Really nice Birthday lunch for my wife, with unexpected meeting with her twin brother. Staff put theirselves out to make it a great lunch. Food great, as always Great atmosphere.

Just shared a delicious lunch with a good friend, using a January set menu deal. We had wonderful, attentive, friendly service, by a lovely waitress. The food as always was both attractive and delicious. £9.95 for two courses is a really good price. I have always had consistent food and great service at this branch of Cote, and will definitely be back again soon.

Enjoyed the experience but overall felt that the food came too quickly - I know just no pleasing some people :-) There were not many people in on the Sunday evening so perhaps that is why the food came so quickly. For us, we like to have a chat between courses

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. We visit approximately once a week and always have the dilemma of choice. Best breakfast in Shrewsbury versus superb lunch options. We have now stopped gong anywhere else to eat when in town. Thank you for such quality food and service

Booked online had a fab lunch, but was charged for the free bottle of wine. Rang the restaurant and they are going to sort it. I should have known because every time I go the bill is wrong. The food was very nice and very pleasant, helpful staff so that made up for it.

Unfortunately the vegetables we ordered did not arrive until @ 5 mins after our meal arrived but the food was excellent and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Food was excellent but unfortunately the service was way to quick with only 2 minutes between finishing our starters and then having our main meal delivered. Also dessert and coffee came within 5 minutes of ordering - overall far to fast and really didn't get a chance to enjoy the meal as much as we would have liked. :-( From the time of entering and leaving we were all done within one and a quarter hours which was really far to quick - also the restaurant wasn't even busy.

Lived in France for twelve years, and this Brasserie is the closest to good French Cuisine yet found. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff with a pleasant manner. Excellent food without overpowering portions which allowed me to fully experience all three courses of their lunch menu, and all at a very reasonable price. They were also able to serve an aperitif I have yet to find elsewhere.

Had the special January sale menu. Could not fault the quality of the dishes and the service. Excellent.

Another excellent experience at Cote. Outstanding service - particularly the wine recommendation - and lovely food, as always.

A warm welcome, coats taken and hung up, requested table by the window, efficient friendly staff in all sections and wine just what we wanted. Our starters were perfect, the ‘cottage pie’ very well received and the creme caramel best we had ever tasted. The puy lentil dish disappointing as most of the vegetables were so al dente as to be undercooked, what a shame. Overall a very pleasant lunchtime and we look forward to returning.
