The food was good but a pity two of our party had a cold Maine course which was meant to be hot ! Noise level very high urgent need of sound absorbing materials .

The food as always was to a very high standard but we were very disappointed to be informed when we were seated at the table that we would not be allowed to order from the lunch time menu because our party exceeded 6 people. We were instead offered a premium Christmas menu of £32 per person, or the main a la carte menu. As we were 8 adults and 2 children this severely limited our choices. We ordered main meals from the a la carte, but would have preferred to select two or three courses from the lunch time menu that we could see other diners were choosing from. As the main selections we made were the same as those on the lunch time menu I failed to understand why we were penalised in this way.

Table very tight and got knocked every time the waiter went past. But pre theatre and waiter helpful.

Any meals that are creamy, the taste are great but I find the creme is a bit too thick, in which it makes the whole plate feels very dense and unnecessary thick

A very enjoyable New Year’s Eve Celebration with great food and imaginative menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Birthday brunch fabulous! Love their breakfast till 1pm at weekends. Full English or veggie breakfast with coffee/tea and various fruit juice.

Overall very good, our server changed half way through our meal, which is always a frustration as consistency of service does always drop. However the 2nd waiter was also pretty good.

Had a lovely meal with good service and very friendly surroundings in a lovely part of London. Couldn't fault it. However, the restaurant let itself down with access to it's disabled wc. This was located in the adjoining hotel and required a key to access the basement level which none of the stall informed me and the reception staff of the hotel were unwilling to provide. I gave up but had I been in a wheelchair rather than using a stick, it would have involved going back to the restaurant via 2 doors again. Not good enough.

Four of us enjoyed an excellent family lunch. We were able to find dishes which suited the whole party and to enjoy a good bottle of wine .

Ordered the Cote traditional Onion Soup and when it arrived found that the size of the Soup Bowls had been reduced. I thought that this was a pretty bad idea for Cote’s great reputation. You could at least give your customers a choice of standard, or mini soup bowls. I suppose you will blame this way of profiteering on Brexit.

One matter nearly ruined my Xmas day lunch at this restaurant. For this reason, I have downgraded the overall experience of this review which otherwise would have been a good experience with the family on Xmas day as the food and service is always good at Cote even when the restaurant is packed as it was on this occasion. The real negative for me is that Cote Sloane Square does not have a disabled toilet on the ground floor. There would be no way to know that one has to wait for a member of staff to escort a person with mobility issues down in the lift to the lower ground floor with use of a staff key for the lift access, and then walk along a dirty and slippery staff corridor, full of obstacles. This is a less than satisfactory situation, in my view it discriminates against those people with disabilities who may need to urgently use facilities. The Sloane Square Hotel reception manager was also less than helpful on this day, he was very rude and dismissive although he could clearly see that an elderly person was struggling. In the end it took at least ten minutes to be able to access the toilet facilities, this is way too long and caused us a great deal of stress. So Cote Sloane Square, please install a toilet on the ground floor for your disabled patrons use.

We’ve been going out for Christmas lunch for many years. This was our first Christmas at Cote, The service was amazing the atmosphere was lovely and best of all the lunch was beautiful, good quality food with a great choice for all.

The foods were just the normal. Not cozy and very cold inside.

Nice food. Service a bit slow at the beginning but ok in the end. A little surprised at the much smaller portions of creamed spinach-tiny. Also, the chocolate pot with cream...hardly any chocolate.. Love Cote but I hope the standard's aren't dropping.

The restaurant was packed, indeed we had to wait to get through the door to claim our reserved table. The staff did their best but were run off their feet with not a seat to spare and the noise level meant you could not really have a conversation. The food was fine and the kitchen is to be commended for coping under the circumstances. I would however never go again at Sunday lunchtime, especially the one before Christmas.

Unfortunately it took ages to order. Even when the restaurant was quite still the service was bad. We were a table of 4. When asked if we would like desert we asked for a couple of more minutes this was at 9pm. We then decided but the lady never came back to ask what we wanted.. we left and that was 10 as we had another plans elsewhere.. they missed out on 4 desert orders and 3 alcohol orders. As this was our first time there we shall not be returning.

I took my wife for a birthday dinner and you did not disappoint. Top marks and when you noticed that it was her birthday you brought out a birthday treat which was so kind. Food served as if you were a Michelin star restaurant.
