist finishing up with apple crumble.

They were too busy and couldn’t cope with it. 2 of our party didn’t receive their food until the rest had nearly finished, when it arrived it was cold. Very disappointing.

a very enjoyable experience(my first time in Tunbridge wells).the young lady who served us was smart ,polite & very pleasant.my only criticism would be that to charge £3.15 for 4 carrots £3.35for a few beans & £3.35 for potato gratin is too steep. Overall we all enjoyed our meal & will very likely visit again
