The hotel's restaurant was fully booked and Cote was an obvious choice.

After waiting ages to get attention of a member of staff was given the bill before we had ordered dessert!

From start to finish it was exceptionally brilliant. The preordering was easy and dealt with well - every query was promptly replied to. The food was of top quality, as was the service and the entire atmosphere.

Lovely meal & great service as always. We took some friends with us who had never been before & they enjoyed it too!

Good ambience in the restaurant and tables not too close to each other. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately as it was a Saturday evening it got packed with diners and we had a long wait for our desserts. However they were on the house due to our wait (a nice touch in this day and age). Due to the number of diners the noise level rose considerably. Probably better to visit on a week night.

Food was good but the food took around 45 mins to arrive which was a long time. Then three meals arrived and the other three came around 5mins later- which was not great waiting whilst food was going cold.

A pleasant unhurried evening... It was a quiet night but the general ambience did not detract.

It was very busy but staff coped well. The only slight thing was it was a but noisy. We were in the middle of the room on round table so we're surrounded with sound. Not complaining really just comment.

The excellent food and careful, willing service that we expect from Cote.

Excellent food and friendly, efficient service in a relaxing atmosphere. Only a forgotten drink order for one of our party prevented me from giving an optimum rating. However, I would excuse that because there was a large party of other diners in progress. Our thanks to all the lovely staff for a really enjoyable evening!

We had a terrific lunch, as always. Staff are so helpful and customer focused, thank you. Our French Martinis were delicious- what a treat! People were asking us what we were drinking. Food was excellent, and my niece was very impressed by her first visit to Cote.

Cote stand out above all other chain restaurants. For service and quality of product it never fails to be first class.

Ordered the steak. The plate came I decorated and just with chips. Most unappealing. You normally get tomatoes and mushrooms or something. Took ages to arrive

Excellent service and pretty good meal - the ‘normal’ steak frites is better than the rib eye and cheaper.
