Côte Sloane Square

April menu isn’t that impressive. I think the restaurant is trying to be cost effective. Staff are becoming less friendly too. Such a shame.

Cote never disappoints. They have restaurants all over London and it's very good value. They have very reasonable options. The staff are professional and friendly. I always book online so then there's no waiting time.

Visited prior to attending a nearby concert. We had the pre-theatre menu and enjoyed everything we had. Staff were attentive, the restaurant was busy and bustling in a positive way. I intend to visit again when in the area.

I am a real fan of Cote and will always suggest Cote as an option when meeting. Have been to many branches and have always had good experiences. However on this occasion they failed. Party of 4 and 3 meals very very good however one of us ordered moules mariniere, When they were delivered to the table the smell from them was evidence that they were off and inedible. When the waiter delivered our sides immediately after he said "How are your mussels?" as if he knew they were not right. When we said they were off he said " I will tell the chef not to serve anymore and what would you like instead?" I asked to see a manager after we had eaten to stress that they should not have been served and he offered us a drink on the house. We had already had enough to drink so declined. We then shared a dessert and had coffees. When the bill came the manager did adjust the bill and took off the wine and coffees which was very decent of her but the mussels should never have left the kitchen as they were obviously way past their best.

This is the fourth Cote that I have been to and, like the others, the Sloane Square one had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere even though the restaurant was buzzing. The staff were young, helpful and friendly. We had the pre-theatre set menu which was very reasonably priced. We all chose different dishes and had three courses and not one of us was disappointed. The food was delicious and imaginative and we will definitely be returning.

Cote always excellent. Use them all the time. Food always great. Service good. Only problem with Sloane sq is it’s very noisy and not the place if you want a private chat

Very pleasant food and atmosphere at the Sloane Square Cote brunch. Service was not the usual speedy one but we understood that was a busy time. We will go back again.

The food was excellent, the service quick, and it was convenient for where we were going next. It became quite busy and there was a lively atmosphere.

Always enjoy Cote, staff were friendly and service very efficient. I had steak frites, good as always, my husband had Toulouse sausages, he wasn't so keen and had to pay extra for potatoes.

A beautifully clean, atmospheric restaurant. We arrived early and no problem getting our table. Fast friendly service. Food was served hot and not waiting long between courses. I would have no trouble recommending this cotes brasserie to people at all.

Yummy! Good value for honest grub! Always fresh and tasty. Quiet last night as Easter hols can sometimes be a bit noisy but always buzzy!

Very kind of the hostess to lead me to table away from other diners as I was on my own. That meant I could read in peace! Very helpful waiter. I really enjoyed the whitebait and sea bass - all very good value.

The new April menu is full of things I would like to eat. I had the Endive and pear salad followed by salmon fishcakes with 2 sides - fries and a tomato salad. It was all beautifully cooked and the service was charming and, given that the restaurant was crowded at lunchtime, speedy. It was also affordable. Well done Cote!

As usual, we had a great meal, Cote remains quite consistent and great value for money. Sloane Square is always very busy so be prepared for q bit of a noisy experience. Can be fun if you like it. Good service and enjoyable wines

I totally enjoy my lunch at Cote. I had requested a table at the end of the restaurant and was pleased that my request had been granted. The service was fast and very friendly.

Not quite up to the usual standard, soup a tad too salty and very cold in there today, service not as sharp as usual either. But still a great value local.

Wonderful service and food of a good standard. I wish I hadn't chosen the salmon with ratatouille. somehow didn't gel together very well. Delicious wine though and a glass of sparkling wine for 4.25 is good value. Great atmosphere. My friends loved their vast chicken salads though and the squid.

Right now I think Cote is the best restaurant chain in the UK. They offer quick basic French bistro food at very affordable prices. In an expensive area like Sloane Square this branch is a godsend.

The food was very good and the service was excellent so it all made for a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to our next visit.

Right from the warm welcome when we first entered Cote in Sloane Square to the delicious food and attentive service our whole experience was very enjoyable. Please don't change anything but keep doing what you do so well!

Four of us had excellent 3 course meals with excellent service. The Cote was full but the waiters were charming and efficient. There was no problem staying at the table at the end of the meal even though a queue had formed of people waiting for tables there was a good atmosphere throughout. We will visit again. Another good Cote restaurant.

Pre cooked and re-heated dishes served. Very poor supervision of food leaving kitchen. Not the normal but still should not happen. Why do chefs try to get away with it?? Ruined evening not alllowed for so not charging for the rubbish food does not make up for the disappointment.

Our first meal since arriving in London from San Francisco. It was early as we had napped the afternoon away. We availed ourselves of the early specials. The salad was excellent; the main plate very good. Service was attentive, particularly given the large number of pre-theater diners. The crumble was served a bit too hot, but was good.

Lovely lively Cote. Same good menu with good choice of dishes. Not too fancy, just down to earth good value for money. Plenty of serving staff, with friendly dispositions.

Very good service , friendly and not officious. Food was excellent for all three of us and, in my opinion, the whole thing was good value for money. The only downside was the fact that it was difficult to maintain a conversation as the ambience was extremely noisy (but what should I expect at lunchtime?).

Marvellous atmosphere, wonderful service which was attentive and personal. Welcome drinks served very quickly and food orders served with speed. Meals hot and tasty and very reasonably priced. A delight to eat there and I would certainly go again.

Excellent service,food,there appeared to be a good deal for pre theatre/cinema goers. Look forward to our next visit which be booked before leaving! I’m so sorry that I cannot recall the name of the young woman who looked after us but she was excellent. Excellent value.

Fantastic as always, the place was packed on a Sunday lunch but the service as always was spot on and not rushed in any way. The food as always is consistent with the same high standard you always get in Cote.

Excellent food, good prices, quick and efficient service.. I had the beef burgundy, my wife had the Breton chicken and they were both good. We will definitely return.

Very enjoyable evening. Food was excellent and service good. It would have been nice if the waiter knew what was ordered by individuals or at least asked before putting the food in front of them.

Staff was friendly, but we had to wait half an hour to get the first plate and anoyher 20 minutues for the second one. Better to mind you need 2 hours for a lunch on weekend.

Party of 4 dining on Saturday evening - everyone was extremely happy with their meals - good quality and generous portions - very good atmosphere. Highly enjoyable.

There was a horrible supervisor at the front desk. Extremely rude! I will never go back there again. Not worth my valuable time or hard earned money.
