Côte Teddington

Very good service and food. We felt very welcome and the service was very attentive

All the staff were lovely and gave excellent customer service. The Manager was particularly helpful. We received the sort of service that I am used to at Cote Teddington.

Would be better review if service was better. We ordered two courses and bottle of wine. Wine very slow to arrive. My partner had finished her starter before it came. Waitress had cleared our clean glasses which she then had to replace. She uncorked the bottle and left it in wine cooler. No invitation to taste it. No attempt to pour it. Not really what you would expect at any restaurant. Staff training needs improvement if Cote standards are not to be compromised.

First time to the Teddington Cotes. Excellent service and food. Street parking available although quite busy.

Lovely place, not too busy in a very beautiful area of Teddington.

The Dec menu is excellent. Much enjoyed with a bottle of the House Rose. Usual excellent service.

The service was very good. We had the lunch time menu two courses. My starter was meagre and tasteless. My main was Toulouse sausages which again was meagre. It was two small (it would be a stretch to say medium) sized sausages which had nothing like what I recall of the taste of a Toulouse and they were underdone. The lentils were OKish underneath but the plate was all a bit of a mish mash. So for me quite a disappointment. I have no idea what my partner thought of the two courses he had served but it was telling when he suggested a different venue next month which clearly I agreed to.

We are never disappointed at Cote Teddington . Food is consistently good and staff are very friendly and attentive.

We good monthly to Cote in Teddington or Kingston. It was teddingtons turn this month. As ever good service, nice atmosphere and good food. Love you guys.

Fantastic everyone was so lovely and welcoming food was delicious! Was really nice to go out for a Christmas meal and not be rush all the food was warm and perfect! I've been out in large group (this time group of 10) to restaurant before both at Christmas and other times in the years and I can definitely say this experience was by far the best! Big thank you to everyone working that night and everyone that helped set it up.

Always friendly and professional service at any of the Cote's I visit. The Teddington Cote is no exception....good food, friendly atmosphere and attentive service.

Staff are keen to help but their training process is woefully inadequate. New staff have no clue how to use the tablet order process, orders were subsequently late and wrong. Not the usual high standard we’ve come to expect from Cote.

Had the Christmas special with a bottle of Fizz thrown in. Disappointed that some of the items on the menu were not available, but the things we ate were very nice. Sat in our favourite Banquette which is excellent for 4 people. Glad to see that the lift is finally back in action [important for disabled people as toilets are downstairs]. As always ..really friendly excellent service!

As usual it was excellent all round. A few things were off the menu, due to fridge problems. We found lots of alternative dishes.

Cote is one of my favourite restaurants but what did you fry the whitebait in today - totally spoilt the fish and left a nasty taste in my mouth - still have the horrible taste 8 hours later! The venison pie however was great.

Food was good but service slow - 20 minutes past and we had to ask for order to be taken and then another 20 for drinks to arrive. Once this was flagged manager was very good and dealt with request immediately.

Website advertises Christmas menu from 13th November - were told it is was not available when we arrived. The manager was good but he was the only member of staff who seemed to know what they were doing. Waited over 10 minutes after sitting down and had to ask someone if we could order a drink. Manager did honour the free bottle that was advertised with the Christmas menu.

Excellent food and great service . The manager Dan who greeted us worked super hard the whole time we were there and you couldn’t be any thing but impressed at him and his team . From the cocktails to the creme caramel every thing was excellent and we will definitely dine again at this Cote restaurant

Excellent meal. Manager and waiters helped to make a memorable evening to celebrate our 55 th Wedding Anniversary. On behalf of my wife and myself I cannot thank you enough.

Had lunch prior to rugby. Good service and excellent food. Felt it was good value too.

We arrived late because of the rugby at Twickenham. We had a deadline of 7.00pm to eat our meal. We were served quickly and the food was high quality as always. Your staff were kind and efficient.

Service was good, food was good, reasonably priced. Not cheaper or more expensive than anywhere else really. Will visit again.

The food was fine, as usual. But the service was a bit scrappy. I had to go and find a waiter to ask for the sauces to accompany my steak tartare, and after trying to catch a waiter’s eye for ages, I had to remind them that I was waiting for a glass of wine to go with my main course. It would be a good idea to get staff to look around the room constantly to see if a customers needed something; it can be very frustrating, especially if you have a hot dish going cold.

Food always good and to a consistent standard, staff are friendly without being intrusive. We eat at Cote regularly and in our opinion easily the best overall restaurant in Teddington and the surrounding area offering value for money, good customer service and a congenial atmosphere.

We had the breakfast menu with friends, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was great, even though the restaurant was almost full.

Great family meal at our local Teddington Cote. Good fun and value all round.

Great food, lovely service and very reasonably priced! We went for a late dinner on spec a couple of Saturdays ago...... It was pretty full but VERY helpful guy found us a space somehow..... You don’t forget those things. I was so impressed that I thought I should revisit! Just as good....... Cote generally is good but this one is better than “good”....chefs and staff take a bow!

We had a really good meal, as usual. Cote didn't let us down at all. Atmosphere was really good as well.
