Very consistent every time I visit - food options - I love the veggie breakfast personally. Staff are always attentive and ensure that we have everything we need.
Waiting time to be seated was good and options on menu were delicious. Food arrived quickly and atmosphere was good.
I never had a meal. I waited over 20 minutes to place an order but the waiter was very offhand and too busy chatting to other guests he obvious knew. So I walked to another restaurant 2 minutes away where the service was prompt and friendly and the food very good. I usually enjoy going to your branches but I will not be returning to this one.
Lovely staff and good food - a gem just off of Oxford Street
Cote is usually very good but the service on this occasion was excellent with the staff being attentive but discreet throughout.
Very friendly staff. Food up to usual good standard.
Very loud where we sat and service was slow. Food was nice though.
My second visit to this branch, chosen for its proximity to Wigmore Hall. Welcoming staff and prompt service.
Excellent service good choice of food and at a reasonable price
The restaurant was busy but the waiter was extremely good. We were eating the pre-theatre menu as we had a concert to go to and choices on the menu were great and the menu is extremely good value.
As ever, the pre-7pm menu was good value. Good soup (vichyssoise + celeriac), excellent wine. But the steak was tough: it should have been bashed around before cooking. Good, friendly service.
Lovely staff, gave us a complimentary birthday desert and all got together to sing with us!
Pleasant lunch with my elderly mother. We had the set menu which is good value with a decent glass of wine. This branch of Cote is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced and its location tucked away behind Oxford St is ideal.
as good as always, never disappoints. Excellent value and service, best for meeting up in Oxford street
Excellent service. Great choice on menu and excellent food. Well priced.
We had a lovely lunch and afternoon . Fabulous service
I absolutely love Côte. Great food, atmosphere, staff and value.
Three issues at lunch: our hot starter arrived within 5 mins of ordering; we didn’t even have a chance to enjoy a sip of our bottle of wine! I asked the waitress to hold our main course, however it was obvious it had been cooked earlier and left to keep warm. The potato on the chicken Parmentier was over cooked compared to others that were served. Likewise my sea bream was pan fried on one side and quite greasy and awful. We sat by the closed window and the air was infiltrated by smokers from outside. Disgusting! Disappointing and not Cote’s usual standard at all.
Very good all round - the food service ambiance timing were all perfect
Overall great, really enjoyed our evening and our food. Will return
Good friendly service. The food was lovely and after a slow begining at a nice pace, no long waits, but also no sense of being rushed. As per usual constant background "music" the nobody asked for, and when this runs out constant repetative backgrond something, as though withouta backgroubd to shout over we would all go mad. Man can live without a constant stream of "music" in our ears from dawn to dusk
Always lovely food and delightful staff. Makes an enjoyable ending to a days shopping
Friendly attentive service without rushing through the menu. Less noisy than usual
Great restaurant, exceptional quality for a low price. We visit it everything we are in London.
As always great value for money bit noisy but staff are very friendly and efficient. On this occasion my steak was a bit sinuous but just unlucky i guess.
Service was great. They happily accommodated a larger group. The breakfast set menu is good value for money
The food was very well prepared and of a high quality. The service was excellent..
Great buzzy atmosphere, super service and smashing cocktails... excellent
As ever great value for money. Good food and lovely service.
Very good food and great value for money. However staff were very rude, not smiling or pleased to serve us. We didn’t even have a thank you or a goodbye by any member of staff. Disappointed as the food was very good!
As usual food was wonderful, tasty and staff most friendly
Excellent service and food. Fabulous location. Will certainly visit next time in London
Always great food and service. I asked for a quiet table. Although we were put to the back of the room, it was noisy. Hard to have a conversation, the tables are so close together, it’s hard to hear and get in and out of without disturbing your neighbour.
We had the most amazing time, thank you to everyone at Cote!
A very nice pre-concert meal. Prompt and friendly service. Conversation became difficult because, as the restaurant filled up, the noise level rose significantly.
A most enjoyable Valentine's evening dinner- great atmosphere, friendly helpful and attentive staff and lovely food and wine. Thank you.
Just great as usual, food was great for a very reasonable price
Delicious food as always with efficient friendly service. Excellent value. We come here often for lunch and pre theatre supper.
I was really disappointed on this occasion: The moules were shrivelled and dried up. The stock was bland. I returned these and the waiter replaced with an endive salad which was very good. My main was the Breton Chicken which was also very dry. A lot of the crockery hadn't been washed properly. I returned a champagne flute which had someting dried on at the base of the glass. The plate surrounds on the plate my starter was served also had not been washed thoroughly. The small white jug the chocolate sauce for the coupe noir again hadn't been washed properly. A commis waiter tried walking up the narrow staircase from the basement to the restaurant with a large round tray balanced on his hand when I was descending to go the WC. No thought of Health & Safety regardless of manners. One of his colleagues from the kitchen called to him to wait for me. The staff are friendly, pleasant and efficient and the restaurant has a good atmoshphere. It's been one of my favourite Cotes for a long time however last night was poor.
Delicious food with excellent, speedy service. Always an enjoyable experience.
Great place for food, gets slightly busy at lunchtime but service and waiting time is not that bad. They also do a great lunchtime menu. Would recommend the mussels!
Had a breakfast meeting here - service was good and good was served on time. The vegetarian breakfast was really tasty!
Trusty venue great for a breakfast. Happy with service and food.
Service was fantastic, food was outstanding, we'll definitely be returning and telling our friends to pay you a visit!
The food was excellent especially my sea bream. It was relatively quiet as we dined early evening before going to a concert. The service started off very well but we nearly ran out of time as desserts were slow to arrive. We would recommend the restaurant.
Excellent service and delicious food. We were early for our reservation but that was not a problem at all
My sfavorit Restorant, Allways enjoy the food Atmosphere and ambiance and srviece.
Unfortunately the second time in recent weeks I have faced disappointment at one of my favourite places, but at a different branch. The haddock croquettes to start arrived warm with no salad garnish and no lemon. The chicken main was again served warm and the sauce was thick and overpowering and the potatoes were nothing special. The wine we chose was out of stock so we had a another white but it was not the one we wanted and was not as nice. Service was stuttered and slow and attention to detail was lacking for offering of sauces or asking us for more drinks or a port to end with etc. Lastly, the steak was a bit stringy. Overall I am not impressed. Cote seems to be going down hill, sadly. This is Charlotte St and also now St C Pl. :(
The steak was too Tough I Could not eat a third of it
Warm welcome, nice table, great server and they made a fuss of our birthday girl
