I rarely do reviews, but every time I go here I do. It really is a perfect experience. This evening my friend and I were looked after by an absolutely wonderful young man called Graham/Graeme who was truly exceptional. His professionalism and attention to detail was remarkable. He was also extremely amenable and pleasant. The food is reliably good, the atmosphere lovely and the wine list is really well priced. AND ITS IN SLOANE SQUARE! You really will not get better value for money in London with such exceptional service on a consistent basis.

good food as preparation for attending a concert. the restaurant was very busy and that led to some delay particularly in receiving the tea my friend ordered which eventually arrived but so late that she could barely enjoy it before we needed to leave.

An enjoyable evening with good food and courteous service. The only problem with the venue is architectural as it's an incredibly noisy space. The older people on the two tables next to us were clearly struggling to hear eachother. Maybe the advice of an acoustic engineer or architect might help?

For central London, the prices of this brasserie are superb. This is good, solid, typical brasserie cuisine but at extremely good prices. There are always queues at the door, which is a very good sign, so book ahead if you can. Two courses for as little as £13.95; wine for as little as £17.95 a bottle; good, friendly, fast, service.

The food was Very good but the service was dire. I was ignored for the first half hour and eventually managed to get some water. One waitress caught up with us and was very good but she disappeared and the guys seemed to find us invisible! One just walked by three times ignoring plates that need clearing We were tempted to cross the 12% service charge off and would have done so if it hadn’t been for the first waitress. Our Exeter branch is much better organised!

We had a great welcome and lovely food, you could give bigger potions of the staek sauce you charge extra for because there was not enough of it. Also we treated nicely by the waiting staff except for when we asked for the optional service charge to be removed. We like to leave our own choice of tip as we are on a tight budget and went without ordering more than the basics to keep the cost down. The staff then became very rude and we had to demand our change back. This spoilt our experience and therefore would not return or recommend.

There was a long queue of people waiting for tables whereas I had a booking. The greeter was only coming to the desk when a table freed up so eventually I had to go into the restaurant area and explain that I had a booking. There should have been someone at the desk all the time.

Good reception then we were seated. The chair was wet so we asked for it to be dried, the waiter muttered something but didn’t come back for a few minutes so we swapped it for another chair so we could be seated. The food was delicious, maybe a little colder than I would have liked but they were very busy. Very pleased I pre-booked a table.

I wouldn’t hesitate to eat at Cote Brassiere Sloane Square again, it was very enjoyable. The only criticism would be that the white chocolate sauce served on the frozen berries dessert was very watery and not creamy as one would expect.

Going downhill. Have eaten here many times but today the soup was too salty and didn't taste of mushroom. One tiny pat of butter for 6 slices of bread for 2 people? My guest paid extra for the 'Breton' chicken - which was so dry it was inedible. The noise level was ridiculous, even for half term, and we had to put coats back on as the a/c was on too high too. Won't be rushing back.

A great place to have dinner. We were going to Cadogan Hall and needed a quick meal. The waitress ensured that our meals came quickly to ensure we had an hours turn around. The food was excellent, Rib Eye (Rare) was cooked to perfection and the Ravioli was also perfect.

My partner and I have been coming to Cote restaurants for many years, and normally enjoy the quality of the food very much. But last night we visited the Sloane Square restaurant and the food, with a couple of exceptions, was VERY POOR. We treated ourselves to a meal from their highest level a la carte menu. The one good thing was the crab mayonnaise. But that was all. Last Thursday we'd had the much-billed Seared Scallops in Wimbledon Cote and that was sumptuous, sizzling and all the things that the extra price tag brings. But last night my partner had it again and it was stone cold, tasteless and totally unsatisfactory. She did not complain, thinking that this was the way it was deliberately served: but it was totally different cold, far worse. Then we both had the Poulet Roti. Big mistake. The chicken had little meat on it, was lukewarm, dry, and the outer skin was parched. The main accompanying veg was fennel, which took up almost half the plate, and this was tasteless, again luke-warm, and so tough it could not even be cut, let alone chewed and digested. At a price of £14 this dish was VERY POOR value. When we complained, the courteous waitress offered us complimentary coffees as recompense, but that did not alter the fact that our meal had been terrible. Despite our past good experiences with Cote, in future we will be going elsewhere amongst the many other Sloane Square eateries and it is unlikely we will be returning in the future.

Good service, pleasant staff, v patient as friend was nearly 30 minutes late arriving My goats cheese and roasted vegetable salad was disappointing in that veg were all barely warm and not at all roasted; o ion and butternut squash were all but raw and peppers looked and tasted as though had just been tossed in warm olive oil. Goats cheese was delicious

The waitress did not understand how the wine pairing worked. The kir royal comes before the meal. The white wine is to be paired with the first course and the second wine with the second course. She brought the kit royal with the first course. I had to ask her for the white wine which was brought after we had the first course. I then had to ask that the Main course wait until we finished that wine. Super annoying especially for valentine’s fixed prices Menü where it is clearly stated. Couple next to us had same issue. Pretty disappointing.

The valentines set menu was very impressive. We did the wine pairing and the selection offered with each specific course was really excellent. This was not plonk being thrown out, but seriously considered and quality choices that paired excellently with the very impressive food. It was was my first time at Coté and I’ll be returning very soon. £10 only for 3 glasses of wine is exceptional value. We had a 6:30pm booking but the crowd was of a much older variety and the atmosphere was a little tense as a result. However that’s no fault of the restaurant! The facilities and decor was elegant but relaxing.
