Côte Teddington

Great evening, enjoyed by all and the waiter was fantastic!

We always enjoy coming to Cote and this was no exception , with excellent food and service.

We were a large party so I acknowledge that this is more difficult but the service was very slow. The bride to be had to leave with a takeaway before our meal arrived because we waited so long. When it arrived the food was good and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. They did take a percentage off the bill by way of apology . We would go back again.

We both really enjoyed the breakfast as it was incredibly tasty The staff were excellent and I popped back later in the day to discuss something and the gentleman with whom I spoke was extremely helpful and informative Looking forward to my next meal with them And there is so much choice locally, it demonstrate how good Cote are

A lovely meal. Coped well with providing gluten free food.

Lovely venues but the menu seems to be uninspiring with a high focus on medium quality beef steaks.

Great food and atmosphere. Our waiter was brilliant but it was really busy. Waiter gave us free coffee as it was slow to arrive. We could see they were rushed off their feet. More staff required otherwise would have been 6 stars. Thank you!

We had such a lovely evening, the staff were attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was amazing, i’m Vegetarian and my choices of both starter and main meal were exceptional. My partner also found his seafood choice, of equal standard.

A very pleasant meal enjoyed by all 3 of us. The restaurant was a little quiet but the food and service was very good and the set menu is excellent value.

The atmosphere is always nice at the restaurant. Today I found rye service eas quite slow and we had to ask for our teas a few times, bo staff came to clear our table. When they bought our tea they didn't remove the dirty plates, so we had to move onto another table as tables are quite small. Seemed very short staffed, or staff quite slow.

As usual , we are never disappointed with the quality of the food and standard of service.

We are regulars and in our 80's and do not eat a lot. The staff are very understanding of our needs. The divine tomato and onion salad, followed by a starter are all we need and there is never any sense of our not being 'proper' customers. Together with a bottle of the house Rose this is a perfect meal. Thanks

We were a big, noisy party and the staff were patient and helpful. Lovely foid, reasonably priced and just a really great evening.

I booked a table for my party to enjoy the last warm days of summer. The food served was excellent and the service was provided in a professional, timely and friendly manner. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Great service and delicious food! Nice restaurant even on a super sunny evening.

The service was good. The starter and puddings were exceptional. The Côte de Boeuf was tasteless as though there was no seasoning at all. The Bearnaise was thin and had not enough flavour or tarragon. What has happened to the cuisine which I always drove from East Sheen to Teddington for. This needs attention.

As always the standard of food and service were excellent .

Overall we had a most enjoyable meal apart from the chocolate mousse which we ordered. This was described on the menu as "dark chocolate" but was far too sweet and appeared to be made from milk chocolate. The service was excellent and the the ambience was pleasant although, as with many places these days, the noise level was quite high because of the lack of soft furnishings.

Warm welcome, tempting menu, good house wine. Delightful, and always to a high standard.

Last minute reservation. Not been before. Very pleasantly surprised ... would definitely go again.

Problem was cote de boeuf. Our friend with us had it a couple weeks ago he raved about it. There was 4 of us, we ordered 2 cote de boeuf. It was very tough, sinewy and had not been fat trimmed properly. A big disappointment. The Manager did reduce the Bill and advised us that the supplier had changed. - Better go back to your original supplier! The experience was fine, pared by the beef. We eat with you regularly both in Teddington and your restaurant at our 2nd. Home in York.

Well thought out menu, we'll cooked and presented by friendly staff but a a bit noisy for normal conversation when busy (but most restaurants are like that)

Can’t fault it - most delicious and best value breakfast you’ll find anywhere, and extremely nice staff serving it.

Honest feedback. This is the 2nd time I have been to my local Cote and am afraid to say am disappointed in it. It should be great but it disappoints. Our order was taken down wrongly - instead of a vegetarian breakfast Eggs Benedict Royale was brought to my friend. As this was wrong my full English breakfast was obviously kept warm meaning the poached eggs were not runny and the bacon was leathery. The waiter apologised later and he was decent but it was not great. The ladies toilets were out of order leaving the disabled loo for women - the lift for disabled was out of order which, apparently, my friend who'd been a few weeks ago said it was broken then with piled up chairs in front of it. Not the standard of service or facilities I would expect from Cote and another reason why I may not go back again.

We ordered the Breakfast Formule from the Cooked Breakfast Menu. The food was not delivered as ordered for instance there was no tomato on the Full English Breakfast plate, the Toasts arrived without any Butter. When we asked the waitress to bring us some Butter she became clearly agitated at our request.

Had a great Sunday Lunch with friends. As always we were well looked after.

Having just moved to Teddington from Richmond, and as i often have breakfast at Cote in Richmond so was hopeful to carry on doing this at cote in Teddington!!.. it was an excellent breakfast, exceptional service, so warm and friendly.. I will be a regular for sure!!!.. 👍🏽😁
