A bit slow when busy but food always of a high quality and consistent. More shade needed in outside seating area as it was hot sitting inside

Ate here before going to a performance at the Trinity Theatre, just along the road. Chose from the pre-theatre set menu. Fast, efficient service, delicious food

Good experience. Food excellent but some delay in drinks arriving. This problem was dealt with well by staff who were very professional. Will be returning.

Always lovely in Cote, good atmosphere and helpful and happy staff. We went for the free bottle incentive which I have to say was exceptionally good soft pink rose from southern france. Loved it! Will order again! They always have a great selection of french wines which are all very good indeed. Thank you!

We had a severe allergy person in our group which was dealt with very well so that she wasn’t left to feel awkward and had a lovely meal too. Thankyou.

Waited over half an hour for main course and dessert also took a long time to arrive. In all spent two hours in restaurant for two course meal.

Impeccable, friendly and efficient service coupled with delicious, authentic food, as always. I can never say enough good things about the staff, especially the managers who are always available in spite of being terribly busy. By far, my favourite restaurant in Tunbridge Wells.

Kir was not complimentary as indicated on theatre tickets advert . Food was satisfactory. Staff very pleasant. Service good. Location is good for pre theatre meal.

Very good food (and choice) at a reasonable price on the pre-19.00 early evening menu. Service was OK but could have been a little friendlier.

Cote delivers on good value & good taste. My friends, family and I are fans. I am a weekly regular & enjoy the friendly ambience too!

Despite a couple of small problems, the overall experience was excellent because of the way they were dealt with by the charming restaurant manager. All the staff worked hard and cheerfully on a very busy summer’s evening.

Just not up to normal cote standards, the steak was a little overdone and the service very slow. Disappointed as have been many times and it has always been excellent, let’s hope it was a one off bad night.

We arrived at Cote for an earl pre theatre dinner. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Lovely sunny day so able to sit outside and eat alfresco. Enjoyed a complimentary Kier Royale and selected crab, mayo with avocado which was delicious. For main ordered the fish parmentier.

Very good service and menu choices as ever but was slightly disappointed that there was no Hake available but the Sea Bream was excellent instead

Top quality food in a lovely atmosphere served by really excellent staff. Love the choice and have never been disappointed eating at this restaurant. Definitely gets my recommendation.

Good meal and was very impressed when I accidentally knock over my glass of wine and the staff immediately came to mop up the mess and another glass of wine was produced straight away. Thank you!

Conveniently situated to two theatres in the town and consequently serve early two course set menu if you choose. Cote support the theatres and often with your tickets will serve you a complimentary Kir Royale a great way to start the evening.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Only negative wS that the mains come before we had finished our sharing dishes to start. Otherwise a great place to eat!

Food excellent, service very good, price reasonable. Outside swept but needs a scrub as grubby underfoot. More screening from road is needed due to traffic fumes and noise at traffic lights.

The best breakfast ever!!! Totally delicious! As always, charming service. We had just returned from France but nothing we ate in France compared to what we ate in Tunbridge Wells.

With regards to the experience at Cote at Tunbridge Wells I have to say that I went there with my husband to celebrate his birthday and we expired excellent service also good food and great location steak tartare delicious 👌👌👌👌

Always a treat, we go to Côte for all the usual celebrations - family birthdays, Xmas, Father's/Mother's Day etc. Recently used the booking service with ease and convenience. Highly recommended.

Good choice of menu and prices. The pre 7.00pm theatre menu is particularly good value. Helpful, efficient staff. Centre of town position with plenty of inside and outside seating.

Food and service excellent. A little hot inside as it was a busy night. Great location for the theatre and shops. 2nd visit and would go again.

We were in a hurry, and service was very swift, and attentive for our party of 8. They catered well for Gluten Free. Food was good. Overall great.

Prompt and excellent service. Small matter of wine not being chilled enough was immediately corrected and manager apologised and explained that the bottle had been taken from a wine cooler which was not working and waiter had forgotten. Excellent meal and attentive service despite restaurant being extremely busy. Full marks

Great team and food. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was first class. The restaurant manager was a great example of how customers should be greeted We will return without fail.

We are regular customers at Cote and have always had a good meal in the past but for some reason not on Sunday ! My Steak with frites was cold so I sent it back and my Husband chose the duck which was so dry and very little sauce he didn't eat it he was offered more sauce but declined we were not charged for the main course we hope for a better meal next time

Staff were attentive without being pushy . We were allowed to eat at our own pace, without feeling any pressure to vacate the table. Food was tasty and well presented

There isn't much to say really, the usual high standard food and the usual friendly and helpful staff. Things never change, always a safe bet.

Had a family meal. Rally enjoyed the buzzy atmosphere without being too overwhelming. Staff were efficient and courteous and the Food was delicious. On a cool summer evening the air conditioning was a little too efficient.

Generally excellent meal, decent wine, fine service, and they were very understanding and cooperative when we were running late. The room was a bit noisy, however, and the failure to list raw onion in the ingredients of the crab mayonnaise gave one of us serious discomfort.

We were served by a very nice waitress, who was very patient with us as we took for ever to choose our food as we had so much to talk about! The staff are always very professional.

Early supper so restaurant empty on arrival. Very cheery staff greeted us and service was good. Food excellent as usual. Only small criticism was waitress kept us waiting for my change after paying the bill.

Excellent gluten free menu . Good atmosphere and efficient , friendly staff . We all agreed that is was a very enjoyable experience and we will return there in the future .

I apologised for being a little late as taxi had failed to turn up and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They set our group of four up comfortably, brought the wine and then excellent food. I asked for a little more dressing for my salad and a small jug materialised very quickly. Everybody enjoyed the food, wine and the service was impeccable. All in all, a lovely lunch in the sunshine - what more could one ask?

Another pleasant dinner at a Cote Brasserie. great location particularly if you ask for a window seat. The staff were very attentive and we were made to feel very welcome.
