Côte Sloane Square

The food was fine. But this is (sorry) AN AWFUL RESTAURANT: FAR FAR FAR TOO CROWDED AND NOISY. The Cote branch on the Fulham Road is INFINITELY superior. The Cote style is great. But this Sloane Square branch was very badly designed indeed. I will never go there again. Sir Colin Budd

Excellent value and quality wine and food. Perfect for a quick pre shjow dinner to please all tastes and requirements.

Great value, portions were almost too big. Tables for 2 could have been a little bigger. Noise level quite high but restaurant was full.

Service was impeccable as always and my special request for champagne on the table was done without me needing to ask! Always made to feel very welcome and staff are so friendly! Food also always delicious and so reasonably priced!

Pre booked table for 7, nice atmosphere, efficient staff , food good, overall the formula works well.

A fabulous meal today -the creme caramel was the best I've ever had. The staff were excellent and very attentive. A lovely lunch and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We always get a round table but didn’t this time which was disappointing for us.

A very enjoyable early Sunday lunch, at a relaxed pace. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive.

Sunday lunch and a joint birthday party for 10 guests including a 1 year old. We had a wonderful time - everything was to the usual high standard we always get at Cote! Although busy, our table was ready on time, the welcome was warm, the service was attentive but unobtrusive, the food was excellent, and our birthday "treats" were much appreciated. Thanks to all for a lovely celebration - we'll be back soon!

If it was possible to give zero stars , I would. This is my 4th experience with Cote sloane square, each time horrendous and now I will never go back. Decided to give it the benefit of doubt , one last time and booked it before a masquerade ball. We arrived and got seated. Even though i had used the january offer, no one noticed from our booking and we had to ask for the free wine. Starters came and were nice. The main came and it was wrong, Items then had to be substituted, the main were stone cold. They were sent back and when returned, they were wrong and had to wait for the correct items. The steaks were now burnt from being reheated, and had to be returned. No cutlery was given so my companion could not even eat her meal. In the end, she ate her meal alone, while i waited for my meal. When it came out again, the steak was rare ( I asked for medium) and hard as cardboard. I did not eat it and only ate the beans. I am DONE with cote. It ruin our evening.

We always enjoy our breakfasts with you. My favourite French toast and fruit and my husband’s Formula never fail to please us.

All courses were absolutely delicious and the service we received was excellent. Thank you for the bottle of superb wine which completed our meal.

Staff were lovely. Service good. I asked if we needed to order any sides. No need they said. My dinner was fine but my daughters fish needed extra vegetables so she couldn’t finish the fish. My beef stroganoff was rather chewy.

We regard Cote as our favorite restaurant chain. Always good service, good value, and good food. Hope to use the free bottle offer at our next visit this month. Colin Flint

Good friendly service, very good food and good value for money

Regular eating venue for us but recently the set menu has got more expensive and is not such good value anymore.

Good food, reasonably priced, friendly service, just a little too cramped and noisy, but very enjoyable.

Our time in Sloan Square was great, food was good, service was good and also the atmosphere

This is the perfect place to eat either for lunches, pre-theatre (Cadogan Hall) or late evening meals. There is an excellent choice of pre-set or a la carte food at extremely reasonable prices for central London and the service is very good. It is always busy and can become noisy, but it has a great atmosphere. Booking is essential.

The staff were excellent. Found me a really nioce table (as it was a birthday) and brought the free Kir Royales without us having to ask. The food was excellent. Please keep the Butternut Squash Ravioli on the menu. It is delicious! My only criticism is that the restaurant was a little chilly.

Food excellent, service good but the background noise was horrible. Not relaxing whatsoever. Also, during winter time, add a curtain at the entrance. This will avoid your customers of freezing!!

Lovely food - glad to see interesting and tasty vegetarian food making it onto the lunch menu. Great service and good value all round. Very busy and noisy but fun.

Good service fast & efficient pre theatre meal value for money. My only grumble was the half chicken It was like it had come out of a prepared prepackaged microwave bag. Dry lacking in flavour , chicken bones soft and flesh pink colour very disappointing. Tasted of nothing fresh ?? Tables for 2 very close together so be prepared to hear lots of conversations around you that you don’t necessarily wish to hear.

Second visit to this restaurant and even better than the first. Your staff are so good. Welcoming, polite and efficient. Food was excellent and choice really varied. Very spoilt because of my birthday with Kia Royale and the staff went the extra mile and sang Happy Birthday and presented my dessert with candle and chocolate wishes. Really made my day, thank you

Cote is always a good venue - pleasant friendly staff and good reasonably priced food.

Not the usual standard we expect from Cote: starters arrived before the aperitif; main course had to be sent back as the food was lukewarm; an ordered espresso never arrived. The venue was busy with concert goer attendees (we were amongst them); but the kitchen and serving staff were not able to keep up. We asked for the bill, but this didn't arrive; so we went to pay at the counter. Overall quite disappointing.

Excellent, very accommodating in changing our booking time. Service, food and atmosphere was good as always. Never had a duff visit to any Cote restaurant.

Very good service and food as always. Any special requests were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Very enjoyable meal.

Out three complimentary kir royal was 'mistakenly' given at full price on the bill - also my fennel was rock hard and had to be replaced - meaning my guests had finished their main course before I had started my replacement meal. we did point all this out at the time and the manager was most apologetic. but not a good experience as I would have expected from Cote.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Quick service Would definitely visit again but would eat differently - ordered chicken and walnut salad. Salad was very good but chicken was completely dried out and as a result all but inedible. Also had very rocky table which we could only keep still by sitting with our feet on the table feet which became uncomfortable after a while
