Staff always good and friendly. Noise level is dreadful. Sound proofing needs to be dealt with asap, as you could barely hear what your companions were saying - and I am not deaf! Food consistently good.

Excellent service and very good reasonably priced food. We asked for a quieter table as my sister can't hear well and were given it. 5 star lunch.

Good meal, friendly staff. I was especially pleased to enjoy a free bottle of wine courtesy of the Cote reward scheme plus a couple of kir royales as part of an offer from Cadogan Hall. I shouldn't really have had both but they let me. Very generous and I appreciate it. Thanks!

Very busy lunch hour service and we turned up an hour early accidentally but the waiter who greeted us assured us he would be able to fit the three of us in, which he did after just a short wait. The food did not disappoint as ever!

An excellent specials starter, Boudin noir with poached egg and frisée salad. Very friendly and helpful service today, though sometimes it’s not so good and the bill was very reasonable

Excellent food and good value for money. Slightly casual/sloppy service, not worth the 12% service charge. Felt rushed. Table small and cramped for the 5 of us.

Despite the restaurant being very busy the service was very efficient. Our waitress was delightful and the food up to a high standard as ever.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good food. Good location for Cadagon Hall concerts. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends. The only negative was they were slow with the drinks order.

Good food, service started to slow when one of my party of 6 had to leave but once we explained our time constraints the service was excellent, we were able to enjoy desserts and coffees, pay and leave to get to our concert on time,

As usual, very buzzy atmosphere but not so busy we couldn’t hear ourselves. Very friendly and attentive service and the my chargrilled chicken was excellent. My friend had the hake which she polished off with relish followed by the crumble which she declared delicious. A very nice evening.

Again the quality control of Cote was evident and everyone of the four covers' meals was first rate. The first bottle of wine did not taste right but there was no hesitation in exchanging for a different bottle.

Sloane Square is a very busy Cote but service is swift and friendly. It's noisy in the large open area, mainly due to building acoustics and the fact they have several large tables. Overall, atmosphere is buzzy and food is great value.

Certain team members were very friendly but others lacked the correct spirit . Appreciate you have high turnover of clients but your staff should be trained to support this demand . Quality of food was good . Overall impression was let down by some staff with indifferent attitude .

Very nice atmosphere. Good service perhaps too quick. French onion soup came up not hot enough. Waiter tried to take finished plates before we had all finished. Otherwise food was really nice. Good menu.

It took a long time to get someone's attention to be served. However food arrived very promptly was hot, delicious and well presented. Reliable Cote!

Good food but rather slow service on a busy Sunday afternoon. It is in a great location and has a pleasant interior - if noisy. Staff were helpful but stretched.

Lovely service from our waitress, attentive throughout the meal. The cote de boeuf was cooked perfectly and I highly recommend the crepe grand marnier !

Food was served cold and had to be returned and secondary the bill was wrong I was about to be overcharged. Otherwise all was ok

The service was immediate and good with a very helpful waiter Ithink the food that the main course was too quick relative to us enjoying a shared starter The main point being that at 7.45 the place was very quiet unusual for a Saturday night but it was bonfire night In spite of my above comments the food was good and it is a place that we will come back to again

The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. Also, they all seemed to genuinely enjoy serving. The food choice was very good and very tasty although my minute steak could have been hotter. As we were in a rush to get to the theatre, I did not complain. Overall, good value for an enjoyable meal.

Apart from a couple of service hiccups (slow wine and a failed replacement of promised fries) Cote was great. Good steak. Recommend the Rib-Eye. Cote needs a Malbec

Just very noisy when full, but otherwise wonderful. It's the best value in London and I go to cote s all over . The food at the Sloane Square branch is particularly good.

Despite the restaurant being enormously busy last night, the quality of food and service levels were excellent. The staff were also very accommodating when a fourth member joined us. Always a pleasure to eat there, whatever the time of day!

Excellent service and very good food. It is always an affordable pleasure to dine at the Cote Brasserie in Sloane Square. I shall be back.

It was very good with a nice waiter. They had fitted in an extra table just behind us which made it very tight and we could not move our chairs in and out easily.

We had a great set menu dinner at Cote this evening at 6 pm. The service was pleasant and efficient which meant we got to the theatre afterwards in good time. The food was good and it was good value. We'll be back at Cote Sloane Square again very soon!

Excellent meal and service despite being very busy at peak time (pre-theatre). I regularly use a number of Cote restaurants and have never been let down.

A wide choice on the menu and excellent food lovely ambiance with personnel that really pay attention to your needs and in a very charming and friendly way. Excellent !!

Very welcoming and generously gave us a glass of champagne on the house for my daughter's 21st birthday. Food very good. Not rated a 6 as restaurant too hot!

We only had time for a quick meal, and this fitted the bill really well. The fixed price menu is excellent value - autumn salad, and chicken for me, for £12.95, both quite interesting dishes, tasty and good-sized portions.

We throughly enjoyed our meal but did find the restaurant very noisy which made it difficult to have a conversation which was the only down side .

Excellent service and atmosphere. There were a couple of small comments we had to make about the flavour and texture of 2 of the dishes, but the manager welcomed those comments and offered a complimentary pudding - which was lovely! We'll definitely go back.

Excellent breakfast served very efficiently by delightful friendly staff last Thursday morning. The Formule breakfast is very good value and delicious. Always impressed by the consistency of Cote.

Great lunchtime meal in the heart of Chelsea which is a s superb location. . Friendly waiter. We ordered the set menu and the food was delicious.

Pre theatre menu gave a wide range of choice, and at a reasonable price. As usual all the food was very good. Service was great and pretty quick considering thhe restaurant was so busy.

Food very good, à la Française, quite generous helpings. The wine was also good and the whole thing reasonably priced. A little noisy but everywhere is noisy in London, people tend to shout at each other these days. Service very friendly. I would definitely recommened..

Excellent - friendly quick service and delicious food. We were going to the theatre round the corner and booked for 5.30pm. We were out at 7.10pm which was perfect timing. Very nice atmosphere and no horrible deafening music.

We chose from the 'two courses' offer, good food for a light supper, matching the descriptions in the menu, and arriving in good time for us to go on to a concert. When we asked for a change of table to avoid a draft, that was arranged quickly and without fuss.
