Greeting was very warm by the manager. The food was lovely and tasty. Our waiter was efficient, although he could have tried a bit harder, I guess he was tired.

There was a very loud party downstairs. The manager did apologise for the loud drunk party but it still impact our experience! I have never experienced anything like that in any Cote branch!

This was the 3rd time hosting our event at Cote and I have to congratulate Fabio Marta and the team. They did a brilliant job in hosting us. Dealing with Fabio to sort the menu choices and arranging the pre-orders was effortless - and they made the day run very smoothly. We hope to be back again next year.

Comfortable restaurant, conveniently located for Shaftesbury Avenue theatres. Menu with plenty of choice, and food tastily prepared.

Fabulous on all fronts. The food is delicious, the Gin cocktail was a real treat, the service is fantastic and everything is just perfect !! Can highly recommend indeed and will definitely go back sooner rather than later !!

We were greeted by friendly staff and looked after extremely well by our waiter Matej - he was efficient, friendly and attentive. Very good food from the pre-theatre menu. Good value for money. Restaurant was not overcrowded and there was a pleasant ambience.

Lovely venue for lunch in Soho - not too busy but still a lively atmosphere. Wanted something healthy and light and the Tuna Nicoise was an excellent choice. Only thing is I would like to know the nutritional values (calories!) for the food in Cote but finding it hard to come by.

Greeting was very warm and genuine from the manager and all the staff I had interactions with were excellent. Ate from the Prestige menu and food was well presented and tasty. Also very speedily served so I had enough time for dessert so of course had to have one. Yum.

A very welcoming arrival. They were happy to wait 20 minutes until our son arrived and treated us to complimentary G & T’s. The food was served quickly after the orders were taken. We all ordered different starters and mains and all were excellently presented and were very tasty. All in all a lovely couple of hours in pleasant surroundings looked after by friendly and professional staff.

Great Service! Great Food! it was London Pride. Although the venue in the middle of London Soho, sadly there was nothing from Cote to support the pride. The staff requested us to if they we could put rainbow face stick on their faces to be part of the celebration, sadly the restaurant manager asked them to wipe it off as no guidance from head office was given, almost all London businesses showed support to the LGBT communities however not Cote however. I will not be spending my money on establishments not LGBT friendly.

Okay experience - but compared to three years back you have lost some standards

Very attentive staff who had an excellent knowledge of what I could eat (I suffer from Coeliac Disease).

We had a lovely meal, and as it was my Mum’s birthday, they surprised her with a birthday chocolate dessert and came over singing Happy Birthday! She loved it. We had waitresses coming over constantly to check we were ok. And the pre theater set menu was so reasonable in price and came very quickly! Will be coming back for sure.

Had late meal so didn’t have multiple courses but what we had was very good. Service prompt polite and friendly. Took longer than we wished to settle up at the end but could see our server was busy doing the same for other tables.

Very good service. A lovely welcoming drink. Plenty to choose from menu. Portion sizes were good. The Fish Parmentier was more of a dill pie with some fish rather than fish with a little dill sauce.

Great as alway and excellent value for money. The service is good but I've marked it down slightly as our waitress was so busy that service was a little slow. Having said that her service was friendly, professional and courteous.

We were a group of four in for a pre-theatre dinner and were delighted at the good efficient service by friendly and helpful staff.

The waitress was very attentive and really lovely and helpful. However she was over stretched and very busy. We love cote wardour Street and will be back.

We had the pre theatre set lunch menu. The dishes were delivered to our table quickly & everyone on the table of six enjoyed their meals. Our only disappointment was being asked for a tip by the waitress! We fully intended leaving one & I have never before been prompted to do so! It has slightly put us off returning.

Charming staff gave us excellent service and a very good pre-theatre meal

Went for the theatre set menu. Had steak followed by peach crumble, all delicious. Waiters were very attentive.

Had the perfect end to the evening! Service, food and experience was perfect! The pork was divine!!!! The complimentary cocktail was awesome! And the staff were lovely! Fav branch for sure!
