Côte Sloane Square

Pre-theatre menu offered plenty of choice. Food was very good, well presented, service was excellent and the whole thing was terrific value for money. What’s not to like?

overall great food, service and atmosphere. have been here on a few occasions now and never disappointed. only slight complaint is that starters had arrived before drinks.

This is a busy restaurant. Had pre theatre meal. Service swift and friendly. A bit cramped seating wise but a good start to the evening.

I really like Cote at Sloane Square. Food and service is always good and really like their choice of menu. The one issue I have, and there isn’t much Cote can do, is it is such a noisy restaurant. But that won’t stop me going

Excellent service waiter and waitress were very polite. We left the restaurant at 5.30 not once they ask us if we could leave the restaurant. Food was as usual very, very tasty.

Good food, great service and very good value for money. It's a popular and very noisy place which makes conversation difficult without shouting. Our party of four all enjoyed our lunch, though I thought the creme caramel contained too much cream and was over-rich - could I suggest less "creme" and more "caramel"?! Also, if I'm going to be critical, the salmon fishcakes were a bit heavy on the potato and could have contained a little more fish.

Enjoyable meal,good fast service.The staff were particularly helpful as we were almost an hoiur late,big problems on railway.We were due at Cadigan Hall but they produced our meal very quickly.Good service

Excellent service though we were not able to have the particular table I had requested. Also the dish we three wanted was OFF the menu which seemed strange as it was only 10.00.pm.!

Fantastic service as always last night. Food still same high standard and even fixed price menu has good choice. Can’t get better for the price.

Staff very attentive to us, and also to the ladies beside us, when my guest knocked over his glass of champagne, thus wetting their shoes. They got my my favourite table by the window, on a sunny day. The food was great, and I had a good time.

Food excellent. Unhelpful front of house - I arrived first and my guests, although they gave my name, were placed at another table as nobody checked that I’d arrived.

Thank you for giving us the specific table that I had requested. It made such a difference to our visit - our group included some elderly people so it was a great help to be near the door! Lovely food and atmosphere. Ideal pre-Cadogan Hall concert.

The restaurant was very much too noisy and uncomfortable from that point of view. But the food was good and good value. That’s all I have to tell you.

Great location and friendly reception. Wide range of food choices, speedy service and well presented. All in all a good value experience. It was a little noisy but it was the height of lunchtime service in the Easter holiday so to be expected.

Great food great service I am a regular customer and probably eat at Cote once a week. I have never been disappointed so I highly recommend this restaurant

Table was booked for 1:30pm. 1:50pm we are still waiting. And they simply lied to us, saying it was being cleaned when people were still sitting there. Too busy. Disgraceful service.

The service is excellent; the food is excellent; the value is excellent; the seating is well spaced and comfortable. The noise levels can get high at peak times but it is a popular restaurant. The only downside to all Cote restaurants is the appalling thump of incomprehensible Muzak in the background. The deep base beat just repeats over and over and over and, for me, because an intrusive unpleasant accompaniment to my meal. I often visit on my own so it is not unusual to chat to fellow diners and the RANT about awful restaurant Muzak feed to restaurants is a universal issue that restauranteurs seem blind to notice or modify

Efficient & friendly service. Tasty terrine for a Starter & perfectly cooked bream for a Main made a most enjoyable and reasonably priced dinner. Côte is always first choice for pre.concert dining.

Great food - good service by friendly helpful staff. Nice ambience in warm surroundings. Amazingly full at 17:30 on a Sunday evening so best to book ( which fortunately I had done)

The restaurant was super busy when we arrived at 1 pm. Maitre d' nowhere to be seen and several people milling around the entrance. Eventually we were shown to our table but it was a pretty chaotic wait. Our waiter was extremely efficient and we had our food in no time at all. Other than having to wait so long at the beginning, it was a good experience and good food.

Arrived super early, and they still managed to find me a table, super nice, super service and great food. Will definitely return to the Sloane Square Cote Brasserie!

Meal was absolutely delicious. The service speedy, attentive but unobtrusive. I go back time and time again because of this consistency. This Friday, I took guests for their first time and it didn’t fail. The value is good as well. I recommend the Crab Mayonnaise, the Fish Cakes, the current Sea Bass on the set menu, caramelised Carrots and the Dauphinois (ask them to ensure it is creamy), the Crepes, The Tartin and the Crete Caramel is the BEST around My long running issue with all Cote Brasserie restaurants is the continual HUM of based tone incomprehensible MUSAC. It is so intrusive to hear that THUMP THUMP THUMP continually in the background. It sounds as if the record is stuck. No discerning, identifiable tune or lyric can be heard other than this dim noise that really mars with what would otherwise be perfect experience. I mention this to every manager in every Cote as I dine there most days and they will reduce the volume but, in this day and age, it really is unnecessary. Please either provide something that is clear or nothing at all Other than this, it is the best value restaurant and I would highly recommend

Excellent food ad lovely knowledgeable and friendly quick service. No disabled toilet on restaurant floor so taken downstairs in a lift - a bit of a long experience

I love Côte! The food is wonderful, service excellent, prices very reasonable and atmosphere relaxed. My personal favourite! We have spend many evenings here and many are yet to come.

Polite, friendly and speedy service on a busy night. The staff are always very aware of needs of customers who are attending Cadogan Hall concert. Food and wines well priced and of good quality. Have visited many times and never disappointed. Remember to always book table early if attending a concert or play at the Royal Court theatre .

As ever good quality and well priced. The service was efficient and the food arrived without fault. We were a party of 4 with an 8 year old and the menu suited us all.

Food and service were both excellent. Main course arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Staff were pleasant but unobtrusive. Bill arrived swiftly when asked as did card machine.

The staff are very friendly and efficient and our lunch was very good. Cote has a very good buzzy atmosphere and it is in a perfect location

Food (set lunch menu) offered lots of choice and was of good quality. Likewise many choices of wine by the glass. All in all excellent value. Only drawback is high ambient noise level - hard surfaces, small tables tightly packed. But you have to pack 'em in to offer the prices!

Excellent service, food, and value. We were given a complimentary glass of Kir upon showing our tickets on arrival as part of offer for attendance at Cadogan Hall. Great location for Sloane Square station and concert venue.

Really helpful staff as we had a baby in buggy. They couldn’t do enough to help! And great value food served with a smile. Always a great lunch venue!

Waiters charming and helpful but my salmon was so overcooked it was inedible. No chef should serve food so obviously ruined. Bad show. I wasn't charged for it but that doesn't compensate for a bad meal.

The service was good and friendly but a bit too proactive. Asked too many times how everything was interrupting flow of conversation. Wine pouring also too frequent. Food good as we have found over the years going to Cote. However the mains coming with no accompaniment and having to order sides pushes up the overall cost beyond what appears on face value as a good value meal.

The fish I was served tasted odd and smelled nasty. The waiters offered to replace it but I’d lost my appetite after smelling the fish.

Reliable as ever. The food and service is good - a great place for a pre-theatre dinner. Always busy - and noisy - so perhaps better for shorter visits.

A Really busy nice restaurant. Can be a bit noisy, but it has a good atmosphere and good service. Food is bistro style and enjoyable.

We live close by so this is a great Cote. 2theatres a stones throw away make it very very busy and of course noise level too. The Parsons Green and Walham Green/North End Road are quieter

excellent service as usual, standard good quality steak and frites....was kept waiting at reception for 5 mins but got a complimentary kir royale so well looked after

Cote Sloane Square has become one of my regulars - convivial atmosphere, great menu with regular seasonal specials, good 'French' food, good service and good value for money!

Very nice food, friendly service, good atmosphere. My only complaint is tables are too small and too close together. And my gratuity should go to the waiters, not to management.
