Food was excellent, but the overall experience was let down by the service. A glass broken by a waiter, the food for another table delivered to our table then taken away when we pointed out it wasn't what we ordered. Waiting staff cleared the broken glass efficiently and gave us complimentary bread for the wrong food and then the additional wait. Would still go again though because overall it was very good and excellent value.
Another excellent brunch at Cotes Brasserie. Had not been to Soho Cote before but would go again.
Brilliant evening - from the warm welcome we received to the excellent service and good food. The whole experience was one we will be repeating again and again. Cote Soho is one of our favourite places to eat in London. Good value and great ambience. Thank you.
Lovely meal, staff working really hard and efficiently despite it being very busy. They made sure we were in and out in time for our theatre date. A good experience.
Our waiter Christopher was friendly and efficient and we all enjoyed our food. We’ll be back soon!
Staff were brilliant, really inviting and food was superb as always
Buzzy atmosphere, friendly welcome and service and the food was delicious.
Excellent meal and Excellent value . The set menus give a good choice and very good price for the quality
Cote Soho is a great restaurant to go to especially before the theatre. There pre-theatre menu is a fantastic value Andy food is delicious. The service was top notch.
Lovely ambience and great service and food. Pre-theatre menu was very well balanced
Service not as good as usual. Waited a long time for main course and when it arrived it was the wrong meal! Then waited long time for the bill - had to ask twice before it came. Food was good
The set dinner portion sizes are not huge but are enough for a light supper.
Good food at great prices. Lovely staff and good wine.
Lovely evening, fabulous food, great service, super surroundings, good value. Will definitely return
Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. I had to keep trying to get a waiters attention which was hard work. The table was constantly shaking/moving even after I asked a waiter to put something underneath to stop it. The wrong food was delivered, then taken to another table etc. Generally disorganised. Disappointing as Cote was always a reliable bet for a decent evening meal.
Thank you so much for a wonderful meal. It was so lovely of your staff to break the extra drinks and the desert to my wife singing happy birthday. Really made it something to remember. So thank you all again to everyone. You were all lovely x
Good food good service I was happy to spend my Friday evening at Côte Sloane Square
We had booked and confirmed the theatre menu, but on arrival only the Valentine's set menu was available. When we mentioned this to the manager, she checked with the kitchen and no theatre set menu was available. However, we were told we could have any two courses from the a la carte menu for the same price. Excellent service and four very happy customers!
Lovely food, dinner and atmosphere - would recommend, thank you so much :) x
Friendly staff, good service and delicious food... had a few items missing from the table settings (quickly replaced) when we arrived, but it was a very busy evening and the staff were great - even brought a pudding out with a candle on, for our daughter’s b’day :)
As usual the food met cotes high standard. It was our fault that we choose a table which was regularly being caught by staff or guests particularly as I have a bad back.
Starting another great evening at one of our favourite restaurants
Great service and atmosphere, perfect for a meeting and lunch
Our time at Soho was very good. We did like the food and the service was very good
Good location good atmosphere nice pleasant staff and good food
Another great meal, pre theatre at 6pm. Restaurant was full but service was excellent with several checks we were happy with our food, which we were. Delicious mushroom soup and mains were sea bream and chicken breast, followed by the irresistible creme caramel. A bottle of the house red went down a treat too. Can’t fault the place, highly recommended.
Fabulous food and fantastic service too. Incredible value for money. We will be back.
The experience was excellent, staff attentive and food was of a high standard. Everything flowed well and all ten of us has a really enjoyable time. Food certainly ranks as the best within the casual dining sector, fresh and good portions.
From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive, their recommendations from the menu were perfect and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Spent last night at soho côat for valentines night. They listened to all of our requests. Overall the experience was wonderful. Expect the man to the left of us who would not shut up! He was just trying to get money off his bill the word tight would spring to mind. The staff dealt with him very well.
My partner and I went to Cote for there special Valentine menu. There was a long que to get in for some reason and I thought there might have been a problem with the booking but once we were in all was fine. We chose the wine pairing menu had to ask that the Kia Royal came while we were looking at menu as I noticed others had it with first course and the wine pairing. Once they know we wanted a slow romanitic dinner all went well and food very good and friendly service well done will go again
I went there with friends for my birthday. Lunch was perfect. We were all impressed. Highly recommend it
Although we arrived 15 minutes late our table was kept for us, everyone front of house was not only professional but friendly & welcoming
great place, great food, service is good and the restaurant is vegetarian friendly
Two sides were ordered but did not arrive with the meal despite chasing. The waitress never came by to check if the meal was alright or to check if the sides arrived. The sides were still added to the bill. The sides were removed from the bill as requested. Will not return to Cote Brasserie Soho
Great food and service from your team. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Many thanks.
Good straight forward food, cooked well. Staff were charming. Wine list is OK if slightly pricey.
Lovely food The fish stew was delicious and the sea bass was succulent and tasty Staff were attentive and helpful Another excellent experience st Cote
Pre theatre menu excellent quality and value. Friendly, quick service.
We had a great dining experience in Soho. It’s a regular place for business dinners. Fabi , the manager, is always so welcoming and extremely customer focused. The menu had changed with some new specials. Fabi is a real ambassador for Cote and leads an excellent team of staff. Thanks Gary
A great venue, ideally situated for us to go to for Ronnie’s. This is our 3rd year here, it’s always been very good.
The food was very tasty and the service was very fast
We came to the restaurant for a pre-theatre menu. At 17:30. We did not receive our main courses until gone 630 and then one of them was forgotten. They quickly cooked some spaghetti for my daughter but it was so hard it was inedible. We gave up at that point. The waitress was very helpful but clearly there were not enough staff on the floor. We had a goodwill refund for a Childs meal.
Very pleasant & quiet evening meal after a matinee show
The restaurant was empty- they were unwelcome and after a drink we have been kicked out because they wanted to close (at 9::30 pm the chef was already done home we have been told). Embarrassing
Lunch was lovely today at cote Brasserie Soho. We had the two course pre-theatre menu each. The food was lovely & very good value for money. The staff were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant & will be eating here again.
Whilst our meal was good and the service was also good we were not offered the set menu and when asked I was told it was not on today, only to find 10 minutes later another table were offered the set menu.
The scallop were so beautiful and juicy. Would be good if they made it to the permanent menu!
I took my mum to Cote for a pre theatre menu and it was a very stressful experience. The food was cold and the service was absolutely terrible. Sitting down we waited 20 minutes for someone to to take drink orders (we eventually had to ask someone to take them) We ordered the 2 course theatre meal - with a glass of coke and a glass of Wine. The first course we ordered the lamb with sour dough bread, the bread was burnt and without pickles on the side. We asked for these to be bought over and they never arrived. The main course we had the steak, the food was bought without cutlery. Our waitress said “I will try and bring these to you as soon as possible...” I’ve never heard that been said in a restaurant before “I will try...” - anyway, low and behold by the time she bought them over, the food was cold. Our waitress was completely ignorant and whilst we sympathised that the restaurant was likely understaffed and so the fault of management, not once did she apologise about the wait, the missing items, the lack of cutlery and now a cold meal. We’ve been to Cote before at other locations and had good experiences but the SoHo one was an absolute mess and it made me feel sorry for the staff as they were clearly under a lot of pressure.
Very nice meal, reasonable price, staff were great, it was my wife’s birthday, they gave us complimentary bubbly and a birthday pudding - nice touches. Great location to go on after to the Prince Edward theatre
