Côte Sloane Square

This was a repeat visit after a bad experience. The staff didn't know this or that payment was to be by way of complimentary gift card following that bad experience. It was SO much better :-) Food was good, service was good (although waitress could learn to speak up a bit) and now I would come back when i am in London.

Overall enjoyable. Reliable Cote does what it does very well

Charming service, as ever, varied menu so, despite being regulars, there is always something new to try. Keep changing the menu every month please!

An excellent meal served by willing and very friendly staff.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered for a very long time both when booking, on arrival and during the meal. The food was excellent - I had sea bass which was lovely and a good portion too. Great atmosphere, if a little loud, but that is brasserie style and certainly will come back when in the area.

The whole experience was a joy! The greeter Melanie I think , was charming as was our splendid waiter Giovanni. The food was mostly delicious, the hard beetroot inedible but replaced immediately with splendid replacement, though the spinach salad was a bit salty. I particularly enjoyed the Pork Croquet. The house wine most acceptable. We were out in time for our concert. We shall all see you next year. You have a great team.. one hint from an ex restaurateur of 40yrs..,, ice buckets should be two thirds full of ice and one third water, or the ice touches the wine but water enables contact. This was something I taught commis on their first shift.. But that just being fussy... you have a lovely restaurant.. Thank you. Philip J.M. Cooke

The service was really prompt and the meals too. I felt that hospitality such as bread and olive oil was missing from the equation. I also ordered Tea and Coffee and not even a sweetener like a cookie or Chocolate bite was given.

Delicious food and wine accompanied by excellent, thoughtful and imaginative service. Could not have been better.

Brilliant food, cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient staff made us so welcome. we were celebrating our 55 th wedding anniversary and they made it so special. All good as usual,

Pre theatre supper drank the cocktail offer - delicious. Ate high quality fish. Pleasant and quick service. Not our first visit but will come again

This restaurant is a good chain. Some are better than others but the Sloane Square one tends to be very good.

Good food at a cozy place Lillet Rose martini was fantastic

Lovely setting, charming, friendly staff as always and delicious food, mostly. I am allergic to onion and chives and specified this to the waiter. When my salad nicoise came it was not only a quite measly portion - the tuna was delicious but very little salad or potatoes / olives (£14:50) but it was sprinkled with chives. The waiter handled the situation very well, apologised and took the cost off the menu which I appreciated. There were 4 of us and the rest of the meal was excellent.

Overall the visits was ok but on this occasion the service was very poor and not up to the normal standard

A lovely lunch as usual and what was so good was that no one hurried us. I was meeting an elderly relative who had made a long journey, so we had plenty of time to chat. The staff as usual at Sloane Square were tip top. Thank you.

Cote Sloane Square does not feel part of a chaini..which is a great compliment. The service is lovely and the food as good as an indy Bistro...for me greatest drawback sadly is the reverberating acoustic made worse by the playing of recorded music. Even seated in the far end, relatively quieter space my companion and I struggled to hear one another. If this problem could be resolved (an acoustic ceiling for instance) I would use Cote even more than I do already.

All good, as usual, but it was a very noisy experience.

Went for a quick pre concert meal with my wife. The restaurant was extremely busy, however, the service did not suffer unduly. The waitress was friendly and helpful despite being run off her feet. We would say the only downside was the level of noise which detracted from our dining experience. The food was of good quality and served in reasonable time considering the number of customers present. We would certainly use this restaurant in future.

I always enjoy the food at Cote and love their gluten free options. I'd never eaten at the Sloane Square restaurant before and found the service, knowledge of waiters and noise they created (throwing cutlery into trays in the middle of the restaurant etc) to be below the standards I would expect from Cote/restaurants at a similar price point.

The food was fine but we always had to ask - to order - for the bill - to pay. And one of the orders was wrong so we were eating at different times

Super meal, perfect service - we will be back for breakfast.

The first time we went to Cote it was lively could not fault anything unfortunately having been back twice and 2 times having the steak that you pay extra for it has been Tough and gristly. It is so sad because my family and myself liked it the first times that's why we went back the second and we thought we would try because we thought it might be a one off being tough, but no again it was not nice. Not sure if we will return Sincerely

Efficient and friendly staff, food was good and extremely well presented. Although the restaurant was busy we were never rushed and will visit again.

Our meal was, as always at this Cote, served very professionally and the food quality very good. We enjoyed the atmosphere although we a little to close to a very loud group nearby and the acoustics made having an easy conversation difficult.

Well attended to by staff. Got my favourite table by the window, which I appreciate.

I am a huge fan of Cote and regularly use a number of your branches. The food is always tasty and good value. On this occasion the evening was marred by an extremely noisy table of 8-10 people. We were initially seated right next them but asked to be moved to a quieter location. Even there it was often difficult to carry on a reasonable conversation and this got worse as more alcohol was consumed. All this said, our Italian waiter was delightful and particularly charming to my two Italian guests and we were quite happy with the mood

Before I start, Cote Sloane Square is a lovely restaurant. I am a local, dine quite often. I made a booking over the phone A woman answered, asked for my phone number and instantly knows who you are and responded “all booked for you Nad” A guy in a pony tail greeted us and said it’s a bank holiday weekend which is absolutely fine But don’t push your clients if they have already make the effort of booking and coming in before time Doesn’t really end the night on a pleasant note as you would like it to be

Delicious food, well presented with attentive & smiling staff. An excellent experience once again. Plus very reasonably priced & therefore affordable.

The food was delicious. I had chicken and avocado salad and fresh orange. My daughter had fresh tuna salad and lemonade. We enjoyed every mouthful. The restaurant was busy and we did find the noise level high. Service was very efficient.

Fab waiter - but the restaurant itself is a wee bit noisy! Food great value and reliable!
