I am a regular to Cote Soho and always have a great experience. This time we were seating down stairs where I felt the service was not as good.

Absolutely fantastic! One guest required a gluten free menu, the staff were extremely helpful and even went to the shop to get gluten free bread for her starter! Could not recommend enough! Thank you to all the staff working Saturday 11th nov evening! It was a pleasure!

Good prompt service. We chose from the pre-theatre menu which we found to be good value for money. All courses were well cooked and presented.

Great value and wonderful food. Although extremely busy the staff were attentive and very efficient. The offer of a free bottle of Chablis topped the evening

staff are super friendly food is good. this branch is better than the st martins lane branch which has poor service and colder food. we had the november set menu. the mushroom parmentier was delicious. i had the chicken main with gratin potatoes. its quite light but that allows for me to eat more courses. for starters, i had the soup. it was rich, hot and really delicious. even my partner thought so and he doesnt like soup.

Another great experience at Cote Soho. The food was excellent tasty and hot. My only slight criticism is the rapid turnover in staff. Of course this would not be noticed by an occasional diner but as a regular it is worrying. having said that all the staff new or old are energised and enthusiastic. Great Job.

It was only a brief visit before the cinema and we were worried that we would feel rushed, but actually the service pace was spot on. Food (duck in my case) tasted good - could have been a little hotter perhaps, but delicious nevertheless.

Good food served by friendly and helpful staff. I had ordered a salade Niçoise but the the tuna wasn't available so I was asked to choose another dish. I asked for the Niçoise without the tuna and expected a slight reduction in the price charged for it. It was actually entirely taken off my bill. I am a great fan of Cote restaurant, partly because of their excellent service.

Good atmosphere and polite staff. Food was lovely. The only reason I never gave full stars is because the desserts were a complete let down. All pre made but served chilled which is fine unless you order things such as the Creme brûlée which was cold and had curdled and was more like sweet scrambled egg.

Warm cosy and good service..the prices are the same in all cities your not paying £30 for a steak and then extras..very good value especially for London..

unfortunately my food was undercooked, whilst this was rectified quickly it meant that I had to have another dish so was eating out of sync with my wife. Waiters, as usual, were good

Inconsistent food. Pre-theatre menu; chicken dish was superb, pork dish was bland and fatty. Entrees were great! Would go again, but order more carefully. Good service!

No problem with meal, but appalling level of service. Mid morning 15-20 mins to get order taken similar period for order to come. Manageress gave an explanation but not fully convincing. We like your chain but doubt that we will be using Soho branch again. Dennis and Vicky Beer

Lovely food from the set menu, however, that is where the positives end! We had rebooked a table and were greeted by a miserable front of house member of staff. Our table had no napkins or cutlery and it took ages for us to be served. As this wait was so long we could only order two of the three courses we had hoped.

Staff were efficient and friendly without being irritating. Food choices were good and well presented . Loos were clean. Only minus - which was beyond the control of Cote - was the ever-growing stack of rubbish waiting to be collected just outside the window. But really an excellent choice for a pre-theatre meal.

The Coq Au Vin in the set menu was disappointing, it tasted just like a normal roast chicken, dried with no sauce, the worst Coq Au Vin I have ever eaten!

Fantastic food and service at a reasonable price! Sorry, I'm not the chatty type. I really liked the food choices and the service. If I visit London again I will go back to Cote. But I live in the states and it may be a while.

We always love going to Cote. Consistently performing, with professional waiters with just the right balance of smooth, fast, cheeky and chic. Food is excellent. Love the fact they have a separated vegetarian menu. Great recommendations from our waiter who said the favourite was the pain perdu ( their version of bread and butter pudding with a mouth watering crunchy toppping and a caramel sauce) . I wasn't disappointed - perfection!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to hurry our order through (our fault as we were late). They even managed birthday drinks, a little birthday cake and a loud happy birthday song. Thanks for a fab evening.

Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was quite slow taking around 45 mins for food to arrive and when it did we still hadn't received the hot drinks we ordered. Overall we wouldn't hurry back.
