Côte Sloane Square

We had a very happy time at Cote The food was delicious, the staff were very helpful and we stayed all afternoon. We will return.

Very busy evening on Saturday at Cote Sloane Square but even though they were very full they managed to give us a very enjoyable meal.

We ate from the set menu, which is very good value. The service was great too, the starters arrived in record time! Delicious steak frites for main, and chocolate pot for dessert. Yum!

As it was my birthday, Cote in Sloane Square offered us a glass of champagne and a nice pudding . Very busy as always but good friendly service and set lunch with interesting and good dishes .

As always, the food was interesting and good. The service was attentive and helpful. The location of the restaurant is perfect of course and easy to get to.

very efficiently served and food was very nice and sensibly priced, it was 9 pm peak time so restaurant was noisy as usually expected at that time

Great service and a good variety of food. My goat cheese and roasted veg salad was watery though. Served in glass bowl but improved by emptying on to plate. Pudding of ice cream and choc sauce delicious. Quite speedy which suits me

The quality control in Cote means that you can rely on this whichever site you visit. And this time we said that we were unhappy with the Sancerre and it was replaced without question

Good food and good location. I recommend it. If you are not on a strict diet try their creme caramel and of course their fries.

Very, very noisy at 8pm on a Wednesday. Waiters bashed my chair many times as they passed. Service perfunctory. Food OK - Cote has never had fabulous food but it has in the past been decent quality and very good value. I didn't feel that the price/quality ratio was as good as previously.

The best creme caramel I have ever had! Friendly staff and good food. It was very busy, but that just adds to the atmosphere. I would recommend

Warm welcome approval arrival by all staff. Speedy service which was very much appreciated for a quick turn around before a show. Simple, classic dishes executed well

Fine for a pre theatre meal but would be vastly improved if they could do something about the acoustics. Incredibly noisy which isn’t helped at all by background music

Friendly attentive staff, nice ambience and good food which was steaming hot when it arrived (a rarity these days). The onion soup is really flavoursome which I wasn’t expecting and the fish gougeons were very well done. The wait between being seated and served was not long at all even though the restaurant was packed. Would definitely go back.

We visit Cote at Slaone Square regularly, always an enjoyable experience. It's the ideal place to dine if you are attending a concert at Cadogan Hall.

We were greeted in the usual warm and friendly way. The staff are excellent under the very watchful eyes of the Maitre ds. It is always comforting to be recognised and acknowledged. The food was the normal very good standard, well presented and hot making it splendid value for money

Food was good. Wine was too expensive and limited choice. Didn't sell wine by the glass. Very busy but service very good considering. Waitress pleasant and helpful so enjoyable overall.

Food to usual good Cote standard. Staff as usual very good. Very noisy and cramped people having to talk over loud music. Bench seating height too low for the table.

Bustling, lively atmosphere. Good French food. Friendly service. Very conveniently situated in Sloane Square. Highly recommended. Good place to meet friends. Wines well chosen and reasonably priced food.

Last visit the calamari wasn't as good as usual - yesterday everything back to the usual high standard. My wife's Steak tartare was very good [well trimmed, slightly coarse and full of flavour] as was the Breton Fish Stew. I had the set menu and thoroughly enjoyed the Moules and Ribeye. A pre-concert meal so the restaurant was full but the service was prompt and attentive.

We chose to eat here originally as it is very close to Cadogan Hall and the tickets included a free Kir Royale if we ate there. We have now been to this restaurant on four occasions and would highly recommend it. I had one duff dessert but they deducted the cost from our bill and were apologetic. Overall thoguh we have enjoyed excellent food here and the staff have always been very friendly. We have eaten at other Cote Braserie restaurants which have also been good. Importantly they also offer a superb Gluten free menu too! Good choice on the pre theatre menu.

As always the food and service were friendly and unobtrusive.

My only issue was with the noise but that was understandable as it was pre-concert and the place was very full.

Very warm welcome. Quiet table provided as requested for a family celebration. Staff very solicitous who helped to make our evening a very special event. Special mention for our waitress from Rome and the young manager, whose names we should have noted. We will be back!

Great service, and really excellent food. Good value for what you get. I would highly recommend visiting Cote on Sloane Square. I had the duck and it was delicious.

Feels a bit like the bowers of the earth at the back of the restaurant although soon settled in. Staff v welcoming. Great the way they turned the music down as the conversation level went up.

I organised a lunch for eight people at the restaurant. The service was relaxed and friendly. The food was good and the wine reasonably priced. We stayed for three hours. A very good ambience.

Sloane Square is always busy but I enjoyed a very leisurely two and a half hour breakfast with old friends I hadn't seen for a long time. The staff were attentive to our constant 'topping up' but never appeared anxious to move us out!

Had a great pre theatre meal, staff were excellent, food was as always in Cote, good quality, well presented and served with aplomb. Highly recommended chain with a formula that works for us!!

I like this restaurant so much as the staff are always smiley and attentive without being intrusive. A delightful meal with well presented tasty dishes and excellent service. Thanks Cote Sloane Square we will back soon.

We booked a table for 6 three weeks before the date we needed it. When I arrived the noise was deafening next to an enormous table of post wedding guests. I protested and was moved to another table that was just about tolerable. Altogether an experience well below the usual Cote standard.

Fantastic meal. Great service. Convenient location. Easy booking system. Highly recommended.

This place is a firm favourite of ours, lovely attentive staff, consistsnently good food and great value,,,,,if you get there in time there are some fantastic value meal deals that are served before 7pm.

Perfectly nice ‘budget’ food in a good setting. My ‘half’ a chicken however was probably the smallest chicken they could buy. And pressing bread and olives on you at about £3 each is a bit of cheap trick the way it’s done. Still, overall good value in a busy friendly place.

We vere very happy .All five of us had no complaints.The service was great and professional.Best steak my husband ate in England.Loved the mussels.I would have liked the mussel portion to be abit bigger.My friend was surprised at the size of the chicken portion and said it was delicious.

Always crowded and a bit noisy when this busy pre-theatre. Food not quite as good as other visits but still good and an enjoyable meal.

Food is really good and not outrageously expensive. Waiters are friendly and it is a buzzy atmosphere but not so loud you can't hear yourself think.

Food, house wine and service excellent on a busy Friday night. Could not have deal as ordered slightly after 7 - perhaps that should have been brought to our attention the moment we sat down at 6.45.

Had dinner to celebrate our friends 60th. Just the 4 of us being old friends from Adelaide Sth Aust. Nice meal. Not pretentious just plain comfortable. Carlos was our waiter who looked after our table (he was also a visitor to London originally hailing from Tuscany) and was warm and friendly. I guess we enjoyed the night so was very much down to the company, the food, service and smiley staff. For a restaurant chain very enjoyable. You must try them.

SO loud and noisy, had to shout across the table to have a conversation. Calamari starter was very garlicky, still tasting it the morning after. Main and dessert were ok. Would not go back again.
