This restaurant is superb. A great location in the centre of London. Fabulous ambience and great food at a very reasonable price.
Efficient service with attentive staff. Food was as expected from Cote. The resraurant was clean and despite being nusy the food was delivered in a timely fashion
Very inviting setting and atmosphere. Friendly and relaxed staff who looked after us. The choice of menus was impressive and good value. The food was delicious, lived up to expectations and came quickly. Execution of starter and puddings could have been better but that was the only area with room for improvement.
We arrived very early, but the staff were very accommodating and sat us immediately. Food quality was good as always.
We had a great meal after the theatre. Couldn't fault the staff, service and price. We will definitely be going back very soon. Thank you
Although service was great the food was average. Not up to the usual Cote standard (we normally eat at Covent Garden which is great). Pity because I usually love Cote.
Only one criticism this time... I had the pan roasted haddock wrapped in smoked French bacon. It was lovely though would have preferred the skin on the fish to be removed. Everything else lovely as usual.
Staff friendly, but service a bit slow. There was an obvious lack of management on the floor. A good front-of-house should constantly be on the prowl...
Really enjoyed our meal, excellent service from our witer and good food, the plaice was particularly good. We went for the pre-theatre menu as we were going to see 'The Ferryman' and it worked out really well.
We enjoyed excellent service and the pre-theatre 2 course menu was great value with portion sizes much larger than expected. The Steak and frites was particularly good!
Great little french restaurant in Wardour street in Soho. Close to Tottenham court road and Leicester square. Beautiful and authentic interior. Perfect food. Great service by Miguel from Madrid.
My friend was 30 mins late but the staff were lovely - especially Ryan who was such a nice guy. I always enjoy Cote and recommend a visit.
We were welcomed by friendly staff who had extensive knowledge of glutenfree options. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. The pre theatre menu was amazing value and the food was excellent. We would definitely go back.
Reliably good for a pre-theatre meal, and good value too. Lovely beetroot starter and delicious steak frites, all served by friendly efficient waiter. Good that the set menu changes every month.
Excellent food, service and value. Ordered from the set menu. The plaice was outstanding, and the soup very tasty.
We enjoyed an outstanding, fast service from the entire team at Côte Brasserie - Soho. Miguel, our waiter, made every effort to have us enjoy a really special birthday night. The food on the pre-theatre menu was excellent value for money, in our opinion, and tasted delicious. We can highly recommend this place.
Ok, nothing to write home about, typical fare from a chain restaurant, I think if you want a true dining experience you really have to search out an independent restaurant.
Food was average but service was very good. The atmosphere is always lively and enjoyed my evening overall. The quality of the cooking does need to improve.
Restaurant busy and service was ok and very quick for starter and main course. My husbands main course could have been hotter but the food overall was good. We have visited a lot of Côte restaurants and although this one is ok I wouldn't rush back.
Birthday dinner - Great service from cote, although a different restaurant, as usual but the food let us down time. Typical that the birthday person wasn't happy.
Great food and good service. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the staff took the initiative to arrange a special birthday pudding. (Even if whoever wrote the words 'Happy Birthday' in raspberry coulis had a shaky hand - it's the thought that counts!)
Despite it being a very busy evening, the staff were charming and delightful. The food was pleasant and good value for money as it always s.
Really tasty and good value food. My husband had 3 courses for £13.95! All excellent. I always have the spinach and mushroom crepes. Really attentive pleasant staff, too.
Such friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Delicious food served in plenty of time to ensure that we got to the theatre with out feeling rushed.
fantastic service, food and atmosphere. Excellent all round. highly recommended.
Pre theatre menu exceptional value , very amusing staff , food and wine very good. Crumble , fish ,risotto all good as was the wine
Food quality excellent. We took the duck and the steak, and it was perfectly cooked. We took advantage of the kit royal free offer with theatre tickets. excellent service too. Waiter and waitress very friendly and professional.
All went well reasonable service reasonable food we had the pre theatre menue which had a good selection of options at a reasonable price overall happy
All went well reasonable service reasonable food we had the pre theatre menue which had a good selection of options at a reasonable price overall happy
starter had to go back as over cooked tarter sauce was disgusting and discolored on the top showing it was not freshly served, the main courses were ok apart from my chicken was spoiled by aniseed tasting herbs which were not mentioned in the menu.
Not enough staff. Very noisy. I've been to this place for years and this was the worst night there. Normally so good but seems time has taken its toll.
Lovely food as always and great value with the pre-theatre menu. Our waitor was also extremely lovely and friendly - didn't catch his name but he was tall and wore glasses!
Good food and service. Cote reliable as usual. Chocolate pot is ace. My guests were new to Cote and were impressed and would definitely return.
Excellent food and service. We were tight for time as we were going to the theatre and the staff made sure that we were served promptly and even had time for a desert. Well done
We often go to Cote before going on to the theatre or Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. They do an excellent changing pre-theatre menu that always contains a few favourites and some new things to try. This time my wife had moules and frites which she loved, and I had a a lovely pan fried hake. They were very busy, but service was prompt, and they held our table despite us running late.
Lovely food as always at Cote. Attentive staff who kept on top of the service to all tables. If you want a pleasant evening guaranteed then head to Cote
The food and service was up to the usual standard that I experience in Bristol. I discovered later that the tables downstairs were much quieter and would have preferred to be there.I particularly like the chocolate mousse!
We had a fantastic pre show lunch here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and it was great value. Would definitely recommend and would go again
I love Cote and think it is great value for money but tonight the service let them down. They were super-busy and service was really erratic and forgetful. I don't think there was enough staff to cope with demand.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and we thought it was good value for money. A good location for the Dominion Theatre,
Enjoyed food, tasty and value but dessert had to be reheated as only tepid and not hot. Also restaurant has no free alcohol beer. Service good and atmosphere pleasant.
We had the breakfast menu and the dishes ordered: full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, French toast and eggs Benedict were all competently prepared. Service was friendly although by the time we finished, the restaurant was quite busy and we had to wait a little while to attract the attention of one of the waiting staff to give us the bill.
Our dinner yesterday was ok, but we had to rush as we had theatre tickets. I said so when I booked, we ordered our complimentary drinks so the staff knew we didn't have much time. When they got to serve us, we asked them whether we would have enough time for two courses and they assured us we would have plenty of time. The food took a long time to be delivered, and when it arrived, after several prompts from us, both courses came at the same time, which spoiled it somewhat. Nevertheless, we all enjoyed the food very much, it was really tasty, a shame about the delay. Considering we arrived at 5.30, it was not a very busy time, so we thought we will not return there when we are pressed by time. The staff were very polite and service was good though, timing was problematic. Regards Luís del Nero
Great quality food and staff were very nice and friendly. For a casual business lunch this is a great location - very central but still reasonably priced.
Service was poor, food was not fab and overall not value for money on this visit!
The Cote in soho is one of two of my favorite Cote's to go to for dinner. We always receive excellent service. Ryan was a fantastic server.
Excellent as always. Great on a summer night with the windows wide open.
Good food and service but very strange dingy lighting which seemed to get brighter then go low again. It made the atmosphere a bit sleepy.
Welcome very, good attentive service and good food, what more do you need. Cote Brasserie has a very comprehensive Gluten Free menu which is ideal for those who are gluten intolerant. Important for us!
Initial table offered was rather cramped but staff were very helpful in finding something more suitable. The food (Escalope de veau) arrived promptly and was cooked perfectly!
