The food was very good, the ambiance pleasant, and the staff attentive and friendly. I shall definitely go there again!

6 of us had an excellent breakfast. The food was of good quality, delicious, hot, and all arrived at the same time. I know this is how it should be, but it really doesn’t happen In other places a lot of the time.

Brilliant service, excellent food. Always consistently good. The premier menu gives a wide choice , something for everyones taste. Would highly recommend Cote to anyone wanting good value and good food.

Steak was asked for medium but came rare There was no children’s deserts And service is was slow despite being very quiet Found it was expensive Standards seem to be dropping

Very noisy and very slow, almost indifferent service - sadly we receive better service at your Richmond branch. It’s a shame as food is good.

We had a very enjoyable 3 course meal ...each course was presented in a sensible amount of time ..attractive in appearance and tasty to eat . The service was attentive ,without being over bearing ,and profession .

We took our 11 year old granddaughter to Côte, Teddington last Saturday. She is coeliac and we were not sure what sort of choice she would have. We were delighted that they had a gluten free menu, which gave her a wide choice. Each of her dishes, she had 3 courses, came with a ‘gluten free’ flag, and she pronounced them all delicious. All the staff were attentive and charming. Thank you.

Service not as sharpe as normal,we were not offered our complementary apprative which I did not know about till after our visit. Teddington always lacks consistency in its service

Went for a lunchtime a la carte meal with a complimentary French 75 gin cocktail. The food as always was enjoyable and of a good quality and the service of the highest standard.

Excellent food, starters and mains were well-cooked and presented. Attentive waiting staff. Always good value for money. We use it regularly and would recommend. Breakfasts are well worth a try!

Lovely long lunch with delicious food and great service. Almost too much to choose from but we loved the langoustine tails and pork navarin. Managed to squeeze in a few puds too!

Regulars here.Authentic French food and atmosphere. Thanks for delicious Easter extra of Chocolate Mousse. Tomato Salad side makes an excellent light starter.Highly recommended, though tables for two are somewhat small and if is not busy sit at a table for four.

Cote at Teddington is usually great..excellent service and good food. Last night was a disappointment. They were clearly having a bad evening. Service was very slow. We waited an age for our first courses and then had to ask them to clear our starter plates away after they’d been sitting there for the best part of half an hour. There was a long wait for main courses too. Food was okay but no better than that. To be fair, once we’d complained the staff were very attentive and we were given free desserts but they were clearly having problems, either a shortage of staff or difficulties with organisation. As I say, this is not typical of Cote Teddington (or Cote anywhere in fact) but it was a poor experience.

Lively family brunch atmosphere, quite noisy as lots of children enjoying themselves. Good value. brunch offer and food if good quality . Pleasant and friendly service

A delicious meal, nicely presented and good-sized portions. The chocolate mousse is one of the best I’ve ever tasted! Staff very attentive to any requests.

I had previously only visited Côte Brasserie for lunch three times and was always impressed so I decided to introduce it to my friends for an evening meal. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent the food was fantastic and we all had a fabulous evening. We each struggled to choose from the menu as there were so many meals that we all wanted to try. All the more reason to return in the near future!!

Went for the Valentines menu with wine pairing. Ordered bread and olives to start. These came out after starters and only once we chased them up. The two glasses of wine were brought out quite a while after their respected dishes. Waited ages for our sharing desert and were told this is because it was sent back to the kitchen, but not by us. We didn't fuss much besides chasing up bread, olives, wine and desert. Manager took Olives and bread of bill and gave us a free glass of wine each which was a nice gesture. Enjoyed the night enough but would of expected a smoother dining experience for the price you pay.

often go here for the food and relatively reasonable prices. However the service was a bit chaotic today, starter to wrong, my father's meal was the wrong one when it came and although reimbursed, it meant we had to eat whilst he sat without a meal for fifteen minutes. He is 82 and was his treat to take us out. Shame as the food was good, rest of the service nice it just spoiled it a bit. Usually have a lovely time here and will no doubt come back.

Excellent food and a busy and lively dinner experience. The set menu (premium) was very good value. A good drinks menu with lots of choice. The blood orange martini was delicious

I regularly go to Cotes for lunch with friends. The food is always excellent, and normally so is the service. Today was the first time ever that there was a very long wait for the food, and the staff when I tried to get them to take our orders, did not seem to even address the matter then. Although when paying the waitress did apologise, it was only after I mentioned it, when an apology would have been appreciated at an earlier stage.

Beautiful steak cooked perfectly thanks to my waitress who suggested I ask for ‘medium’ if I wanted it pink but not bloody. It came cooked exactly like she said and was the best steak I’ve had for many years . Don’t change your suppliers or your waitress!

Good service and friendly staff. Off to a good start with special G&T. Delicious food: pâté, risotto, fish and desserts heavenly. All made for extremely pleasant lunch.

We ordered warm bread with our starters and the waiter forgot to bring it. So it was removed from the bill as by then we had our main meal.

Wrong food was brought & staff didn’t know anything about the menu. Very disappointing evening after some lovely visits before. Will be thinking twice about coming again

Amazing food and service. We went for dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday and the staff were fantastic including giving us complimentary kir royales.

This is the third time we have gone to a Cote after taking up a “free” drink offer. On each occasion the staff have tried to put the charge for the drinks in the bill. Three out of three must make it company policy. Very disappointing and annoying

Although the restaurant was quiet we still enjoyed the ambience and the attentiveness of the staff. We understood why customers were staying away but this did not prevent the staff form being cheerful and doing their best to ensure we had an enjoyable lunch.

Lovely, fabulous team and management...if anything isn’t right, just let them know and they’ll try to put it right...massage the messenger, the King just wants positive results!
