The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was excellent as always and in my opinion it’s the best breakfast deal around. Great value for money.

We had the set lunch menu and because I have a birthday this month, we were given a free Kir Royale on arrival. Apart from that, we just drank the Cote filtered water. We had chicken liver parfait and smoked mackerel salad as starters, followed by pan fried plaice. We decided not to have a dessert. The bill for two was under £30 including service. Great value and the food was good, but as a Cote regular, I was less inspired by the set lunch menu choices than usual.

Great food, well flavoured and not heavy, perfect summer lunch, great service, properly attentive and not overbearing, good price including a reasonably priced bottle of rose.

Lovely food and wine, great special offers - especially the early evening menu. Service was a bit slow (but they were very busy for a Monday night).

I love Cote. Always delicious and excellent service. Wonderful value for lunch time menu. They vary the menu regularly and the chefs make the best hollandaise sauce ever.

Excellent menu , the food cooked beautifully and served up looking really appetising. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. We eat there most Thursdays.

You have an excellent chef in your Sevenoaks branch. Hang on to her/him. The lamb was cooked to perfection as was the duck. Absolutely excellent.

We always enjoy our experience at this restaurant and return for our two monthly evening get together. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the food is good. As we were celebrating a birthday we all enjoyed a complimentary kir royale which added to our enjoyment.

Very smart in every way. Especially the waiting staff who were most polite and attentive as well as efficient. Table in garden a great relief in such a high temperature.

We took a late supper at 9.45pm on a Sunday evening in an otherwise deserted restaurant. The dishes chosen: fish parmentier and steak frites, were up to the usual high standard but the kitchen had run out of French beans and the waitress served the meal with no comment. No alternative was suggested or provided until the absence of green was noticed and pointed out to her. Although a green salad was brought after a short delay, it is a pity we had to ask. Cote in Sevenoaks has always been a reliable late dinner venue for us and we will definitely return.

I booked for a special Father's Day treat for my husband. We were welcomed and seated quickly and warmly. We both had Steak Frites and it was delicious, as usual. My husband enjoyed his Tarte aux Pommes and I loved my chocolate fondant for dessert. Altogether a good experience and we shall be returning very soon.

Really good, have been here before and not enjoyed it so much. Mussels were delicious as was the steak tartare and belly pork. Got our complimentary bottle of wine, such a good way to try something you may not of already tried. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Our party of 6 all enjoyed our excellent meals and our granddaughters were delighted when the staff brought candles and wished them a happy birthday.

Lovely lunch sitting the courtyard on a sunny day. Service and food were good. To be critical, some of the lettuce leaves had seen better days but the salad was good overall.

Yet again a friendly service, delicious food and customers not packed in like sardines. Plenty of choice on the menu. Booked the table for 7.30pm which meant we could not have the early deal, but were surprised that they did 3 courses for £18 ish.

It was ok. Service was average, as was the breakfast. Lots of uncleared tables as we walked in which made the place look a bit messy and chaotic. Had to ask for them to take our order, but the people who did eventually serve us were nice and friendly xx

It was very busy due to it being Father’s Day, but we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated to the table we had previously booked. The service was extremely slow, we had to ask for one of the pots of tea again as they only served 2 drinks on s table of 3 and we also had to ask for our water. The food was good after a very long wait.

I HATE the way the put 12.5% service on automatically - its just wrong. You should too when you get good service and not when service or food is not good. Food in Cote is pretty good but this just gets on my nerves.

Great breakfast and staff but we waited a fair while for our food and didn't really like the part of the restaurant we were sat in. A bit disappointing as we had booked a week in advance so expected a better table rather than being seated in what seemed to be the overflow part of the restaurant. We asked to be moved but there wasn't room - will know to specify if we go back.

Always good food and service, and reasonably priced food and wines. The new prestige fixed price menu is excellent value for money as is of course the a la carte menu.

Ottima cena. Menù molto vario e tutto buono. Personale cortese. La Brasserie è molto carina e si può anche cenare all’aperto. Ci torno ad ogni passaggio a Sevenoaks.

The lunch was excellent, and just what my companion and I expected. Service was good but not overbearing, and the food could not be faulted - just typical of Cote.

Lovely meal for 2 with a complimentary bottle of rose. Fresh fish very tasty and well served and presented. All staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. Nice to have an outside terrace to sit on as well that I had not noticed before

Eat at Cote in Sevenoaks regularly. Food is always consistently good and we enjoy their varying monthly specials menu as well as their regular a la carte dishes. The service is polite and efficient. No hesitation in recommending them.

Two of our party ordered ribeye steak from the Prestige Menu to be told it wasn't available, we ordered a side of green beans but they didn't arrive with the meal or subsequently. The desserts are now very limited on the early menu since the changes The food we had we enjoyed and the waiter was pleasant, Cote remains good value for money.

Rubbish service and the staff was so unkind and not welcoming, one staff member in particular was very stroppy And rude and kept throwing things around not doing anything with care

A very good evening. We ate from the Prestige Menu. Excellent food and excellent value for money, staff friendly and efficient. We have always enjoyed our visits to various Cote restaurants but this was particularly good.

We ordered kir as an aperitif but had to remind the waiters when the starters arrived that we hadn’t received them. We got the impression that staffing is reduced on Sunday evenings. However the quality of the food was excellent.

We had a lovely lunch at Cote Sevenoaks, sat in the courtyard. Chose the premier menu, delicious pork belly and coupe noir for desert - yum! Great service too.

Always lovely welcome. Food deal worth having. Tried the new menu and noticed that you now have a premier menu as well. Great idea so lots to choose from.

Cappuccino very disappointing, warm not hot and without the chocolate sprinkles looked anaemic. Coco powder available if you ask! Too much mustard in the sauce served with the English asparagus.The sink area by the till and coffee machine looked very mucky. Inattentive staff. Won’t be going again in a hurry.

Very good meal and excellent service. The Breton chicken was particularly good, and the choice of wine excellent. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.
