So happy to see Cote reopened after lockdown. It was excellent as always.
Lovely day wonderful meal with my best friends, so glad you're back Cote
Lovely to have Cote back open again. Charming staff, great food, what is not to love.

Lovely to be able to dine at Côte again. Great food and service
Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Service a bit slow tonight but to be expected as not opened for a long time. Steak a bit tough but enjoyed tomato salad. Will return soon!
Very well organised and great service. Good effort on the first day of opening.
First day of reopening and straight back to their usual high standard, great food, great staff and great service.
I came here for my 18th birthday yesterday and the service was amazing . Staff is very smiley and kind and the service was fast and the food was amazing .
We were a party of 7, including an 11 year old. All of us enjoyed all our meals - especially my grandson and his massive coteburger! Only one slight wrinkle - we were not offered our complimentary cocktails. Perhaps next Time? Thanks for good food. CM
The early evening menu was great value for money as usual. Food standard is consistently good. Service was also great and not too long to wait.
Had a good meal it is were we like to go all way made welcome and food very good only drawback very noisy but not a lot can be done will not stop us going
Another lovely meal at Cote. Friendly staff and reasonable value. Good selection of dishes, and good with toddlers in tow given it's a large lively restaurant.
This was a pre theatre lunch and the venue was very handy for the theatre and the lunch was very enjoyable. One if our party required gluten free and it was great to have a specific menu for him rather than just a few items marked gluten free on the main menu !
We have had a great time at Cote, Tunbridge Wells this lunchtime. Great food and such helpful, friendly staff. We had a table for 8 and nothing was too much trouble.

The food was presented very well and tasted delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and made our evening even more enjoyable.
had a great evening, fabulous food and great service as usual.
So wonderful to end the weekend at our favourite restaurant .. delicious food ... steak done to perfection and my linguine was very much better than ob Friday, well done chef! But special mention for Gabriella who is always welcoming smiling and simply the perfect hostess / manager! Côte you are lucky! Looking forward to my next visit xxx
Good food and service. Noisy table slightly spoilt the meal.
All the staff are very friendly and efficient. We visit often for a meal before the theatre and are always delighted with the food and service. Great value for money.
As always great food and friendly efficient service. Never let's us down!
Efficient, friendly staff and vegetarian menu was offered as I had asked online booking for this. Omelette with frites was a lovely surprise for both of us.
Cote is always reliable - good value, tasty, well cooked food, pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Particularly like the pissaladiwre and the mains. No pressure on time either
Very good meal at a reasonable price, it's a restaurant that I would recommend strongly. The only word of criticism is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy but that is no fault of the restaurant. This will obviously improve when it's warm enough to sit outside.
Delicious food with lots of lovely choices on the menu. Good friendly service. A bit noisy and tables a bit close together for any private conversation.
A lovely evening with great food and service. The waiter found out it was my birthday, brought a pudding with a candle on the house.... lovely touch and made it very special. We always visit Cotes before the theatre, a great start to the evening!
The quality of the food, the varitety of the menu and the attentiveness of the staff never ceases to amaze me. Each of our dishes were delicious A first class experience
Helpful staff. , always willing to cater for food allergies, always delicious
Super service - lovely food - perfect evening and will defiantly return :)
Lovely friendly staff they even brought out my husbands pudding with a candle in as we had mentioned it was his birthday! Always have a good meal here and lots of choices for everyone.
Very enjoyable night in a lovely place with great service as the food arrived extremely quickly.
Can’t believe what fabulous service and food we always get always a pleasure The menu great hot food and always fresh Good service and value Thank you
Positive: The best steak frites in Tunbridge Wells. Negative: The 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill is annoying, even if it is worth it.
Good food, good wine, good service, good price! My wife and I enjoyed another nice pre-theatre meal last night. Especially good were the rib eye steaks. Only downside for us was the brainless musak in the background - very annoying, impossible to hear and rubbish anyway!!
I love Cote, normally service is brilliant. Tonight booked table for 6pm. Plenty of time to get to Assembly Hall for 7,30. Service so slow, had to ask for dessert twice, bill twice. 5min rush to the the threatre. Very disappointed.
Very nice meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. There was a very slight delay in serving our main course but it was very busy at the time. However, without prompting or complaint from us, the manager came over, apologised and provided a free drink which was very much appreciated. We are regulars at the Tunbridge Wells branch and have never had a bad experience. First class, efficient and friendly service.
Delicious food, as always, excellent service and great atmosphere. Went for a pre-theatre supper. 6.15 booking for a 8.00 curtain-up worked very well for three courses, but no coffee. Complimentary Kir Royale available in connection with the theatre tickets, which was a nice treat.
Fantastic food from a large choice, excellent service with friendly staff and very good value for money. Very well worth a visit any day of the week but booking advisable as it gets very busy.
We had a lovely relaxed lunch in the sunshine today. The food was really good and service was perfectly pleasant. Great value for money. Why wouldn’t you go to Cotes.
Thank you, lovely meal it was delicious and wonderful staff x
Really really good experience. Attentive service, everyone very customer focused. Food great quality and reasonable price. Nothing to fault, it was busy but everyone was cared for equally! Well done all the staff
The food was lovely, the service was great and it was good value for money.
Lovely food nice atmosphere fair price. Really pleased there was a vegan and vegetarian menu. Our wine was lovely as well.
Slow service and food not up to standard. Mussels were rubbery and tasteless. Asked three times for the card machine, waiting 25 minutes.
Great value menu at 13.50 for three lovely course - the boeuf en croute was excellent - as was the service. As always a lovely experience!
Excellent food and atmosphere. Excellent handling of celiac disease. Service for drinks and food order was a bit slow but arrived promptly after being taken. Cheerful waiter.
I have eaten here on many occasions and the food is always lovely . However this time the service was not great, we arrived at 5.30 for a pre theatre meal and did not get our main meal until 6.30 and that was because we asked where it was so the end of the meal felt very rushed which was a shame .
We had a 2 course set menu at £11.90 Plenty of choice. Attentive waiting staff. Would recommend. We had the £11.90 menu - delicious Chicken liver parfait with sourdough bread lightly battered whitebait two in our party had the chicken and really enjoyed it - i had a very tasty fish. excellent coffee.
Once again a great experience. Cote does not behave like a chain. More like an independent.
Food was fine but the service was exceptional. Made a real effort for my partners birthday and the ambience was great. would reccomend above many "fancier" resteraunts
Busy Monday night, lovely meal, very attentive staff, can't fault it
