Lovely French bistro food with an elegant touch. Well trained waiters, professional and amiable. 12.5% service charge on bill saves mental arithmetic and is good value when we tend to put a 10% tip in other restaurants for only average service.

Lovely relaxed restaurant with a good lunch time choice of food on the menu. Nice selection of wine. The staff were very pleasant. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Fantastic food with wonderfully attentive staff! Atmosphere and locations are perfect! A must for everyone who visits Shrewsbury! Suitable for couples, groups and families! We love the duck and the calamari!

Very helpful regarding wheelchair access and made allowances for traffic hold-ups . Food good quality and service very good . Staff were attentive but not over-bearing . Relaxing ambiance . Will be returning soon .

When we arrived we were quickly approached and taken to our table, the menu choices we had were great and the food was served in no time at all. Lovely atmosphere and lovely food, what more would you need.

The staff at Côte Shrewsbury were friendly, courteous and efficient. We had the three course set lunch menu for £13.50. It was delicious and excellent value. Can't wait to visit again. We only visit Shrewsbury about twice a year and would definitely return to Côte Shrewsbury next time.

Good friendly service and good value for money. Had a small issue with our order, but was promptly rectified in a very professional manor. Will return.

The food and service by the staff here is what makes this place so special. The chefs and waiting staff obviously care about the experience they deliver.

Service was very slow. Shame as not the best experience we have had there. The deal with the wine was good value. My daughter's fries arrived after her meal. Basic service really.

Very good every time we go. Sea bass today was the nicest I’ve had anywhere. Good service, nice ambience, and very good value at lunch time. And frozen berries with white chocolate, genius!

An excellent lunch and brilliant service. The best meal we have enjoyed here. The whole Sea Bream was delicious as were the Goujons of Cod with Tartare Sauce and minted Peas, would definitely reccommend.

A mid week meal with friends so decided on Cote. A perfect setting, really nice food and excellent service. A very nice experience and will definitely return to Cote shrewsbury.

Again another lovely duck breast, but this time just slightly over cooked for me (still delicious though).

We had another great evening at Cote Shrewsbury on Saturday night. Great atmosphere, excellent food and lovely people looking after us. It's always a treat to eat there.

Really warm in the restaurant, which made it very comfortable. The food was delicious and steaks tender and juicy. Staff were also attentive and friendly. My only gripe was the bill had already added a 12.5% service charge for the two of us and in smaller print, the actual cost of the meal. I felt this was cheeky request and had we not spotted this, paid the higher amount and still left a tip. This unfortunately was a disappointing end to an otherwise excellent meal.

Having been to this branch a number of times since it opened, we have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. Cote, Shrewsbury is now our ‘go to’ place to eat every time we feel like a meal out:)

Very nice ambience in restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food very enjoyable. Lamb particularly good. Only slightly disappointment was Calamari starter - was OK but not up to rest of meal. Muscadet wine was very good.

A warm welcome and very enjoyable lunch. Good choices on menu. The staff were very helpful dealing with dairy intolerance. Staff, food and atmosphere excellent ....... just add the company for a wonderful time.

Lunchtime special. Starters were exceptional (Ratatouille) . MAin Courses- chicken and mash, very nice. Rabbit went down a treat. Puddings - dark chocolate pot . As good as ever - Creme caramel also top notch. All round success. Still don't like the added 12.5% service charge.

This was our third visit to Cote & we have consistently enjoyed our visits. The food, drink, service & atmosphere were all fantastic. We chose the wine pairing option & relly enjoyed the experience.

Great service even on New Year’s Eve, a little rushed as it got busier but overall the evening was very pleasant. Fabulous food as ever, will be back in 2018.

We had the most fantastic meal at Cote Shrewsbury on New Years Eve, the food was wonderful and the service from the staff was really first class!

I have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions, it is consistent in the quality of the food and I have never had a poor meal there. It is always freshly cooked and beautifully presented. The staff are attentive without being overly so and always polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Cote to anyone.

All three of us had fish: Halibut, Sea Bass and Cod Gougons... all excellent and nice friendly service as usual. It was not so busy as my last visit, which was more pleasant!

Slow service but polite and helpful! Breakfasts lovely but coffee temperature only warm ! Maybe set temperature of coffe machine higher. I have visited twice now and on both occasions have found the coffee a let down.

We enjoyed breakfast at Cote Shrewsbury on Christmas eve. The atmosphere was good and the staff attentive and chatty. The food was excellent. i would recommend this restaurant.

Another perfect meal. Well presented, hot and delicious. Waiter excellent, attentive but invisible when dining. Nice atmosphere, even with a rather noisy table of 8 young men with too much xmas pop! Well overseen and managed by the supervisor on duty.

Food was nice, but service was lacking - in part due to the kitchen missing items off meals and not having food ready at the same time.
