Côte St Christopher's Place

Fabulous food as always. Very very busy though (naturally- it’s christmas), and was sat near a draughty door, otherwise would have given it top marks!

Food and wine fine, but it was very busy and loud, so service and indeed conversation were both difficult. There did not seem to be a specific staff member assigned to a particular area of the restaurant.

Another excellent meal. Very busy but service good and speedy. Staff very friendly as always and great value for money. I regularly eat at cote and always have an excellent experience.

Good food although plates could have been warmer & great service. Door to restaurant could have done with being shut as there was a constant draught where I was sitting!

Food excellent and high quality but tables too close together and cramped. Very loud and at times uncomfortable. Service ok but not everything ordered turned up.

good food good service could have been quicker but we were there on a Saturday in December therefore they can be forgiven I would go again

Service was fine but I did not appreciate the restaurants attempt to force us to choose from the more expensive menu. They were almost reluctant to hand over the pre-theatre fixed price menu. In fact the waiter tried to argue that it was not available at weekends.

have eaten here a few times as a great location with great food. It was very busy.

An enjoyable meal in a lively atmosphere. We had good quality food and excellent service, all for a reasonable price. We will no doubt return.

Consistency is the key to Cote. shame the set price menu wasn't on during December but a la carte fair and very good fries with my cod goujons. Pleasant service on a hectic saturday lunchtime. My mother complained it was noisy which is why the score is not higher.

Really lovely meal with friends pre Christmas getogether. The staff were very accommodating, friendly efficient service particularly as it was very busy and food good value and nice pleasant evening. Nice setting to on St Christopher's Place.

Lovely little place but can get quite busy. We were sat near the entrance so kept getting cold air every time someone opened the door. Good service and quality food. I would recommend Cote Brasserie, especially their early bird menu!

A welcome when we arrived. Good food and very good service, at a very busy time.. Not quite enoough room for each time. The restuarant was very noisy whic meant it was difficult to talk my friend across the table. It was not helped by the canned music that made people talk louder to be heard.

We arrived on time and had to wait for a table to be cleared. This wasn't a problem. All the staff were very attentive and made for a very pleasant dining experience.

Great place to eat with good food and reasonable prices, which is probably why it was so packed on a Tuesday at 13:30. The staff were also friendly and helpful

We found the staff very polite and the food very good. We enjoyed the experience and will be returning. There was a good ambience. I will be recommending the restaurant to friends.

Initial problems with a delay in the starter arriving but the manager apologised and very quickly rectified it. The food was excellent as always and so was the ambiance. Recommended

Always a good meal at Cote St Christopher's Place. Fish stew was a bit spicier than usual which took away a bit of the fish flavour. Lovely evening though.

Service was a little slow but the food was good as usual. As the place was quite busy our favourite table had a rather poor location

We were shown the Christmas menu and the a la cartel menu but had to ask for the 3 course ordinary offer menu .To me it seemed as if you wanted us to spend more money.Not the Christmas spirit..

They were overwhelmingly patient with our unacceptably late father, over an hour! Service remained brilliant despite it being packed. This is our favourite cote and we dine regularly.

A very enjoyable meal, service was attentive without being intrusive. This is the second time I have visited the restaurant in recent months and I brought a former colleague with me - his response - "thanks it was good to find somewhere with good quality at a reasonable price".

I love the staff at Cote in St. Christopher's Place! They are exceptional. The food was outstanding and the price of the food, plus two bottles of house wine was superb. Highly recommended and I can see why it's so popular!

Despite being very busy the staff were unflappable and managed to serve an excellent 3 course 'pre-theatre' menu in time for us comfortably to make an evening performance at the nearby Wigmore Hall.

Attentive staff and quick service (good for pre theatre). The restaurant was uncomfortably warm though! Food was the usual high standard and offered great value (especially given the location).

We really enjoy eating at Cote in St Christopher's Place and have eaten there many times. Great food, excellent service and lively atmosphere. We highly recommend.

The restaurant team were very helpful and even found my friend and I an extra large table as my friend had brought her 6 month old baby with us. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient.

Not as good as other Cote outlets. Chaotic, service left a lot to be desired, side orders not served, one coffee not brought, no apologies offered! Will not return.

The restaurant was very busy and felt a bit rushed but perhaps that was down to the time and the season but waiters were very good and the meal was excellent. We had the pre theatre menu and you could not fault the price and the quality of the food.

The staff went to every effort to ensure we had a great time. They even made a complimentary birthday cake for me. A lovely spot and a really nice team

Excellent food and service. We both had the steak and chips from the set menu. Very cramped as so busy at this time of year. Staff working really hard.

The food was very good as was the service. The restaurant was very busy and, therefore successful. It can be a bit noisy with so many diners trying to make themselves heard.

Great food and service as usual. Good atmosphere. I had brioche with wild mushroom for starter and a lamb cottage pie for main plus sorbet.

The lunch was delicious as always and the service excellent. Well Done Cote! I think Cote give a good variety of dishes and value for money.

Cote is easily the best restaurant in that price bracket. St Christopher Place particularly good service as well as an interesting menu. Good, efficient friendly staff.

NIce, good food and good service. Unfortunately very noisy. Two steep steps to enter, and leave. no hand rail could be dangerous. in spite of this a nice place

Friendly and solicitous staff. Nice food served quickly. And the price was reasonable. This was my first time in a Cote restaurant but I will be back.

The manager and staff were delightful. We had booked but the restaurant was buzzing however he found us a table very quickly. Always reliable food and good service.

Excellent all round. Very busy on a Saturday with queues so definitely need to book. Being so busy it does feel a little cramped and was also noisy but it doesn’t detract from the fact that the staff & service are good and food is good value 😊

Came up to see the Christmas lights with our granddaughter. It was very busy in Cote but as ever the staff were cheerful and efficient. The food excellent.

Great restaurant, great food, great service and reasonable cost. Regularly visit other Cote Restaurants in other towns and cities and am never disappointed. Please don’t change.

Tasty food and great service. Glad we booked in advance There was such a long queue when we arrived. - was great to walk straight in!

Another lovely meal at Cote. The two/three course meal deal is great value for money. The only concern on this occasion was the rather slow service.

Great food and attentive service. Kir Royale was fantastic. Busy restaurant but we did not feel rushed. Great place to get together with friends after shopping.

Lovely restaurant, good food and lovely staff, highly recommended, arrived early and sat outside having drinks, beautiful place to watch the world go by. Will definitely go again.
