Côte Sevenoaks

The service was very good, as usual and the food was enjoyable although the fennel was under-cooked. As there are no vegetables included in most dishes it is no longer good value for money. There is a lack of affordable wine.

Food is well thought out and the French theme runs throughout. The table was a bit small for 6 but we managed. The waiters were attentive and conversed well. It was a shame they chose to smash bottles in a bin near where we sat causing my mum to jump each time.

Excellent food and service. The staff were lovely and made it a very relaxed experience. As they knew it was my son’s birthday, they brought out a surprise cake for him.

First class food and excellent service been there many times over the years with Just my wife and with friends and of coarse the kids everyone likes to go back

Food good as usual although the dish my husband wanted was not available. Service was good and we all left contented. Shame however that on weekends the set menu and prestige menu are not available.

Friendy staff, good service and delicious food, and there was a nice ambience in the restaurant, all of which contributed towards making our evening very enjoyable.

What a fantastic meal. Cote Sevenoaks is a lovely restaurant and much bigger than it looks. The staff were attentive but didn't hover around us. The food was really good and the company helped, too. I can quite easily recommend this restaurant as a great place to dine.

Quick and friendly service. The food was good, maybe not exceptional but well cooked and tasty. It did get a bit noisy in the section we were in, but usually it is manageable.

Pleasant staff welcome on arrival. The restaurant has a buzzing atmosphere and the waiting staff provide a good service. Enjoyable experience for meeting friends, good food and all nicely presented. Well worth a visit.

Nice table,menu has good range.Speciel starter very good will be back thanks.It was very busy but staff still nice.We go there often so hope it stays good.

Very pleasant experience and great food. Very well organised for coeliac sufferers with an entirely separate gluten free menu which featured almost all the dishes from the main menu with appropriate modifications. Highly recommended for coeliacs.

Staff welcoming as ever. Wine a bit slow arriving but food excellent. I thought the Sevenoaks premises a bit less appealing than my usual Cote at Reigate.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful waitress. Refreshing complimentary "August" cocktail. Very few items on the menu that I would have been unhappy to order. Delicious food and wine and prompt service

Excellent evening spent at Cotes Sevenoaks enjoying the complimentary Summer gins! As always service was first class and food was superb! Nearly always have the duck breast as it is the best place I have had it served!

The food was good, but the service (gap between starter and main course) was quite slow.. This was apparently also the case for a few neighbouring tables. But the staff were friendly and apologetic

Food was excellent. Service was slow but the manager was very apologetic about this and discounted the meal so overall a good experience and would recommend.

The food was great. The waiter had very poor English and confused the drinks and starter otders. We had a great evening but did not pay all the service charge.

It was disappointing that they did not have any fillet steak nor any veal and this was also quite surprising given that we visited on a Sunday evening.

Restaurant was very busy. Took ages to order and then ages for drinks to come. There was no complimentery water offered. Our starters came in reasonable time but we had to ask for our main course. By this time it was 8.40.Our table was booked for 7.15....so I find this not good

Previous visits to Cote Sevenoaks have had good food & service. On this occasion when we took guests, service slow & ordered steaks, we were eventually told, were unavailable. Disappointed with experience.

The food was great and staff were very helpful; took into account wheelchair and nut allergy requirements. Made it a very special family event and birthday celebration.

Restaurant always clean and airy in this hot weather as tables are not over close. Staff always friendly and food good but sometimes the steaks are not as hot as they should be. But staff are quick to put things right.

A couple of dishes on the set menu weren't available but overall we loved our meal and though it was excellent value. Seafood linguine and iced berries were particularly good. Would go again and highly recommend.

Such a lovely meal at Cote in Sevenoaks. Complementary bubbles a sit was a birthday and then at the end dessert and sang was a lovely touch. Food was delicious.

Fantastic service: we were the last customers in the restaurant, but didn't feel rushed at all and the staff did everything to make us feel welcome.

Really noisy - young children were sat down right next to us - so disappointing as staff are always good and service is always prompt.

We had our dinner which was nice but then waited once our plates were cleared thinking a dessert menu would be brought over, which it didn't. We ended up asking then couldn't be bothered to wait much longer

Hard to believe this is a chain as this particular branch treats everyone very much as a valued customer! Excellent breakfast cooked to perfection and with top quality ingredients

My wife and I both had the Ribeye steak which was very nice and the service was good too. We like dining here for a pre cinema meal.

Perfect place. Airco with outside temp. Of 30C plus. Good service. Good food and drinks. In city center. Easy access and easy parking. Will go again.

They have recently changed their menus so that the two courses for £11.95 deal is not quite as attractive as before - the half Breton chicken option has gone which is a shame. Instead they have introduced a more expensive 'Prestige' offer of two courses for £15.95 but overall it remains the usual dependable Cote fare; good quality food reasonably priced and promptly served.

We visit this Côte every week. We enjoy it very much, otherwise we would not go. We take friends with us when they visit us. if we are going to receive a "Feedback Request" from you every time we go, it may put us off. If we don't enjoy it, for some reason, we tell the (excellent), who we know well. Please give us a break!

Very good food, nice and friendly and efficient staff. Pleasant surroundings and more than enough of ‘elbow room’! Complimentary drinks were very much appreciated but we would still have had lunch there even without them!

No one to meet & greet guests at door, although was just after 12 so possibly the reason. We finally flagged down a waitress who seemed a bit flustered (although polite) In fact most of the staff seemed very junior & didn't have much idea of how important the little things are - for example, we got a dish of olives etc but no picks with it to get anything out of the bowl so left us trying to use forks without much success! Also, after initial drink order we weren't asked if we wanted anything else with our meal, which while was not crucial for us was rather missing a trick for the restaurant! Despite that, food was good as one expects from Cote & we were served promptly, if basically.

Cote Sevenoaks is always consistent; reasonably good food, excellent service, very reliable. The food is not haute cuisine, but nor are the prices. Always good value.

Excellent food and good value. Never fails to please although tonight it was very quiet. I love the Prestige Menu. Will be eating there again soon.

The food was great, with a good portion and extremely delicious. All the staff were very friendly and the service was fast as we had to get back to the stag theatre. Would definitely recommend.
