Very busy time, (Tom Jones), the staff were excellent and the services was quick. Classic Cote and perfect for this occasion.
Superb location and good service and very nice waiters A bit too noisy but a nice buzz. V Good food good portions Will go again. nice to get complimentary water.
Good food, an excellent waiter, clean and comfortable toilets and a relaxing atmosphere.
Extremely helpful & attentive staff. My guest & I were promptly seated & our order taken & filled within a matter of minutes. The atmosphere was relaxed & inviting & we very much enjoyed our experience. A big thank you to the team at Côte Brasserie, Sloane Square!
Wasn’t a great experience. The valentine me u only option was not clear anywhere online when booking or when table confirmed by the automatic email however this would have been fine if the food and service had been to the usual cote standard The waiter was very flamboyant but extremely Brusque and dismissive, my steak peppercorn sauce was split and too thick, fries ordered were brought after we had finished we had to ask for water three times and. Read twice - this all would have been more understandable or if the restaurant had been super busy but it was not as we were eating relatively early at 7pm seated...... very very poor experience for a meal for 2 costing £100
Very good food. Service friendly too. The restaurant is noisy due to very hard materials being used in its decor. Management should refit inside with some softer wall/ceiling cover materials to quieten things down and produce a more civilised/intimate atmosphere. Some patrons two tables away were talking so loudly that I couldn't hear my partner speak. When I asked the manager to ask them to quieten down he resolutely declined, which I found lacking in integrity. Otherwise a nice location and good food.
Delicious Valentine menu with wine paring and lovely staff. We’ve never had a bad meal there. Great to have some different choices on the menu. My fish was really fresh and full of flavour.
The maitre'd was very helpful and the complimentary cocktails were fantastic. I was a little disappointed with the steak frites if I'm honest and the green beans were undercooked also so I would say the food was a bit disappointing.
Very nice brunch. Good service, food quality and value for money with the ‘formule’. My wife enjoyed the complet breakfast. The mushrooms could have been warmer. Great location in Sloane Square
We arranged to meet up with our son in this restaurant as the location suits us both being not from the same area. We enjoyed our food & pleasantly surprised with the fast & friendly service considering it’s a French Brasserie. We will surely come back again next time we’re in London.
Many thanks to Manager Aaron Sawyer for reserving our favourite table and providing complimentary Rhubarb Martinis. Also to Giuseppe for serving us so cheerfully and efficiently. Another very pleasant Côte meal.
Not as good quality as previous visits. I think the tomato salad had been left out for a little while and we weren't asked how we liked our may cooked so had to send it back to be cooked more.
I booked months ago and it was early lunch but they stuck us on one of the worst tables right at the back. Asparagus was delicious but my lamb chops main course ordered rare was pretty much raw. A side order of Jersey Royals ended up on the floor, was taken away and when re-present was curiously without skins. Raw in the middle. Hot white chocolate sauce for frozen berries had separated out into a nasty oily mess with gunge beneath. It was sent back, only to be returned slightly stirred. Sent back again, when a third jug of cold slime was presented the whole dish was sent back. Service was awful. , and with no excuse. For Sloane Sq it wasn't even particularly busy. I love Cote and usually suggest it to friends as a dead cert. I've even had a birthday celebration or two in Cote branches. I don't know what was wrong today but it was awful!
The staff and food were excellent. We had a colleagues lunch and were thoroughly impressed. The ambience was perfect. The food was cooked to perfection and a great selection was offered. Staff were particularly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. The set lunch menu is second to none and every morsel cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Very good food & wine, with excellent and most attentive service. The risotto verde was a winner, and the panna cotta the best I've had, and I've had my share! We'll be back.
I am sorry, but the service was absolutely shocking, We sat at our table for a full 20 minutes without anyone offering us anything. When I went up to the manager to remonstrate, he apologised and came up to take our order. We ordered pre dinner drinks and placed our food order at that time. 15 minutes later, the drinks hadn't arrived bur our 1st courses did. Again I complained, and our waitress offered to take the food back, but on the basis that we had been waiting so long we decided to keep it, and the "pre-dinner drinks" finally arrived shortly thereafter. All in all a highly unstaisfactory expereince. I've been to Cote in Sloane Square on numerous occasions, mainly for breakfast and lunch, and been perfectly happy with everything, but if this dinner is the new standard I shall seriously question ever going back.
Good food and service. Unfortunately the noise level made conversation almost impossible. Far too many people shouting ‘Yaah ’ at each other. Also badly behaved children were noisy.
Nice french food and service however the room is very noisy, it is impossible to have a conversation, which it does spoil the experience if you want to catch up with friends,
Excellent food, service and overall value for money - what a pity I won't be able to experience again for some time. The restaurant was quiet as this was about a week or so before the enforced lockdown when things were quietening down, so atmosphere marked down slightly. Good luck to all staff during these difficult times!
We had pre-theatre dinner before visiting Cadogan Hall. We arrived half an hour earlier than our booking and were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to our table. Our waiter was from Turin and was very friendly and accommodating with a good sense of humor. I ordered the Crab Rilletes (amazing) followed by the steak and a chocolate mousse. The food was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t fault a thing. The restaurant had a great buzz and all the staff we experienced were a credit to Cotes Brasserie at Sloane Square. Will definitely be back!
Our visit was great. The food was very good as also the service. We will come again!!
We did like our visit at Sloane Square. The food was good as also the service
Enjoyed my dinner very much so! Food was excellent and service was super :)
Great staff and lovely food-thank you WE so much coming to the Cote at Sloane Square
We did have a very good lunch. Also the service was very good. We come again!!
Really nice lunch with two friends. Three dropped out after Boris’s warnings but the restaurant still had its fun, glamorous and lively atmosphere.
Excellent food and great service! Brilliant venue for pre-theatre supper. Will be returning soon.
We have eaten here several times and we appreciate the range of choices on the menu and the good value for money. Given the current situation, there were fewer customers, which limited the atmosphere but meant the background noise was lower than normal.
Pre theatre meal great, service excellent thank you and our concert was brilliant
From start to finish the service was excellent. Very efficient friendly staff. We had the pre theatre meal which was very tasty and served quickly. The restaurant is always very busy so there is a real atmosphere and buzz. Will definitely eat there again when we visit Cadogan Hall for our next concert.
Great food great service great atmosphere great A great experience
Wonderful evening, delicious food as always and quick , welcoming service 🌟
Good food and menu at a reasonable price with good service
My wife and I had two very different experiences. She enjoyed her main course chicken dish. My haddock ‘special’ wasn’t...! It was overcooked dry and pretty tasteless. Service was too overpowering. Our mains arrived while we were still eating our starters. Not good.
The food was tasty and the service was good. We had an enjoyable meal.
Good choice of meals, excellent service and very competitively priced
Excellent but a bit windy near the doors but changed table.
Excellent food and service, most enjoyable experience, always reliable and great atmosphre
I have used your restaurant at Sloane Square many times and always received excellent service and food. Tonight though I ordered a rib eye steak which had a lot of grisly content. I did not say anything as the waitress was lovely but could have been better. The waitress said that there had been problems with the chefs tonight. Anyway hope this comment assists Best Wishes John Rayner
Excellent quality and service. Starters arrived almost too quickly. The table arrangements were rather cramped in a half empty restaurant
We were looked after well, good service, will go back
Delicious! They now have the set lunch menu, ordered the salmon and it was perfect!
Have eaten at many Cote restaurants, but this one exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely efficient and professional, especially Graham our waiter.
Book a table for a pre dinner before going to the theatre The food was really good so was the service and the price would definitely recommend this restaurant
Always reliable, great value for money. Good service. Great menu
We thought the service and food was very good, and excellent value for money. The staff service was very prompt even though the restaurant was rammed
Really fast service and the staff were attentive and polite. Lovely atmosphere for dinner.
Good food and service but very noisy - hard to hold a conversation!
A bit disappointed that on an average bill of £48 per person the lady that was looking after our table could not provide custard with the apple crumble for one of our party and just provided the dish with ice cream and no explanation of why custard could not be provided - creme anglaise was available elsewhere on the menu so don’t understand the problem with providing.
Great food and gluten free menu for my partner The risotto vert in particular was sublime
