Good food, prices and service. The French sparkling wine was very reasonably priced and pleasant.

We were going to the theatre so had the theatre menu which is good value. Service attentive and efficient.

Lovely food, good wine and swift service - as usual. Perfect.

Wonderful ambience, however very loud as the place was full. We have visited several times and will continue to do so. The waiter from Sicily, Italy was superb also the young girl from Sardinia was a joy. It really makes a difference from some of the miseries who have served us in the past. A very nice brasserie with good service, friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. If the ceiling could be altered to receive sound-absorbing tiling, it would be easier to hold a conversation. At present the noise levels are so high, you can't converse easily with the person sitting opposite you.

The only criticism was that service was slower than usual. However. The waitress did send the chef’s apologies and breakfast was excellent as always.

Friendly welcome, good food and service despite restaurant being very busy

had the worst experience...ordered from 4 members of staff before we got our complimentary drink (I subscribe to their website), we ordered the food and within one minute the soup arrived; then one of the orders was wrong and they tried to give us the other food - we said no, let's wait and get all our food together (standard restaurant practice?), they got the order right and our original food arrived cold. we got new food after an embarrassing exchange with our hostess. my steak which was originally cold was heated up and then overcooked....I complained and it was an issue. of course an new one was ordered, but the manager and our hostess came to our table and were trying to explain their way out of the situation. I was so embarrassed and felt I was being intimidated that I asked them to leave us to get on with our family meal (my elderly parents had travelled down from Liverpool to see their great grandchild for his birthday tomorrow). I was shaking and tearful after this. then we get a bill where the steak and wine was taken off the bill and asked if that was okay. I said not and the hostess came back and told us to 'just go'. I always thought this was a good restaurant, but I felt humiliated, intimidated, embarrassed and tearful. I went there with the expectation of spending whatever it cost for my parents to have a lovely meal in an environment that wasn't to challenging for them, but we all came away feeling upset and disappointed.

Excellent. Always is, that’s why we keep coming back. Keep it up.

Have eaten here before and enjoyed rhe food. This time we were disappointed.. Mussels good and steak frites ok but Breton chicken a let=down.. Breton chicken should really be cooked in cider, bacon and cream. This was just a huge chunk of tasteless, breaded and over cooked chicken. Very overpriced especially given mediocre quality of meal. Unlikely to go back.

This is the noisiest of the Cote Brasserie restaurants I have visited in London. Apart from that I cannot fault the food or the service.

Enjoyable pre-theatre dinner. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very good. Only negative was that the tables are close together (with limited / narrow gangways)

It's pretty good for a chain. A rung or two above Café Rouge. Good value - especially for Sloane Square. A bit noisy - but it was Friday lunchtime - and we did have a waitress who couldn't have cared less if she'd tried!!!

Always enjoy my visits to COTE. Request table in front window area and enjoy the excellent service of most efficient waiter/ manager with short blonde hair. Food /Menu most appealing and always find something different to try. The Parmentier yesterday did not disappoint and the feuillette starter today was delicious. Affordable and excellent value. Busy restaurant but deservedly so. Have been twice this week !!

Seating was available, staff exceptional, very polite and great service.

This wasn’t any good visit may be as at 5:30pm Cote was too busy. Order didn’t come properly. Had to repeatedly and repeatedly ask for food. Sour dough bread served up cold and hard. In the end, I had to call manager to help. This is not a normal experience as usually every Cote visit is superb. I think they were just overrun

Delicious food, first rate and charming service and pleasant ambience - we enjoyed ourselves very much. One tiny problem - noise - it would make the experience perfect if there was a quiet area that could be booked.

I am a regular patron of Cote Sloane Square, the staff are always smiling and most helpful and try to please. Amazing value for money for good tasty food.

I have always been a big fan of Cote Brasserie for the menu and the overall experience. All plates are well balanced, tasty and with good quality. The staff was very friendly and accommodated me and friends despite I made a mistake with my booking. Thanks a lot!!! We will be back!

Very good meal. Excellence steak. Kir wasn't really a Kir. Wine could be serve in a bigger glass.
