Côte Sloane Square

Food was good. Restaurant was extremely busy - it looked like they had put in extra tables as people seemed to be sitting very cLose together. Perhaps too close.

Excellent service as usual and delicious food from the pre theatre menu so a good value night out. Lovely atmosphere and not noisy. Highly recommended

Too many tables. Very overcrowded. Not a coat hook in sight for hanging coats. Staff didn't care. Food: starter was OK main dish was more lukewarm than hot. Overall not an experience I wish to repeat.

We were a party of 14 for a preconcert meal. The food was excellent and the service first class. We were out in time after a happy dinner. Thank you

Excellent choice of food and offers making it a very reasonable price for a high quality of meal. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even taking note of the special occasion.

I always love Cote and have visited this branch and many others on several occasions. However, especially at this busy time of year, due to lack of soft furnishings, the restaurants, when crowded, can be very noisy. It is hard to hold a conversation if there are more than two of you.

The staff were very helpful and understanding.. The menus were very good and varied. Food was excellent and served quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend this branch of Cote.

Very noisy atmosphere, unhelpful and offhand waitress, no starter was apparently available for Côte rewards as mentioned in offer. Will not be visiting this branch again!

Great food, excellent service plus nice wines. Cotes has become my Sloane Square place to dine out with family and friends. Give it a try - you'll not regret doing so!

The meal was good value as we went with the pre-theatre dinner menu. We also had some excellent service from the team at Cote, so thank you.

Very good food at excellent price. The waiter accidentally spilled our drinks but the whole situation was retrieved with competence and charm and did not ruin the evening

I always like eating at this restaurant - it's busy but friendly and you never feel that they are rushing you. Food is always good. Great atmosphere.

Lovely food with a selection to please all. Efficient service with young polite staff...but needs to stay open till midnight at the weekend over Christmas. It's London!

Always a winner at Cote . Have never met an unfriendly or lacking service . It's a pleasure to eat good food at a reasonable price in a great atmosphere . I think the service is what makes it such a success . Anything works when you have hardworking enthusiastic staff .

Good service and good value for money the staff were excellent and friendly. The ambiance was vibrant and comfortable and we felt very welcomed by the staff.

Usually very good, but this time it was rather noisy, and our side dish was forgotten. A bit disappointing, but won't stop me from going there again.

We experienced excellent service, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food is consistently good at affordable prices. The wine was delicious but we were well watered too without ever having to ask. Will definitely return.

Food is very nice, service good but horrendous noise level necessitates shouting at companions. Music unnecessary too. Am pleased there is now a vegetarian menu.

We used the Christmas lunch/early evening menu and the food was fantastic, and also fairly quick to arrive (for all courses). Waitress was friendly and helpful. Great evening overall :)

Friendly busy atmosphere with tasty food. Prompt service was important as we had a concert to go to. Excellent value for money especially as the offer at the time was for a free bottle of wine.

We had an excellent lunch and very good service. The restaurant was full but we were looked after very well. Thank you. We look onward to our next visit.

Food was delicious, but much, much too noisy. There was music we couldn't hear playing just above our heads, and we had to shout to make ourselves heard

Looking after a group of seven at a table is never easy. We were taken to the back of the restaurant, where a table was waiting, but it soon became noisy from diners around us. Think it was more to do with the room layout then boisterous behaviour from individual. So I would next time prefer a table at the front. Anyway to the food... Starters, mains and deserts were all served professionally with good looking plates of food. Nothing with wow factor, just good classic cooking with taste. Though a little on the expensive side, the group as a whole were satisfied with their experience.

Good food at a reasonable price. It is very noisy owing to its popularity. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. It is worth a visit.

Once we were eventually served the service was adequate. Not up to the usual standard of other Cotes we have been to. They need to improve their service and in some instances the attitude to the customer.

1. Very crowded Maitre d area with nowhere to wait 2. They were just too crowded with a disheveled front desk staff. Hard to work out who was in charge 3. Did not offer us the prix fix menu - we had to request it.

As usual excellent if a little bit noisy!! Delicious food and so good to have a complimentary kir royale to start with. Our favourite restaurant wherever we are except St Martins Lane which is less welcoming.

I was disappointed that the Moules I ordered were not very hot and the frites which should have accompanied them never arrived. This particular branch of Cote is always extremely busy.

arrived at 1745 to a very busy cote showed to a table very promptly our waiter carlo appeared and took the drinks and food order good food and excellent three course special menu above all the talk however there was this unnecessary disco beat not a known tune or song why?

We always love coming here, fabulous food and great service. Whether its a scrumptious end to a wonderful concert or evening of theatre, it’s always reliable.

Service attentive and helpful, as usual, but disappointed with the beef bourgiugnon - not up to the usual, a bit dry, and not much of it - looked suspiciously like yesterday's warmed up. Still edible. Not quite poor enough to complain on the spot. Maybe it's the pressure of Christmas. And you'd run out of tarte au citron. So it goes. But we have faith, and will return. A bit noisy, but we know and accept that.

Pleasure to be back at Cote Sloane Square.Nice meal,very effecient,friendly service. We find the Cote chain ,very run,good management ,competitive price structure ,good value for money.

Yes, the food was good and the service from our waitress, Boroka, was excellent, particularly considering how busy the restaurant was. Nothing was too much trouble.

I go to Cote Sloane Square regularly and have never been disappointed - staff are friendly and the manager knows me and in fact gave me complimentary Kia Royales - mmm!

Very good enjoyable meal. I only marked it down from 6 because the noise level was very high but perhaps this is an age thing.

Unfortunately the experience wasn't great. Took about 15 minutes to be given the correct (breakfast) menu and then no croissants were available on a Saturday morning! A shame.

Excellent service and food was delicious and very good value. Tables a bit crammed together, this is my only criticism -apart from that a great place to meet and eat.

Fantastic food and service. Staff so polite and helpful. Asked for nice quiet table in corner, no problem. Will definitely return. Sloane Sq is just perfect for shopping as well.

Staff couldn’t do enough abd food was very nice. A glass of wine that didn’t please was replaced without a quibble. Enjoyable ambience and friendly, attentive service without fuss. Excellent value for money.

Enjoyed ourselves as always - this is a regular lunch time shopping haunt, we booked because it was Christmas - and as expected it was very crowded and the staff were very busy - difficult to catch their eye but charming and helpful when you did....

As always food was amazing and the atmosphere buzzin - i would always recommend Cote but this one is special as a reasonable priced restaurant in Sloane Square.

Superb value set lunch menu with seasonal dishes and great service. Excellent atmosphere and the perfect pitstop before and after shopping on the Kings Road!

We arrived on time, and were shown to our table. The menu was brought to us, but we were already feeling a bit unhappy. It was just too noisy for us. We appreciate it was lunch time, but we could not hear each other talk. The noise was coming from other guests, and I suppose that we would had added to it, had we stayed. We told the reception man as we left, with the reason why. There was nothing the restaurant could have done, as it was full. Shame really, as we had been forward to going there.

Yummy food. Good service. Very busy restaurant. Bit noisy but jolly. Good menu with excellent two course lunch menu. Handy location very near the tube station.

The service was fast and friendly and the food consistent as always. Only suggestion for improvement: the salad did not seem very fresh but rather a bit tired, though the dressing was delicious.
