Lovely meal as usual, good service and very pleasant staff and surroundings. We go to Cote Shrewsbury about once a month for lunch and have been since it opened and can honestly say we’ve never had a bad meal, ever. Well done to all the staff for making it our first choice place to eat in Shrewsbury

For the first time ever, my meal was not up to the usual high standard. My pork was not as succulent as it has always been. My meal was exchanged without fuss and was delicious. It was the slight delay in enjoying my meal with friends which spoilt my lunch.

Fantastic restaurant. Cote have got it right. Excellent food, great service and clean. Never been disappointed. Food is delicious and staff are obviously well trained and well managed.

Another great experience at Côte Shrewsbury. We were celebrating my Mother-in-Law's Birthday, she was surprised and delighted by the birthday card and a rendition of Happy Birthday with a dessert. Such great customer service is really appreciated.

Great service and ambience. Undercooked fries. Tough and poor tasting fillet steak. Compared to London- expensive for what you got. Disappointed!

Fabulous food. Love the menu and staff. Had to ask for the air con to be put on as it got soooo hot. waiter was struggling with the heat too please keep an eye on temp as we were all uncomfortable.

Really good experience, generally, for our table of 6 out celebrating a special event. The food was cooked beautifully and the waiter had plenty of personality which suited us down to the ground. Just a couple of oddities (both of which we raised at the time)... the "warm beetroot salad" was served stone cold, and rabbit terrine which was offered to us instead of the pork terrine turned out to be chicken liver pate! When queried, we were slightly snapped at and told that no rabbit had been offered (it had been, we'd not made it up). Not a major issue, but a communication problem somewhere and we'd have appreciated perhaps a free coffee or similar by way of apology. Anyway... minor hiccups aside, lovely night and really excellent food.

Impeccable service, but I am afraid I have to give 3 stars as our mains Cassoulet de Toulouse was very dry and must have been sitting on the pan for some time. Not good. Starters were excellent and the house wine was very good indeed.

Our meal was very good and although one of the orders was incorrect it was soon put right with two people apologising and gave a free dessert for the slight mix up. Excellent Merlot !

We had a lovely meal at Cote Brasserie, Shrewsbury. One of our party is Vegan and she was given lots of advice and able to choose her meal with the help of the staff. Very good fast service.

We can not fault anything, the food was fantastic and the staff are wonderful they go that extra mile to make your visit as good as it can be. I have been here five times now and it has been perfect every time. I am GF so dining can be a problem. I get food envy as my menu is usually limite. Cote have a large GF menu and I have never felt I am missing out. I highly recomend Cote. Thank you.

Had a really lovely meal last night and the sidecar cocktails were delicious too

We had a very good night. To say the place was full the service and food was very good. Only problem for me whilst not very steady in my legs getting to the ladies was a bit difficult as staff were coming up a narrow corridor with large trays of food as I was trying to get to toilet which was in the same corridor. Bit of a traffic jam.

Quick, friendly service. Nice relaxing surroundings. Good choice of food which was very tasty.

We are very happy with Côte Brasserie. My only slight criticism would be the comfort of the seating which has no lower back support. Full marks though for service and food quality. Good choice too.
