First time at this branch, 5 ladies, we all ordered different starters and steaks cooked differently with different sauces. Some of the starters had run out, some sauce had run out. When the steaks arrived they were all mixed and the server didnt have a clue what she was giving us, very poor. The toilets were disgusting! Later the manager apologised and gave us a free bottle of wine, which was nice but the overall standard was lower than what you would expect for a Cote. Definitely go to Cote again but not to that branch.

The complimentary Pampelle Spritz cocktail to celebrate Bastille Day was lovely. The Food was delicious. The white wine Chateau Poyet was excellent, to be recommend. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.l

Cote always gives excellent service and food! Always bring friends to here! They have changed the menu to pre-theater menu and privileges and both menus are excellent so hard to choose!!

Really friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble, which can be hard to find in such a busy city. We normally go to Cote for evening meals but this time we went for breakfast and it was nice to see decent vegetarian options. The food was excellent as always in Cote.

Excellent welcome and outstanding service from Dan, the host and all the waiting staff. Food was exceptional and beautifully presented. The calamari in particular was delicious. Will definitely return here and will spread the word

Always enjoy Cote food and it is very reasonable price for Central London. The gift of a complimentary bottle of Rose wine was much appreciated on a hot day. Four friends who wanted to chat and we were not hassled out of the door. Cheers

When we arrived-I was told that the restaurant no longer participated in tastecard which was very embarrassing as I had invited 4 people on hat basis. We had to have the set menu which seemed a bit tired - the food was average with no distinguishing flavours and decorative flourishes - slightly slapped on the plate. The chcolate mousse -normally a staple was limp and not set - disappointing especially as I had booked this venue on the basis of it being eligible for tastecard!

Pleasant and convenient venue, generally good brasserie-style food and friendly service all competitively priced. The crémant de Bourgogne is recommended - way better than prosecco or cava.

We arrived early which was not a problem for them. Hot food which is unusual for many restaurants. Pleasant staff and a lively buzz. Will return to this particular Cote.

The service seemed slow service - when we realised people who had got there after us was eating dinner before us we queried this and turns out our meal was given to someone else, so had to wait for it to be recooked and bought out. They did however bring us over some bread to eat whilst we waited further but if we hadn't asked how much longer to wait not sure how much longer we would of had to wait until they realised.

Staff lovely as usual. The two course menu is very good value and the food is well-presented. However, the warm camembert wasn't! Our incorrect bill was immediately amended by the Manager who apologised sincerely for the error.

Great quality cooking with friendly prompt service at St pauls branch. I would recommend to visit. We also saw a new prestige menu which we didn't try this time however it had the dessert we like on it.

Overcooked pancake. Dry chicken without the ordered sauce. Everything else was great, but these two things really let down the restaurant. There are better restaurants in the same chain.

There are some good value menus to take advantage of, service was a bit slow and chicken was dry and over cooked. 12.5% service really hikes the price up but it does go to staff.

A fabulous venue and with street dining in the shadow of St Pauls Cathedral. It in near the tour bustop so expect an audience if dining alfresco. Service good if a little slow. Food up to Cotes usual standard.

Hi we came here, 7 of us, for a business social lunch and were not disappointed. the food was varied (huge interesting menu) and delicious, and the food was served very quickly considering lunchtime near St Paul's. we were seated downstairs in a very nice big room which was comfortable and nicely air conditioned. the waiter was very attentive and friendly. all in all, a very nice lunch out - thank you

I love coming to Cotes but the food was not exciting and could have been a lot tastier. Also I feel Cotes try and back as many people into their restaurants as possible and this makes it difficult to have a private conversation with your colleagues without the table next to you overhearing. It took a long while for the staff to serve us too.

Great attentive staff & clean, welcoming front of house. Quite small portions and food wasn't cooked the best (cold, hard new potatoes, rather undercooked fish etc.) but no major complaints.

The food didn't come to the table in over an hour. I appreciate it was a relatively busy lunch hour for a small restuarant in the city but it was ridiculous that we had to ask when the food would be ready and i instead recieved a vacant look rather than a confirmed time. When then asked to leave the resturant and the waitress then gave us another vacant look as if it was impossible. The manager did aplogise and we did get our drinks for free. I had booked 2 weeks in advance so you would think they would be ready/prepared for catering to us at this time and for this many people

We are Cote regulars and the food was good as usual. The restaurant was far from busy, but it took an hour for anything to arrive at the table, which is way beyond acceptable. By way of recompense, one item on the bill was free-of-charge, unbidden, which was a nice gesture. But I will be wary of that particular branch of Cote from now on.
