Fantastic service. Fast and friendly. There with much 9 year old who was really we’ll looked after. Superb pre-show experience. Everything ran like clockwork. So relaxing because every next step was anticipated and prompt. Gorgeous steaks. Thanks so much.

I am usually a big fan of Cote, but today was not great. Both my friend and I ordered eggs benedict, and were surprised to find that they were completely cold except for a very little lingering warmth in the egg itself. Tepid soft-poached yolk is actually rather disgusting, so I sent it back and was brought a new one, marginally warmer but the sauce still fairly frigid. I know you can't boil hollandaise, but part of the chef's craft is to bring it to just below that point, and pour it onto a hot poached egg. I didn't complain any more, but ate it dutifully. My friend's mackerel salad looked nice, and was reported to be so, and my apple crumble was all right, although rather more soggy than crumbly.

Food as good as ever and at a reasonable price. Service fine. The only downside was that at a busy lunchtime the noise level was high.

Our first visit back since the refurb. Now bigger than ever and L-shaped allowing more seating at the back. Great food and service as usual; much better than the last time pre-refurb. Not too busy, so would be interesting to see how it is when full. Highly recommended.

Good dining experience. The menu is definitely becoming a little boring after 10 years with the same dishes. Not a place I would go to that often because of this.

We chose from the more expensive set menu and there was a good choice. Food was delicious- I had pork fillet with mushroom sauce and my friend had the salmon. Both excellent.

Although food is always good, sometimes and especially tonight, service was not what I would call service. Average to start and a bit pushy, the waiter left at the middle of our meal, which is fine, but we were looked after by another one , with whom I tried to engage but OMG he was so dismissive. Maybe because being a he looking like a she , which is absolutely fine by me, the attitude was just in the border line of acceptable. I have removed the service charge as I refuse to pay for this. Be back? Probably but never I will pay for service again.

Cote fan but first time at this branch. Food good as usual but what struck me most was the friendly staff, appeared genuine not just going through the motions. If disabled access to toilets is required you have to be escorted by a member of staff through the hotel next door. Took a while!

The ribeye was fantastic, absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. A quiet lunchtime but the service was a bit patchy. At the beginning, didn’t feel as if anyone was responsible for our table. Waited for quite a while for a menu and to order. Overall a still a great place for lunch

The food was as consistent as ever -Breton chicken succulent and generous (though fries were bit skimpy on this visit ) .Our waiter was warm and friendly although I do tire of 'upselling '!

The front desk man said they are fully booked so cannot accommodate but when I walked out of the restaurant and booked online they have a table so did book it and went back and told the same person. He did not have anything to say and really want him to feel embarrassed by that. I am appalled by this because I always love coming to Cote Sloane Square and even recommend to all my friends but not happy by that gesture- quite off putting.

Consistently very good food. Although a chain, feels individual. Feels authentically French. Service great, nice atmosphere, nice and bustling but not overwhelmingly so. Swordfish was delicious, as was steak frites and Breton chicken.

A good place for a pre-theatre meal. The option of two set menus, both of which offer good value for money, is a bonus.

Service was slow and we had to ask for most things twice. Fries were over cooked and the salmon had just a smear of hollandaise sauce on it. Tuna over cooked and white wine warm. But it’s atill a buzzy and fun place to be.

Faultless in every way. Went in late on Saturday, food was delicious, service incredibly smart, all staff very friendly and appropriate. We’ve become used to this high standard at all Côte restaurants we’ve visited so thank you and please keep it up!
