Friendly service. The servers are much more willing to help than some of the other restaurants in the neighbourhood. Food good quality. Wine good quality. Very good value. We go to this restaurant very regularly and we recommend it. The clients are cheerful people too in general so the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Whilst we went on a busy lunchtime the staff looked were very good, looking after us well and the food was extremely good, although the fish soup could have been hotter as it was was served tepid.

Very good menu that is very well cooked and presented. The staff are friendly and professional. The pre 7pm menu is a good incentive to eat early

Very limited menu choice for diners not able to eat meat or shellfish. Main not served hot. Although staff worked very hard and tried hard to please we were eating pre Theatre at a very busy time when maybe more staff are needed

Reservation all fine. Food as good as we wanted it to be. Champagne dry & fizzy as it should be! Really delightful and charming service from the waiter, Wakas.

Very good food and very reasonable prices...but SO NOISY! Not great for conversation. I recommend the Steak Frites...and the crab starter. The frozen berries were awesome.

This busy Cote is well organised, so you are greeted instantly, seated comfortably and served well. The food is up to the usual Cote high standard - we enjoyed scallops, roast lamb and the signature creme caramel. It was never clear who was "our" waiter but all the staff worked together to keep drinks and courses delivered promptly and accurately.

Service very good. Sea bream was a bit fry and the sourdough bread served with the terrine was too hard. Excellent creme caramel as always.

Good service. Chose from the set menu; smoked mackerel rilettes followed by steak frites which were good value for money. Reasonably priced glasses of wine.

As always friendly staff and good value fresh food. It was a very busy lunch time but food was served relatively quickly. I would recommend it.

This branch of Cote is always consistently good. I have eaten in others - and the same meals - are not always as good. Service is great - this would always be my first choice of a Cote branch!

It's a great place. I've been coming here for years whenever I'm in the area. Great selection from the Set menu, but I can really recommend the A-la Carte dishes! Staff is friendly and the service is quick, without feeling rushed.

Great food, friendly staff, but very noisy restaurant and we were unable to have a proper conversation. I would go to this restaurant again though.

I had the chicken & walnut salad. The avocado was too hard to eat, the beans were raw and not enough dressing. When I mentioned the hard avocado to the waiter he didn't say sorry or seem to care. Cote Sloane Square is very noisy. four of us were given a table big enough for a least six people which made seating awkward for conversation. My wife and I will never eat at this restaurant again. She was also not happy with her main course salad.

All good - service food and ambience. Really good fillets steak, nice chips, cheery and quite funny waiter and pretty good value for money. So convenient.

The staff did not smile. Remained aloof and our party was made to feel we were a bit of a nuisance. Food was average to poor. We use the Cote group of restaurants in London all the time and will continue to do so, but this was a bad experience. On the positive side, the restaurant deducted the cost of the desserts from our bill, mainly because the apple tarts were similar to small inedible frisbees.

Food was excellent as usual, however service was a bit slow. This was perhaps due to the place being too busy on a Sunday afternoon.

As usual with Côte, great food and good value. We ate from the pre-theatre menu before going to the Royal Court which is just round the corner. Staff very welcoming and attentive without being overbearing.

I was disappointed by my meal today. I had brioche with mushroom sauce, the brioche was totally soggy and the mushroom sauce was virtually cold. Then we waited 40 minutes for the main course, when I asked why I was told our ticket had been forgotten. My main course was croque-monsieur with frites and salad, the salad was a couple of leaves of rocket and the bread of the croque-monsieur was soggy and virtually cold, the texture of the frites was passable but they were hardly warm. So not a great experience.

Generally very noisy, mainly due to hard surfaces in the restaurant. Food very good and service likewise. Arrived very early, but not a problem for the staff who seated us very quickly.

We were greeted with incredible warmth and enthusiasm, almost to the point of being too much, although it was still pleasant. The food was nice, although my 'minute' steak' had a large chunk of sinew in it which I had to eat around - I didn't feel this was a reason for complaint at all, though, as it would have been impossible to tell that this was the case until you cut into it. We asked for our bill and our waiter nodded, smiling. We waited and waited while we watched him seat other customer, faff at the bar and wipe some tables. Eventually, we asked again and his friendly, nice charm evaporated. He turned tail and fetched it without a word or a smile to either of us, even as he collected the money. I understand that waiting staff have to adopt a professional and friendly manner, but to see it snapped off so sharply really hit home how fake it was to begin with. Overall, the food was Ok and the atmosphere is nice, but the staff should be trained to perhaps be not so extreme with over-friendliness, then turn on a pin and be sullen and evidently annoyed with us!

I ordered a tonic water to drink. I was served with soda water. For main course I ordered a fish pie with haddock. I was served one with salmon. The staff were not very apologetic for these errors and blamed the new chef.

Service ok , bit 'rote'. My eggs on my Benedict were hard. But conveniently located, Cote is always a predictable brand, which is pretty good. and good vfm esp for the location.

I already informed you last Friday which was the day we came for lunch. The main course was left in limbo too long and the food was warm. We have complained on earlier visits and were told the delivery had been speeded up. It's not the case

Always reliable in terms of quality of food (value for money) and service. We had a starter from the main menu plus two times the daily menu at 12.50/person. The portions are not overly big and there are no side vegetables. With three glasses of wine we spent £56 (incl service). Not cheap but was a good meal!

Very close to Sloane Square Station. My daughter and I were seated almost immediately. There is a good selection on the pre-theatre menu, 3 courses for £13.95. Favourite starter: cauliflower soup, favourite main - grilled chicken, fav dessert the choc pot. Glass of champers only £6.50. Very pleasant waiter. Efficient service. Would definitely go again.
