Wow this chin is consistent. Food always of a high standard. Service is welcoming and friendly. Always value for money at each location.
Service was attentive and efficient. Dishes for children were good, but mine (spinach and mushroom risotto) was too heavy. Choices on the menu was good for a large group.
Positive: The food was very good indeed. Worth going back again for. Negative: we were charged for bread separately which was included in the meal price. The place was very busy, and the staff gave-off an air of being rushed and stressed. So the atmosphere was not at all relaxing. Service was very slow, and our dessert was completely forgotten. Tables were so close together that the waiters continuously bumped into our chairs as they went past. The toilets were not as clean as they should be, and the floor had been mopped and left wet, which was highly slippery and dangerous.
Very good experience. Waiting time was a bit long but as it was packed by our choir from Cadogan it was understandable. Waiter very attentive and the food good.
Excellent gluten-free and vegetarian options. Delicious rhubarb cocktail. Wonderful waitress - but there were too few staff waiting and she was absolutely run off her feet but extremely professional nonetheless.
I frequent Cote a lot because it is good value and the waiting personnel are very good even if the menu could do with a shake up. My haddock was way over cooked too but often find the fish at Cote overcooked. Today I spent an entire lunch of 1.30 minutes listening to a scream child who hardly stopped during that time. Most of the tables around me were fed up too. If the parents are insensitive to fellow guests should the Manager not have taken it upon himself to recommend that they move to an outside table for the comfort of other diners? I know in today’s world where we in UK have overdosed on political correctness it is difficult but a full restaurant of mainly grown up shouldn’t have to ensure this kind of behaviour. Feed back appreciated.
Fabulous food and service really friendly and efficient, and I’m sorry not to give the full star rating - but it was unbearably noisy. and the acoustics just didn’t allow for the 4 of us to converse across the table.
Excellent dining experience following day at the Chelsea flower show.
Excellent food and service. Thank you everyone!!! ✅ Even though you were very busy you took time with everyone and the food was beautifully hot and tasty!
Well,we do tend to use Côte at various London locations but our favourite is Sloane Square. Always buzzing but you never feel hurried,,staff wellcoming and food consistently good. Can’t recommend enough.
Always good quality food served promptly. Staff are very efficient considering how busy it is.
Always lovely BUT please let small well behaved dogs in the front area
Excellent service. Delicious breakfast. Good experience all round. When asking for more smoked salmon there was no question they bought more at no extra charge. Great value for freshly cooked food.
Great place, but very noisy for those that have a hearing problem, but even if you don’t, it is still noisy. Food always excellent and service very good.
As usual an excellent experience in the Sloane Square cote . Food was lovely and fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend it enough
OK - reasonable food although service was a bit rushed
Lovely as always a great relaxed evening just so enjoyable
We love this Cote! My daughter and I go as a treat whenever attending a concert at Cadogan Hall. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. With the flower show on, it was very busy this time, but didn’t feel rushed at all. Our server knew we needed to be out by 7, and achieved this without hurrying our meal.
I booked a 6pm pre-theatre table, we arrived in good time and were seated by 6pm. Oveall, the service was poor, the waiters were very busy and had little time to serve us, we had to keep catching their attention for every single step of the meal. The table had been booked with the complimentary Gin & Tonic offer (which I had had to book through customer services to secure the table at that time), although there seemed to be a confusion over this. It was sorted eventually, but was not pleasant to have to do, especially in such a crowded and noisy restaurant. We ordered a la carte, and had to chase BOTH the starter and the main. The people at the table next to us - who had arrived 15mins after us, were served their food before we had even been served our starter. I asked the waiter about this, and he said that the tiger prawns special that I'd ordered takes longer to cook!! After such an incredibly long wait for the starter, the main just didn't arrive either. It got to nearly 7pm and I was beginning to panic as we needed to be at Cadogan Hall for 7.20 to collect tickets and be seated for 7.30. The mains arrived just before 7.00!!! I rushed to eat my lamb rump: the veg that came with it were far too salty and not particularly good. There wasn't time to complain as we were so late, so we rushed our food, got the bill and rushed to go. All in all a very poor experience: too long to wait for our food, crowded restaurant, over salted dishes, very poor service, insufficient staff. Disappointing indeed and costly.
Reliably good food at reasonable prices especially for Chelsea. Service a bit more aloof than usual but still friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and go back.
It would have been 6 except for the noise level - and that’s not a fault the restaurant can help - it was a very busy time but nonetheless I struggled to hear my dining partners across a small 4 seater table !! Other than that - as usual - reliable as ever on excellent value for money, food and exceptional service . Well done Cote staff !
Excellent, well-priced food, friendly staff and a pleasant ambience. What more could one ask?
Great food and very pleasant service. Too noisy when its busy - noise cancelling textile surfaces would be a very welcome addition. Noise levels are stressful for guests in my party, and I think must be stressful for the staff too.
We love Cote and have visited 4 different locations in the past few months but Sloane Square was a disappointment. We were sat by the door and the table was very cold as there were people waiting for tables with the door left open constantly. The manager was very surly and scruffy and disinterested. He left people standing by the door without seating them although there were lots of vacant seats.
excellant service, atmosphere, and of course - food - would definately recommend
Excellent as usual. Good service, delicious poussin and lovely wine. £60 for two.
Totally loved it. Pity you are not in Sydney, Australia. Our waiter was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend to everyone visiting London. A real credit to you organisation. Keep up the wonderful work. Consistently is the key. Regards. John
Well what can I say as always Cote (where ever you are never lets you down). We were going to be delayed by 45 mins on our train so called Cote Sloane Square to amend our booking. They were fully booked but sorted it out for us. On arrival - wonderful greeting as always, then a fab window table and the to top it all served by Graeme! Fab food, service and a bustling happy atmosphere - oh and great value set menu choices. Thank you Cote we will return.
Excellent food with attentive service. A great start to an evening in town.
Too crowded, too many tables, reserved a table for two and was offered a dreadful table at the back of the restaurant, next to a kids party. Dreadful. Asked to take the window table (not reserved) declined. Poor.
Good ambiance but quite hot especially when it became full it’s diners. Staff very attentive and efficient. Food courses were a bit rushed we had not finished our appetiser of bread an£ olives when the mains arrived.
Have not been given complimentary drinks and had to ask at the end. After which these were added to the bill so had to ask for them to be taken off the bill as meant to be complimentary.
We had a very tasty meal and it was good value. The waiter Carlo was charming and diligent. We shall return.
Superb Manager. We booked online as always BUT for 2 not 4. We were told not a problem if we could wait 20/15 minutes. Meanwhile he presented us with a glass of fizz. Such finesse! Our meal and table were great. Good waiters we are big concert goers so the coming month will see us at least 3 times in SS Cote

Consistently great service and food and good value for money. Well done Cote on an astute business model.
Very helpful and pleasant waiting staff and good food. We love Cote restaurants! Good variety of food and it encouraged our guests to use Cote again.
Good reliable food, atmosphere and service. This is a good Cote. Attentive staff.... We’ve eaten in a range of Cote Resturaunts; the food has always been of a high standard at this price point.
Very nice staff, buzzy place, and delicious food. Our wine took time to arrive but when it did the temperature of it was perfect. A little chilly under the air conditioning which was turned down but in the end I moved as it was still too cold. Otherwise a really nice evening!
Usual good value but minute steak a bit tough, not quite up to standard. Very busy but they seemed to cope ok. Essential to book for pretheatre dinners.
Service is attentive, food excellent, fast service despite the restaurant nearly full. Would recommend
Great greeting. Professional service with a lovely smile all the way. Recommend
Great service, the food was very tasty and arrived in good time. Would always return as the waiter was not pressurising and the gluten free range is excellent. The best French formule breakfast around!!
Excellent food and service. Great choice and lovely venue. However, when the restaurant is quiet, for example at 4.30, the background music needs to be much less obtrusive. It is very irritating and too loud when the restaurant is not full.
This is a perfect place for an informal but tasty meal. The service is uniformly outstanding. The menu choices are varied and the quality is high, if not Michelin star or anything. The decor and overall ambiance very pleasant. Prices are quite reasonable. A winner.
Always welcoming friendly efficient staff excellent food and good value . A pleasure to eat in Cote . It's just very noisy but the atmosphere is fun ....
You guys all do such a great job! Thanks so much
Service a little chaotic - staff kept changing and no continuity … quite frenetic

You fitted us in at the last minute for which we were grateful considering you were jammed with Mother’s Day. Kitchen and waiting staff managed under obvious pressure. Good value food and drink as always. My roast duck was a little tough and chewy but the staff sorted that out promptly. My wife’s risotto verde was very good. Look forward to our next visit
Sloane Square branch. Great service (all staff are polite and friendly) Food so delicious and tried nearly all dishes on offer. Perfect location!
Great restaurant, friendly staff, though very noisy at peak times which is expected at any popular restaurant. My wife and I use this restaurant at least twice a month and highly recommend it for entertaining clients & friends. Chris & Mariea Henley On Thames
