Good value, friendly staff and good customer service from the manager!

Pork belly was yummy but the potatoes were in part raw - both mine and my partners Service was good.

Good value for money. Tasty food. Chicken a bit overcooked and not sure if free range which would be very disappointing if not.

Great menu choice, we were located in a lovely part of the restaurant. Service was a little off one of our starters was initially forgotten, perhaps it was due to a change of shift. One of the waiting staff was also a bit abrupt but other than that would return, good food

Nigel and Andy thought Cote last night was stupendous.Food lovely and served so nicely .Our waitress the pretty blonde was so charming,and the manageress Danielle!!!!! you know who you are in that red top with the pony tail was a joy to behold so nice to us and so rare to have someone full of life working in Teddington and so attentive to our needs for a pleasant evening .We will be back to see them soon .

We were out for a birthday meal which was completley ruined! The starters never arrived and were told we we lucky it wasn't on the bill. My chicken was undercooked and ended up in the waiters hands whilst chatting for atleast four minutes after being taken away from the table to be then asked what did I want to do with it. I had already requested what I needed. I didn't receive the condiments I asked for and ended up with a chargeable sauce I didn't ask for. The service was provided with the staff serving from over the wall at the bar which proved intrusive. I won't be frequenting here again in a hurry.

The food was delicious as always, lovely bottle of Muscadet too. I think I've had pretty much everything off their regular menu (all very good) so I always look forward to their monthly specials. October's crab bisque was fabulous. The staff have got it just right - friendly, welcoming and super efficient but never overbearing. Well done Cote, we'll be back again very soon :-)

We always look forward to our visits to Cote in Teddington. Food is of a high quality and the staff could not be more helpful.

Whilst the food was nice, the service was very slow. I think there may have been a staff shortage on the day?

We always enjoy eating at Cote Teddington, the food is consistently good & the atmosphere is normally great. Last night there was a party of 6 children & 4 adults at the back of us . The adults all sat at one end of the table leaving the kids to amuse themselves. By the time we arrived at 7.40 pm the two male adults were clearly drinking a lot. The children started throwing pencils around at each other & then at the tables around them causing a nuisance. Two of the pencils hit a gentleman on the next table to us & he very calmly turned around & asked one of the parents to ask the children to refrain from throwing things. By around 9pm the parents were leaving but the two men came back in to the restaurant & approached the table next to us & started a row justifying their children’s behaviour. Because they were next to our table my sister in law tapped the ginger haired drunk & suggested he stop bothering people & go & look after his children. He then started on our table & told my sister in law to fuck off. At which point this got out of hand as my husband then got involved. These people said they were locals which they seemed to think justified their behaviour. Please review your CC TV footage for 19th Oct for clarification. Do you have procedure in place to bar individuals like this as the ruined both tables evening?

Faultless service and fantastic food . Still one if the best restraunts in the area .

Service a bit slow at first but the place was busy. All the staff were rushing around so it didn't feel as if there wasn't a good reason for that. Everyone was very helpful and smiled. The food was delivered at the same time for a table of 9 (which doesn't always happen in restaurants) and it was good. Overall, very pleased and will definately be back.

Really nice staff and food, an amazing evening as usual

We often go to Côte in different places and we are always amazed about the top, constant quality of the meals. I am French and the traditional French dishes are very much as in France. Shame that the note on adding a candle for my son's birthday was missed.

Made to feel very welcome. Service and food was as usual top quality and my wife and myself had a very enjoyable lunch experience. It’s one of our favourite restaurants and we visit many.

Never disappoints, good meal as always and nice friendly staff

Table was booked for 20:00. Food was good but we were forgotten about towards the end of the evening. We were left sitting for quite a while after finishing our mains & the table had been cleared. Most people had left so it wasn’t busy at this time. I had to ask if we could have a desert menu as it was 21:40.

Both service and quality of cooking were excellent. Service was very attentive and we did not feel “forgotten” as is often the case in many restaurants, particularly when they are busy. We were able to order food and drinks quickly and everything arrived within a short time frame. Some of the October specials are delicious and were well cooked and presented in this Cote.

Seemed to be really short staffed, we waited 35 mins for our main course after our starter crockery had been removed.

Staff were very friendly and the food was nice. However bearing in mind we booked a table for 9am and had pre-ordered both food and drinks, we didn't eat until almost 10.

A bit noisy for easy conversation. Menu a trifle on the expensive side. Waiting staff very pleasant.

We booked for a birthday meal for a family of 4 and enjoyed a really delicious lunch of Chicken Liver Parfait, Charcuterie Board and Baked Crotin starters, followed by Chateaubriand (for two to share) and the lamb. Everything was cooked, just as we liked it and our sons had the praline pancakes for dessert, whilst we had coffee and liquers. We enjoyed excellent service and the Manager was welcoming and runs a very good team.

Good service, sat near a wall as requested due to one member of party hard of hearing. Food mostly excellent, though lamb rump a little tough. Will eat here again

I took my friend here for her birthday and told her to choose anything at all off the menu. She was spoilt for choice and had a hard job making up her mind. I found it easy to choose having been here several times before and having eaten a lot of things off the menu. The food is always great and never a disappointment. I choose the wine a very nice Rose and it was pleasant and easy to drink. The atmosphere was buzzing and everybody else seemed to be having a good time too. As this was a Tuesday evening I was amazed at just how full the restaurant was. The staff were amazing and very attentive especially the manager who was especially nice to my friend because it was her birthday. I love this Cote better than any other I have been to and will surely keep coming back.
