Had a great meal in a nice atmosphere. Food was excellent as usual.

This was my second time at this restaurant and although again very good it wasn't as excellent as my first time there. The service was a little haphazard but they were exceptionally busy so I put it down to that. The bill was delayed in getting to us also which meant we had to rush to get to our show at 7.30. However,​ I would definitely go back again and wouldn't let this put me off.

Authentic French style food, simply delicious. varied choice and great value.

We had booked early as we were going to theatre. This branch of Cote is a regular venue for us pre-theatre. The delightful Manager showed us to our table (of our choice) and very quickly had a waitress come and attend to us. They were incredibly busy as I think almost every diner was going to the same show. They were efficient with the service and the food was excellent. At no time did we feel hurried despite having only just over an hour available. We were particularly impressed by the Manager who seemed to be very caring of her staff but was equally busy herself doing whatever was needed to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

Excellent service and the best value for money in Tunbridge Wells. Delicious, authentic French food in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. You can’t ask for more!

Service very good and attentive, particularly as many of the diners were going to a 7.15 screening at the Trinity Theatre which is a short walk from the restaurant. The waiting staff seemeed to have time for everybody.

Excellent food and service, perfect all round. I always enjoy the set menu as there are always some good things to choose between and the waiters are never pushy.

Lovely atmosphere, quite busy lunch time. Good food, average service but nothing bad, mostly a problem with the language barrier between customer and waiting staff.

Helpful manager nice food would try again but choose a different menu weekend specials were very small portions

This is a lovely little restaurant. The food is great and well presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my steak and the praline crepe was exquisite! As always, good service can make the difference between a poor experience and an excellent one regardless if the food - Cote's service is friendly, prompt and welcoming. Thanks!

Table was upstairs which I never enjoy as much. £100 bill inc 12.5% surcharge which is high as service went downhill once the upstairs emptied

Breakfast was great, the coffee is particularly tasty and the portion size is generous. Very good value. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will happily return

The service was very good! The leeks in my Fish Parmieri were hard an under cooked although the pie had a lovely flavour.. I always enjoy going to Cote.

Good food and service. The only niggle for me is the hard chairs. My aunt would like to have the steak frites but always ends up with a tough gristly steak so has given up on that.

Excellent lunch service & food. Even though a Monday the restaurant was busy. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable lunch. The special Duck Confit was good.

Nice food- had the mushroom and spinach crepes. The tables were quite tightly packed together which made it a bit noisy. A bit draughty when the door was opened.

Cote was packed so glad I booked. Service still perfect and green risotto freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Cote in Tunbridge Wells is a favourite of mine.

Very happy with the experience. Polite and courteous staff, but the croque monsieur was disappointing. The chocolate pot was as delicious as ever, and the 'Americano' excellent.

Very friendly and attentive staff, the early evening menu is tasty and good value. Given how busy the restaurant was others obviously agree with me!

As always - excellent service from reception to table. Good, varied menu the duck liver pate and moules frites were delicious (as were the Pernod and the large Chablis, thank you!) We'll be back!

We dined at Cote on Saturday with some friends and we had a lovely meal. We ate early and were seated upstairs which was very nice. Food was great and service very good particularly our waitress Isabella, very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return

Warm welcome. Good atmosphere, not too noisy! Attentive staff, but not too intrusive. Met an old friend, so probably spent longer there than most people, but not made to feel uncomfortable. Good food. Great value.

The pre-theatre dinner was enjoyable and very reasonably priced. I had Eggs Benedict followed by haddock. The atmosphere was buzzing with other theatergoers and the service, despite the number of people in, was fast and enthusiastic.

This was our 3rd visit so we know what to expect. Good reasonably priced menu with something for everyone. Pleasant service without being too much. Will come again.

Very pleasant Mother's day meal, mid afternoon on a Sunday. Great food as I've come to expect from the Cote group. Good table in a corner our of the rush, service friendly, though they did forget a sourdough bread side dish, was just as well because everything else was very filling!

Excellent food and service; took the family over for a Mother’s Day early dinner with. 3&5 year old and had a special meal to round off the special day.

Good food and wine at a good price. One thing I would compare about is the garlic on the Calamari. It way to overpowering.

The food was excellent and the quality was evident. It was a busy lunch time and this reflected on the service, with the team stretched to balance the constant needs of the customers.

We took my mother here for mother's day brunch. Overall it was a good experience however the champagne, juice, hot drinks and food were all delivered to our table at the same time. We were expecting the champagne first or for the drinks to be a little staggered. The food was very good.

Fantastic food and wine !! Good and friendly service. Only small problem was the 12.5% service charge! Makes the overall bill a bit expensive. And I would like to leave the amount I feel comfortable with.

My chosen dish was unfortunately not available and the crowded restaurant was fairly noisy, but the service was efficient and friendly and we all enjoyed our meals.

We went for a pre theatre meal. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. The set menu is extremely reasonable in terms of price and, unlike some set menus, also has a good selection.

We went for early evening, pre theatre meal. The restaurant was really busy but the staff coped so well. Remained cheerful and helpful (despite some unwarranted provocation from a table near us). Food good, especially steak which had a small surcharge.
