we arrived early for our 1245 table: no one at the front desk, one waitress gestured we should wait there. Eventually the front of house man arrived and we were shown to our table, we had to ask for the special lunch time menus. We were very close to the main door., where there is a restricted amount of space for people to wait. Our server arrived and we ordered our food; she was fairly off hand. The food was as always excellent, we use Cote in other locations. But many people were coming through the door, and it became VERY crowded, the front of house man was very busy and was constantly being sidetracked. A lady on her own came to the adjacent table, recognised by our server so she was then sidetracked! Very unprofessional. Just watching what was happening, it was chaotic. Glad youre busy but this was ridiculous. I would describe the service as surly! Wouldn't retrurn to this branch!

Service was excellent. We had to send something back and they were very accommodating and replaced the item with a different one at no charge.

My only criticism was the chicken I had was very dry. I had had this meal previously in Cote Guildford and it was delicious. Our waitress was very efficient as we were on a tight turn around. The waiter did discount our meal which was good.

We had a lovely time but the chicken was a bit dry and lack seasoning. The sardines were tasty but the serving size was very small.

Really lovely dining experience. Everything was fantastic. I’m 9months pregnant and asked for a spacious seating area which was received well. The drinks and food came in good time and was as usual really tasty and flavourful. The staff were extremely attentive, we were not limited to just our own waiter, but served and helped by other staff members who possibly were Head waiter/Restaurant Manager/Back waiter and even kitchen staff when my crème caramel came out. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

A very enjoyable meal in convivial surroundings. The manageress was welcoming and friendly and the waiter was efficient very helpful.

I booked here months in advance for a pre-concert dinner a few days before Christmas and the day before the booking I realised that I had put the wrong time. Oops. The place was booked out on-line because of a soldout concert by the Sixteen at the Cadogan Hall round the corner and disaster loomed for me. Nowhere else available in the area. An early morning phone call, an explanation to the pleasant young man who answered and we were accommodated. Phew! And it was worth the effort - good food, value for money and cheerful staff. An excellent experience and we will be back. Thank you

We had roasted sea bass and salad Nicoise followed by the crepe which was all delicious server was friendly and attentive always have a great time here!

Brilliant food! Brilliant service......all as I expect of Côte. Unfortunately at Sloane Square you’ve still been unable to modify the noise level......for this reason alone I am reluctant to bring friends along for a meal.

It seemed that there were a lot of waiters but they weren't doing very much and weren't being very attentive to the customers. The eggs benedict was nice but for £9.50 thought it should have come with something other than just the egg, smoked salmon and one half of a muffin. When it came to paying, I asked at least 3 waiters (one was a manager) and all ignored me as they were having their own conversation. I then removed the service charge from the bill as I didn't think they deserved it.

Excellent ad always, Cote never fails to give the best service and food quality.

Food was good although there was little ambience on a Sunday afternoon, possibly due in part to everyone being at the Tut exhibition.

I live in Italy, and delicious though the food is there it's a treat to eat such excellent French food for change. Service perfect and pleasant surroundings. I always laugh when given a complimentary bottle of........tap water!!!

We were sat near the drinks area, and there was lots of chatting going on but not much service. The team member with the facial piercings and purple shirt just drank coke and played on phone. Everyone was discussing Fattima’s dating. There were lots of staff just gossiping and not attending tables. We were sat with dirty plates and it took ages to get bill. There was just a lack of service I’ve been lots of times to this restaurant and last night just lacked enthusiasm ... perhaps new year blues. £11 service charge was not deserved

No complaints, as usual. A really great place for lunch.

Always great service and a great meal with great ingredients and no long waiting times. It would get a 6-star review if it weren't for the noise which isn’t helped by the awful piped Musac (yes, believe it or not, Cote still pipe an unidentifiable throng simultaneously through the speakers of each Cote) which fights with the noise of diners so if you want peace, ask for a quiet table.

Pre theatre visit on way to Hamilton at Victoria so on a tight schedule and dinner not main focus of the evening. Accompanied by 4 females from 3 generations; all were delighted. Excellent food, brisk but not intrusive service and excellent value for money.
