We intended on taking advantage of the 'meal offer as attending concert at Cadogan Hall, New Years Eve. My husband ordered Lamb but after some wait was told this not available. To be fair, we were all offered & accepted a free drink in recompense. We got a bit carried away with our meal and ended up having 3 courses. My dessert (creme caramel 'special') was delicious! Bill came to £128 (for3) bit pricey but to be expected. Acceptable as a rare treat. Staff provided excellent service especially given it was a busy evening.

As always- we were served rhe most delicious food . Its always hard to know what to choose as everything is so good . We are always made to feel very welcome and greeted with sincere smiles and enthusiasm. We were looked after by the most froendly waiter who we believe is from the czech republic. Very attentive polite and great sense of humour.

Not an enjoyable one...we chose the festive menu and almost got charged twice for it, by mistake of course....none of the pairing wines was correct either

Great restaurant offering an excellent menu with top food at extremely reasonable prices. Always busy and easy to see why. Location is superb and ambiance great too.

Allowing for the fact that it was late evening on New Years Eve we thought the meal was good value. Your branch here as an 'interesting' system but it seems to work well and management are on top of everything. Makes a big difference for the customers. We had been conditioned by other comments to expect excessive noise which kind of made actual noise levels on our visit completely acceptable considering the special occasion. We'll try to visit again at a 'normal' time and see how we feel then but, so far, so good!

Good service and very buzzy atmosphere but a littel noisy. Sit near the door or the back if you want to have a conversation and be heard

Allowed us to change table from a 2 to a 4 at the last minute when my daughter and her boyfriend turned up unexpectedly. Great New Years Eve menu at £29.95 for 3 courses plus olives etc. Great value. Excellent service as well. Really enjoyable evening.

Food was very well presented and cooked and value for money. Service for the most part was excellant except the man who took my payment never said a word or smiled and it’s was New Year’s Day!! Tables a little close to those next to you so privacy isn’t great especially if neighbouring tables are talking on their mobile phones.

The staff are fantastic, efficient, smiling and helpful. Choice of dishes good, and food was delicious...and exceptionally good value. In this branch the tables are comfortably spaced so one does not feel crowded. All in all an enjoyable lunch.

I booked a few months ago for New Year's Eve. I hadn 't realised that it was a set menu for that evening, so the choice was limited, although not a bad choice. However, it was a 3-course only which I don't think was right A 2-course alternative would have been more in keeping with people's needs. My husband can't eat 3 courses. In fairness, they gave him his coffee for free. Regarding the coffee. We like a good flavour to our coffee and not too weak, but Cote's coffee is so strong that even with milk (which we don't take) and many sugars, it was still far too strong. There is another chain restaurant which gives the option of a `light' or `heavy' coffee and the `light' still has a very good flavour. Overall, the service was very good.

Food was excellent although we were a little disappointed that they had run out of the starter, main course and pudding that two of us had wanted. That said we were one of the later guests on a very busy evening. The service was excellent too, all the more impressive given how busy the restaurant was. Very attentive and noticed immediately that my daughter had dropped her fork and rushed to replace it, despite a full and very busy and therefore noisy restaurant.

Exceptional service and value for money. A very busy evening but we were served with our first course within 5 minutes. Waitress was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Pre-theatre menu was amazingly good value at £15 for 3 courses. Food tasty and well presented. Exactly what we required prior to attending a concert at nearby Cadogan Hall.

It was very good to have a Cote restaurant open on Christmas day! It was very busy and cheerful and the staff were very good. Only minus point my preferred dish, soupe de poisson, was not available.

The staff was pleasant enough but the food was nothing to write home about. I am French and I thought I'd have the Buche de Noel for dessert, frankly it was no different from the industrial Swiss roll you can buy from a supermarket. The starter was tiger prawn salad, lost of tasteless salad not much prawn, chicken wrapped in bacon for main course, chicken was cooked alright, the mashed potatoes tasted industrial, the green beans were virtually uncooked and the chestnut stuffing was really not nice at all. The normal lunch Cote offers is nicer than this so-called Chritmas lunch which I expected to be a touch better than the norm, especially for the price. My husband had confit duck for main course, his sauteed potatoes were virtually uneatable.

Slow service at first but picked up as the restaurant got busier. Why do you always have to ask for the set menu now, used to be automatically handed to you, last three visits have had to request it? Otherwise great value.

The food was good but we were not offered the set menu and had to ask for this despite being there at 5pm. We also overheard staff being told just to give out the a la carte menu and Christmas menu. I consider that pretty poor. Otherwise ok.

Food and service both quick and good. Christmas menu was more expensive than the usual menu but perhaps that is to be expected. No effort was made to give the children a cracker which would have been a nice gesture

The main with this restaurant, as with may others, is the noise level. this is made wotse with "music" that is pumped in. You can't speak to a friend across the table you have to shou. All music shoud be banded and the decors altered to reduce the sound levels. The food was good as was the service otherwise you would have scored much lower.

Pre theatre menu was fantastic value and enjoyable (especially with our free Kir Rolyale) and our waiter was the best. We arrived at our concert relaxed and satisfied. We'd go there again every time.
