We had a warm welcome - there was a good selection on the menu - great food & wine - we had a good time - thank hou
We asked for and received a quiet table. The service was very good, as was the food. It was a very pleasant evening.
Great gem of Soho. Far less busy then St Martin's Lane and still less then 5 minutes from the main theatres. Love the introduction of the second set menu.
Amazing service, food was amazing, dealt with our huge noisy group fantastically
Never had a bad meal at Cote Soho. Today's lunch was no exception. Their new Premium Set Menu included a starter of calamari cooked in garlic breadcrumbs - delicious crispy outer with soft calamari - huge portion. I followed it with the Pork Belly on a beg of shredded cabbage with Dauphinoise Potatoes. Couldn't finish it all as the portion was again generous. In fact, no room for the puddings. Always meet friends at Cote Soho as it's central for everyone and we can happily sit around for hours.
Good food, excellent service and value for money. Always my first choice of eatery when on a brief visit to London. Here's to the next time.
We're fans of Cote restaurants, but may have a different view if this had been our first experience. Unlike other branches we've visited, including four others in central London, this felt very much like a production line to get people in and out as quickly as possible. No complaints about the staff and there was no direct pressure to move us through the system, but there seemed scarcely time to breathe. We weren't planning to linger anyway, but this was far from a relaxing experience. It's worth mentioning that Mrs P's veal escalope was close to being raw when first presented. It was quickly replaced accompanied by genuine apologies and was discounted from the bill, but overall this wasn't Cote's finest hour.
this one has always good food and attentive service. very nice location.
Had the 3 course Prestige Menu. Food was good, and the service was fast and friendly. Ideal for a pre-show meal as it is quick.
In comparison with my visits to other branches of Cote. I was rather disappointed. The food was not to the standard I am used to.
Good food and services. Central location in soho, there are always staff around to assist you. However we went there fair late, so it might be busier.
Nice restaurant in buzzy part of London, food is always really good and service was measured, polite and excellent. Great place to meet and eat
We chose the Prestige menu good choice yummy goats cheese starter and good selection of mains £60 for 2 including an aperitif and a bottle of wine is good value I cannot recommend this place enough
Good food as always. Long wait for main course but they gave us a free drink which was nice but then 10 minutescwsiting gor the bill when it wasn’t especially busy.
Cote soho, one of the best! A great birthday meal - set menu is amazing!
Very friendly and efficient service. Excellent food and happy to change an order when one of our party did not like their main course choice.
Superb friendly and efficient service. Great food and nice atmosphere. Well run place. We have eaten here many times pre theatre and are never disappointed.
My friend was really happy about the extensive gluten free menu and the staff were lovely when we needed to change our arrival time. Very much enjoyed the food and very reasonably priced.
Use these restaurants regularly and never had a problem.......until last Sunday in Soho....had to return the Sirloin Steak....almost half of it was inedible...but staff were very accommodating.
Service was great, but my meal was not good. I like Cote, and so far never was disappointed. I decided to go for salad as it is spring after all, and it was lacking in dressing, ratio of ingredients was not right, and it felt like eating raw salad leaves with some dry chicken meat . Chicken salad with walnuts - would not recommend.
Excellent service & food - will recommend & go again. We went for the pre theatre menu, had three courses & delighted with the bill!
Early evening meal for four in a busy restaurant - getting busier. Staff relaxed and attentive; food from set menu and new prestige menu up to usual high standards
Helpful staff, lovely presentation, good quality cutlery/crockery, very tasty food. Pleasant washroom facilities. Would recommend. Will be going to more Cote’s in the future. Birthday celebration- staff very lovely.
Staff tried to establish a rapport on arrival. Efficient and attentive. sensitive to our timing requirements. Good communication skills. Felt valued. Staff marked our daughter's birthday generously.
The fire alarm went off for much of the dinner - I appreciate these things can the helped but might of been a nice gesture to have some money off the bill or a pudding
Great table and service. Food was brilliant as always. I highly rate Cote for its food and reasonable pricing and staff are always extremely helpful.
Lunch with a good friend. A marvelous set menu, and very well priced drinks. Cote never fails to be a good choice.
On a very busy Saturday evening, Cote Soho managed to make us feel very special, getting just the right table for us and making sure all our special food requests were met. They are to be congratulated for maintaining a consistently high standard, whichever branch we choose.
Warm welcome, shown to lovely table. Waiting staff efficient and very friendly. Food excellent, as always. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. Unhurried and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Friendly, surprisingly large restaurant that is convenient for all the theatres in Shaftesbury Avenue and the shops in Regents Street and Oxford Street. The food, as always in the Cote chain was lovely and very reasonably priced (especially for Central London).
Very good as usual g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g g
Great food, quick service. I would recommend especially for before a show. Pre-theatre menu was very reasonable with good choices. I would go back here again
We like to go to Cote before visiting the theatre. This time we were pleased that we received the usual high standard of food and service.
Above and beyond excellent customer service. The lady (manager) made my daughters birthday extra special, with treats for the table. Exceptional 😊 thank you for making our lunch a lovely memory.
Wonderful staff, attentive, professional and helpful. Anticipating customer needs. Faultless front of house staff. Attractive decor to bar area. Not a great location and food average although good value.
Great food and service and excellent value for money what more could you ask, oh yes the house champagne is superb better than a lot of well know brands
Good service. Always great food but I made a poor choice which I found a bit salty - Toulouse sausages on puy lentils. Cote always excellent food service and atmosphere.
Waiting staff could benefit from a bit more training - to anticipate customers' needs over possible demands for seasonings (although the cooking is always good and little needs to be added) and type of cutlery. I had Toulouse sausages (which needed a steak knife) and lentils (which needed a spoon if all were to be eaten).
As always, the staff were friendly and professional and the foid was great. Whitebait particularly good today. All courses very efficiently served for a pre theatre meal for five people. Well done.
Great for celiacs. Separate gluten free menu with extensive options, all of which look mouthwatering. Delicious food and flawless service.
Food was fabulous, staff brilliant and I had a great time catching up with a good friend I’d not seen for ages Recommend the tuna salad (tasty) and apple puff pastry.... tho the neighbours grilled chicken looked amazing too Never disappoints here - took American work colleagues here a year ago and it’s still as good Wasn’t rushed either - great staff
Fast & very importantly friendly service. And of course very tasty 3 course lunch. Thanks & well done and a course afternoon spent in the restaurant.
Consistently high quality product at any Côte This one has everything you want, friendly welcome, hot food and considering it was Saturday eve it was reasonably prompt (just a little long to get desserts) All in all stayed true to the brand.
A nice meal but have been to a number of other Cotes where the same meal was notably nicer. Chips were particularly disappointing as were rather floury. Service and ambience was good.
Lovely atmosphere and great staff, food just took a little while but it was yummy My friends and I really enjoyed it there with the background music and everything Thankyou
I lovely, leisurely pre theatre meal. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent - duck and sirloin steak - both cooked perfectly. Will be back!
I usually love this restaurant but as I was on my own this time I was placed near a large table of men in there 40's having a boy's night out. I could nearly read my programme from The Cursed child whilst I was waiting for my food. They were very noisy and spoilt my experience on this occasion
Seated to the table straight away and generally a good service for a Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy but the staff were on top of things. Food good no problems.
We came here for my Mum's 50th birthday party and they were very accommodating. Even though they were really busy we were still able to go to the table slightly earlier. The service was really quick and friendly and the food was perfect.
I love Cote, you would never know it’s a chain restaurant and it’s menus are divine. We went for a pre-theatre menu, 3 courses including 3 steak mains for less than £45 for the food. What is not to love!
