Consistently good - never disappointed when we go to Cote. Although the venue does echo - so not ideal for my elderly father who is hard of hearing and struggles to hear conversation above the noise. But overall good food and great service.

As always the food was very good. We went in for the vegetarian breakfast which is a good variety of items, we particularly like the in house veggie sausage which is very tasty.

As uaual the food and service was first rate and the restaurant very busy. Pity that there were no window seats over the midday period

Very nice food and ambience. Just a slight hiccup when trying to claim our complimentary French 75s but might have been my fault with not reading the small print. Substitute complimentary Kir royales very welcome

Very well organized this time the restaurant was busy but the service was quick. The food was to a good quality much better than normal 👍

For the first time ever the food was less than perfect. Both the potatoes and the asparagus were undercooked and a little too hard. This affected the flavour too. The crème caramel was divine as always and the salmon was also delicious.

Service was great, very helpful. Food was as I would expect from Cote. My daughter wanted steak and fries and that’s what she got to a good standard.

I had a long hair in my starter, the waiter did not apologise. So not great also very slow to be seated although we had booked.

Warm welcome from all staff, good food and friendly service from everyone. Always a pleasure to dine here would heartily recommend this restaurant. Look forward to going again soon.

Had a lovely light lunch, mussels and lovely bread. Was quite full so just a delightful coffee to finish. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The menu is quite extensive but we were not hungry enough to take advantage of it but will return soon.

Friendly greeting. Free aperitive had to be asked for - tasty but I think the Gin was rather whort! The Lamb was well cooked and very good but the accompaning vegatables had too much salt. My wife thought the Monkfish was excellant and we both loved the Crepes. See you soon.

I booked for early supper with a friend and both enjoyed the complementary gin aperitif which was this month's offer. We both chose the monkfish wrapped in bacon with mushroom and spinach....delicious flavours! We had green beans and potato gratin to share. Our choice of dessert was Creme brûlée and chocolate fondant. Each hit the spot for us. We both agreed it was one of the best meals we had had.

Service was very good and efficient. I had duck which was plentiful and beautifully cooked. The whole meal was very good. We did find it very noisy and hence difficult to hold a conversation but maybe we are just getting too old.

Fab service and food as always. The staff here are fantastic. Be back soon! :)

The waiting staff were exceptionally pleasant which makes all the difference. My group had a very enjoyable meal in a comfortable environment. My only reservation would be that as a vegetarian I think you should expand / review your menu to give more options than the year on year risotto vert! There are other options! Many thanks

It is always such a pleasure to go to Cote in Tunbridge Wells, they have an exceptionally good team and very welcoming Managers especially Krista, the GM (apologies if I have not spelt her name correctly ). The Presitage Menu is a bargain do try the seafood linguine or pork tendlion they are delicious! Remember to book as it is not easy to get a table without a booking! Keep it up Cote, you are our favourite!!

As usual the food was good quality and lovely combinations of flavour. We thought the service was a little slow today and the staff gave the impression of being rather lack lustre. Not a smiley face between them. But we wont stop going as we think Cote is one of the best deals in town

The Côte Brasserie Tunbridge Wells has a lovely atmosphere and offers a good menus including gluten free options . Nicr wines and excellent service what more could you ask for ! You won’t be disappointed.

we had =such a lovelt tie at the Cote tinbridge wells. we started with french onion soup -which unfortunately wasn't the best but still OK, the calamari was amazing as were the mains - very happy with the service. it was rather noisy in the restaurant but that was because it was sooooo busy.. and a Saturday night!

Cote Tunbridge Wells is always a pleasant experience. A well run place, friendly efficient staff and the food is dependably good with an excellent choice.

Usual very pleasant experience, at a reasonable cost for three courses. nice wine perhaps a bit expensive (5 euros in a French supermarket?) but overall very satisfactory. Nice coffee at the end.

We reserved a table for lunch by a window which was granted. However spacing was quite ‘cosy’ with the neighbouring tables. It was quite easy to overhear adjoining conversation without trying. Despite that, the set lunch was delicious and service was good too.

Food quality was really low. We felt like a production line on Mothers Day. Food Didn’t seem freshly cooked apart from the eggs. Service was still good.

Great food and even better value for money. We had a set menu with many options appearing to us. There was a slight delay in service, but as this was Valentines, the restaurant was very busy!

Very prompt and good service but please PLEASE allow customers to season their food to their own liking. I personally prefer the taste of the good food and ingredients and don't need it doused in pepper to disguise the taste.

Great service and delicious food. A clean and welcoming environment with good lighting, and tasteful decoration. Lots of choice of delicious food from different menus and the set menus are great value.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Vegan and vegetarian menu was great, so good to find in a French restaurant.

The service and helpfulness of the staff was excelent especially as we had a guest in a wheelchair. my only concern that the chicken and walnut salad which I order at every Cote as not as good as normal - the chicken was rather tough and the greenery seems to grow in relation to the other ingredients.

Never ever disappointed it cotes another lovely meal with a complimentary blood orange martini thrown in. Don’t ever eat anywhere else now still lots to choose from that I haven’t tried.

Having been to Cote many times since it arrived in Tunbridge Wells, this was not a good experience. We were a table of fours ladies the Resturant was not half full, yet the stuff were struggling!!! I had to keep asking for menus, or when our meal was coming. When our main courses did eventually arrive mine had asparagus, my friend didn’t, it was a totally inedible mush resembling grual of rice pudding !!! One friend was gluten free, but she and the fourth person had to send their fish pie back, again tasteless and runny. Not a good experience

Food was lovely- we had the set lunch menu. Gluten free option was available giving me lots of choice which is very rare with set menus. Service was good and price was very good value

A very romantic atmosphere, delicious food; the perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day! The service was excellent as always and the food really good. I highly recommend the chicken in bacon.

We had a weekday lunch and chose from the prestige set menu. They had a gluten free menu ready for me. Service was very attentive and welcoming. All three courses were enjoyed by both of us, including moulds au cider, crottin goats cheese, sea bass and pork belly (with some delicious pommels duphinoises). We always enjoy our meals at Cote Tunbridge Wells and this was another very good lunch.

Lovely family meal this evening. Friendly and attentive staff and well-prepared and tasty food. WE have been coming here periodically for years, and feel Côte has got better. Only thing that would make it better wold be a few more menu choices/variations
