Always very good service with a smile and good food.

I came here on a day trip with my family. We were greeted by welcoming staff and given an excellent table in a lovely looking restaurant. The food took very little time to come after we had ordered it and was absolutely delicious. I have since recommended this restaurant to friends - thank you for an amazing experience!

We arranged to meet up with our son in this restaurant as the location suits us both being not from the same area. We enjoyed our food & pleasantly surprised with the fast & friendly service considering it’s a French Brasserie. We will surely come back again next time we’re in London.

We love Cote anyway but this is very convenient for Cadogan Hall. Staff and food all brilliant as usual. We particularly liked the open windows and the buzz in the square.

Had made a reservation and were welcomed at door and shown straight to table. Convivial, lively atmosphere and attentive service. Food served promptly and in generously sized portions. Overall, a good dining experience. Would certainly go again.

Cote is consistently excellent in every way. Although the noise level from customers was quite high, the sound from some unidentifiable background music made it much worse. Exemplifying Cote's excellent standards of service, our waiter immediately complied with our request to get the music turned off. Merciful relief that enabled us to enjoy the food and drink undisturbed.

I booked a table for 3 under my name. One of my friends was put on a different table, Service was poor. Seems to me that they are short of staff. My friend asked to have a salad instead of the chips with her steak and she asked the dressing to be brought separately. Instead she was given chips and salad smothered in dressing on a separate bowl. She did not want the chips which she had not ordered. Nevertheless they left the chips with us. The bill was the wrong amount and we were charged for pudding 3 times when we only ordered 2 puddings. The waiter argued with us instead of apologising and trying to investigate. The Head Waiter intervened he investigated and found that we were right and apologised for the mistake and we were given a discount. It is not the service that we usually expect to receive especially when prices have gone up tremendously. Usually there are plenty of staff who are exceptionally good at customer service - not this time. Most disappointed.

Great location, great value, nice staff with unhurried service - although the 6th star was dropped this time because of the very, very long wait for the main course with no explanation or apology. Not a significant problem as we had plenty of time before my train but an explanation/apology would have helped with the wait.

Think Cote could become my new favourite restaurant. Took my father-in-law before a show & he was impressed with the food & atmosphere.

We always come back because of its excellent food and good prices, plus the friendly and courteous staff. We recommend it for couples as well as friends or family gatherings.

Nice meal on Valentine's Day and not too expensive for the special set menu which had plenty of choice. Restaurant busy but service very good. A bit noisy but only to be expected in a big room with lots of hard surfaces.

Food and service was ok but we were overcharged £25 on our bill which left a sour taste to the overall experience. This is not the first time we have had this happen with this chain.

We love your restaurants. Great service and good menu. I have never been disappointed by anything at a Côte, and they always bring the bill as soon as we ask for it - very rare these days.

This is an exceptional Cote restaurant like no other. I would not ever go to Cote wimbledon again as it is not in the same league. Staff here are cosmopolitan and helpful beyond the norm.

Chain restaurants can often be a disappointment. Cote , however, seems to be exceptionally good offering excellent service and good food. In particular, for once, the wine offered for sale by the glass is actually decent. Another visit is planned before the next concert I attend at the Cadogan Hall ( situated just behind Sloane Square). Recommended.

Excellent food and service - and value. Good booking experience too. Only criticism is that, although service was attentive and enthusiastic, we felt unduly harried to make menu choices soon after we had found our places and before we had had time to relax and study the menus / discuss with each other! Otherwise excellent.

Lovely food and drinks right on Sloane Square on a cold Saturday night .Would have been six stars if the heating had been turned up a notch!

We booked early asking for a quiet(if that’s possible in London ) and were offered a corner spot which was perfect. Our server was fun and attentive. Highly recommended. Oh forgot the food, can’t rate highly enough, excellent.

As always, good menu, food served quickly, nice and hot. Perfect for a quick pre-concert supper. The only quibble is that we had the "two/ three courses special" menu, but when we decided to have a dessert, the waiter only showed us the usual menu, where the desserts are pricier. We didn't notice this, until the bill arrived. So it was only about £4 more, but perhaps as we had started with the "special 2/3 courses" menu, he should have kept to that option for the desserts.

There was excellent service even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was beautifully presented with good flavours, all in all it was excellent value.

As always Cotes delivered, great risotto and Ceasar salad and coffees. why go anywhere else? The service was excellent and quick, with no pressure to hurry our meal.

The waitress we had looking after our table and surrounding tables was a Sengalese waitress who was extremely good and professional.

We always enjoy it at Sloane Square, the staff are always friendly and helpful , what more can i say other than its very convenient for us

Lovely spot on Sloane Sq but would advise you to book as can be very busy. Has an excellent fixed price menu from noon but if you are not that hungry then a singal course from the a la carte is also good value. Good selection of wines.

Wonderful food and service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The ambience gorgeous. A fave for us and always a place for good food and a good time.

The menu needs to be reviewed as it has stayed the same for many years now and needs change to keep interest and encourage repeat visits.

As always, a great time having lunch at Sloane Square. The food, wine and service were very good. Carla looked after us very well. Lovely manager with very long blonde hair is consistently good, as is the tall, dark chap who greets everybody. Even though it is always busy, the staff are attentive. Not always an easy job!! We will return! Anna

Very noisy and the tables are placed too close to each other. I think you do need to space it out a bit and not try and squeeze out every millimetre of space!

Faultless and charming service and delicious food at very good prices. Horrifically noisy but always a pleasure to eat there. Every dish we had (four of us) was well presented, well cooked and really enjoyable.

As always,the food and service were excellent. Also, the location and setting are perfect. My only criticism, is that music is constantly playing. When customers are talking it just creates an annoying babble. It does not need any background music.

As always a delicious supper was had at Cote Sloane Square, with the lovely waiter Graham helping and amusing us! Thank you very much indeed.

Good value fixed price menu, efficient and pleasant service, very decent cooking

Sloane Square Cote, 1400hrs. Paper napkins again. There is no excuse for this. Although the one always given is we were busy yesterday. Just get more napkins. I have been going to Cote from when the two course set meal cost £9.95 Since then the price has risen and the portions have become smaller. I keep returning because I still think you give good value when compared with somewhere like your rivals. The Ivy franchise for example. Do you think they would get away with providing paper napkins?

Reasonably good. I’m not sure why the waiter didn’t clear the peas off our table between main course and dessert. He also spilt a glass of sparkling wine, only just missing my friend - the way he was carrying it across to us on the tray looked very careless (bouncing around so it was spilling over the sides) with a sense he didn’t care/was in too much of a hurry. Asparagus was delicious; the chicken I ordered didn’t have much chicken on the bone and was a little dry. I think the quality of Cotes vary, this one not being one of the better ones.

Cote staff are always helpful and charming! Food choice excellent, more choice of wine by the glass would be appreciated. In all a very nice experience 😋
