As usual the overall experience was outstanding Service good & carried out by very charming personnel Food was delicious The sea bass was certainly the best I have ever eaten
The service was good and so was the food. However, I could of done with a little bit more fruit with my French toast and a slightly bigger portion overall. Perhaps I am just greedy!
Friendly service. Our food was served promptly and didn't disappoint. We had a starter and a main course from the pre-theatre menu - an excellent crab and avocado starter, followed equally good fish cakes with a soft-poached egg on wilted spinach. Very good value.
We had the set lunch menu. Good but not excellent. Booking system efficient and staff did their job well. Cote always reliable. The quality of the a la carte much better than the set menu, so I will stick to that next time.
It's good consistent food. Service can be a little haphazard when busy but good meal and know what to expect. Large restaurant and prefer smaller branches
More spacious than many Cotes and usually a bit quieter. On a very hot night it was really quite comfortable and airy. We all chose the Risotto which suited the evening well.
Great location. Friendly service and a good selection of food at a reasonable price. 2nd time I have organised a school mum's lunch. Works perfectly.
Disappointing omelette, hard and dry -requested it be done soft/runny as the classic dish should be -quite the reverse A second attempt was just as bad Staff very willing to try again though, but unsuccessful, this cook can't do the basics French style !
I think they must have new management/staff at Sloane Square because the service was greatly improved and the whole evening was very enjoyable. The whole small niggle was the waitress added two puddings that we didn't have but quickly rectified.
Good food and service overall good atmosphere bit noisy at lunchtime but after 3pm it was quieter, Chairs a bit uncomfortable and no disabled toilet upstairs a bit of a pain.
Great and kind service but had run out of several basics eg OJ also olives did not come before starter so cancelled lots of free tables so being busy not a reason
Cote Brasserie in Sloane Square can get a bit noisy and crowded if you plan to eat before 7.00 but what can you expect when the prices are so low for good quality food?
Restaurant was very busy with a queue waiting to be seated but apart from my dessert being a bit cold all the food was excellent as always.
Service was slow to start with, not their usual start, they were not overly busy. once we were served food came along as it should and was very good. we had to ask for water 4 times which was not good. The menu was very good and the specials excellent. we were given our Reward bottle of wine. overall good and we would go back again.
Fantastic fast service and excellent set menus. Creme caramel was the best I've ever tasted. Three courses for less than £14.00! You can't go wrong.
We enjoyed the pre-theatre 3 course menu, which was excellent and superb value for money. The staff were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
Waitress very helpful and food delicious. I was visiting with Spanish friends and we had a very convivial atmosphere and good environment. Cote never fails to disappoint
The food was excellent and good value most of the staff were excellent there was an odd one that made me feel I bit hurried tho but all in all very good
Good food, excellent friendly service, fast and efficient staff, quite noisy but overall great value for money in such a central location - most impressed!
Very tasty food and very good value (we had the pre-theatre menu). Service friendly and efficient. Excellent location for Cadogan Hall concert. Up to the usual Cote standard.
Good food and drink which was good value for money. Service was pleasant, although, at the very busy time of 6;15pm on a Friday night, it was understandably slow. As we were not in a rush, we just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.
Fantastic food and service - as always at Cote. Our favourite restaurant, such good value. Had a lovely meal before attending a concert at Cadogan Hall - the start of an excellent evening.
The food was delicious but the service was surly, unhelpful, and very far from the usual friendly efficient service found in Cote restaurants. This branch needs to improve its attitude urgently.
Food was excellent as always. The manager however was not up to his job. He allowed queues to build up at entrance, and was flustered and a little short with clients.
your staff charming, helpful, flexible (do you have marmalade? I think I can find some for you!!!! - delivered 3 minutes later with a smile and an 'enjoy@)
Great selection of good food and great wines. The pre theatre offer is amazing value. Perfect location for Cadogan Hall. Only down side is it's a shame it's so noisy.
excellent service and excellent food. Love coming back to this great restaurant whenever we come to London. Very good new items on the menu. Can't wait to go back...
The service and food were excellent. I was particularly impressed as I was delayed arriving and phoned the restaurant to say I would be late and would they please inform and seat my nearly-95-year-old uncle who would be arriving earlier. They did so and were very welcoming. He in fact recommended Cote: he loves coming here.
Everyone was very helpful and the service was excellent. We both enjoyed the food and wine, and they surprised us with a birthday desert for my husband. A really happy evening.
Pre theatre menu gives an excellent range of options. All 3 of us went for the crab mayonnaise with avocado to start and our mains were steak, chicken breast & chicken salad. Even better value with free kir royale courtesy of our cadogan hall tickets. Recommended.
Good food but service was unusually very slow last night even though the restaurant was not full. Great value for money though and consistent good food.
One of us ordered the veal, the waitress never offered or explained that it only came with a little watercress- we had to ask for more drinks, when she should have noticed and asked.
We were expected. Service was good and not overbearing. We stayed talking for quite a while but we were not rushed out despite the restaurant being busy.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was good however could have used some seasoning in the risotto which was over cooked. Otherwise the food was very good.
Fantastic service from reception to the waiters. The starters were cooked well, the roast chicken of the day was well prepared and succulent but the salmon was bland, over cooked and most definitely artificially produced; tasteless.
Food was really good and staff friendly and attentive. We ate at 3pm hoping to have missed the lunch rush but still extremely busy and so noisy. No fault of Cote just people who have to shout rather than talk. I can only sympathise with the staff having to work in that environment with so much noise. I take my hat off to them for their patience.
We were late arriving and in a hurry to catch a train. We were served a very good 3 course meal with 3 glasses of excellent Pinot noir plus a beer for £61.00 including a 12% gratuity. Remarkable value and the staff were charming although very busy. And the meal was served in just under an hour!
We are always pleased with the food and service we receive. It is also very useful to be able to book online. Keep it up!
Consistent quality at all the locations I have visited. Great prices, especially the special menus. Pleasant ambience. Would recommend for meeting friends and other occasions.
We had an excellent value meal here before going to see the wonderful LGMC at Cadogan Hall. Great, buzzy atmosphere and very helpful and attentive waiter, Samir.
The meal not as good as usual. My Duck confit was very sinewy and not always digestible and the service was on the rushed side.
The waitress was a bit rude... and very unapproachable, and one of our party ordered the dark chocolate pot and it was literally just a bowl of Creme fraiche- not nice!
Service was excellent, the best meal I've had in ages. Atmosphere was fantastic, we weren't rushed at all. Really enjoyed it. Would definitely visit again.
I really enjoyed our meal at Cote Sloane Sq - the food and drink are very good and so is the price. The waiter was a bit slow with our table at times, but we were there at a very busy lunch hour midweek.
Excellent pre-theatre meal. Courteous and efficient service. Great food, well presented. We particularly appreciated the fact that, even though the restaurant was very busy, we were not rushed, allowing my wife and I to have an extremely relaxing meal.
We had the set menu which was lovely, excellent value, staff were really nice too.Bill came to £88 for 3 of us having 3 courses,a nice bottle of red a coke and a kir royale, great price for London. Will definitely return.
Fantastic service, great food, pre/post theatre menu is such a bargain, plenty of choice, good portion size, served speedily. We will definitely return again, and highly recommend.
Service was a bit chaotic, and the noise in the restaurant is always really loud, difficult to speak to people at your own table. Other Cote's are much better.
Food great, hot and steak was lovely. The restaurant felt cold and dark though. Felt rushed plates cleared as soon as soon as cultlery put down!
I booked a table however I couldn't make it for that time, I contacted the restaurant and they were so understanding and rebook my table for a later time. The food and service was extraordinary. Would 100% come back again
