Good service and meals - all approved by us three guests - especially with allergy discussions and choices

As always love there is a dedicated gluten free menu and now a vegan one too makes it so much easier for my family to enjoy a meal out. Food was lovely and fresh and service polite and attentive. Great for a relaxed Friday evening out.

We both ordered a Breakfast Formule which including an orange or apple juice and a hot drink. My husband had a Full English Breakfast and I ordered the Crêpe Complète, We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and cannot fault it.

We where promised a French Martini with our meal . But we didn't get one . Plus they seated us next to the entrance door which when it opened the curtain partially it the table x The meal was fine tho .

We went to Cote Sevenoaks last night (Saturday 7:30pm). We had reservations for 6. I have happily eaten here many times but last night was an extreme disappointment. One of the side dishes (spinach) was never served. Two of the sauces served with the rib eye beef were incorrect. Yet most shocking is that one of the meals NEVER came. When initially serving the other meals, the waitress said the missing meal would be right out. After we had finished about 50% of our meals, the waitress came over and asked what the guest had even ordered and she would enquire. She came back and said the order had been missed and had not even been cooked, yet. When it was finally served the rest of us were all nearly completely done with our meals. Absolutely pathetic service with only a mere "sorry" offered to our table.

We dined together with two friends from Canada and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The Prestige Menu is always good value and the Moules Marinière were very much enjoyed by 3 of us. 2 steaks, Haddock and Chicken followed, and we finished with a Coupe Noir and 3 Crème Caramels, the house speciality, which were pronounced "delicious"!

Were put at a table next to a very large table that was very noisy. Seemed inappropriate as the large table could have been accommodated in the annex area making the restaurant quieter. Also wrong starters served and then incorrect charges on final bill had to be corrected.

Booking the table and arriving everyone knew who I was and clearly expecting us. The table was set right at the back of the restaurant and away from everyone else; which left little to no atmosphere. Maybe this was because it was a Wednesday night but even so I felt we were out alone. Table setting pleasing but baron. No flowers etc. Service good and quick and helpful. Food hot and delicious. I would return but not sure if I’d bring a large party again.

We had a brilliant afternoon at Cote Sevenoaks today. We took my granny out for lunch to celebrate her 89th birthday, and the food and drinks were great. Portions were generous, and everything I tried was delicious. What really made the experience though was the incredible service. My gran is in a wheelchair and her hearing isn’t the best - when I explained our requirements, we were seated at a wheelchair accessible table in a quiet corner of the restaurant, so that she was able to hear everyone easily and join in the conversation. Our waiter, Vito, absolutely charmed my gran from the start and made her feel so special. He was very chatty and extremely funny, and made sure throughout the whole meal that everything was perfect for her. There were some really thoughtful touches - complimentary drinks, a kids ‘activity pack’ for my gran (which was intended as a joke, but she actually loved it!), dessert for my gran with a candle in (and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to her - she got quite emotional!)... at the end of the meal Vito even wheeled her outside the restaurant himself to say goodbye. She kept saying “he’s so lovely” and “he’s the best waiter I’ve ever met” - I honestly think he made the meal for her. She’s already asking to go back, so I think we may have to become regular customers! Overall, I was so impressed by the entire experience. My gran had an amazing time, as did everyone else. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff, and especially Vito, who was an absolute star!

A relaxing place for Sunday brunch, with good food and service. Only downside was you do not serve green tea 🙁

i came to Cote for a late dinner on 5th September as a guest of my son and dinner was delicious..... I had the pork and my son the chicken. Both were a credit to the Chef. Creme Caramel was the dessert and the best I have tasted except when I used to make !!!!! I did say to friends recently that I have never had a disappointing dinner at Cote whether it was at the Brighton Cote where I went frequently, or Sevenoaks where I moved to 6 months ago. Chain restaurants are often criticised and quite rightly so, however Cote is different. The food service and ambience I experienced last evening were truly excellent. It is some time since I have visited Cote tarring it in my head as just another chain. I will be visiting more often in future.

A lovely evening with very attentive and charming staff. The food was very excellent and it is always good at Cote that you change your menus every month. We had the Prestige Menu and the complimentary cocktail which was delicious and the wine was lovely and cold. Cote always has reliably good food and knowledgeable and professional staff which makes a meal an enjoyable experience and worth the money.

The service was friendly and efficient, our starters were excellent but three of our four main courses were cooked incorrectly. We ordered two medium rare lamb rumps, but they weren't pink at all, and one medium rare steak which was so very bloody in the middle we sent it back to be cooked a little more. Everything else about the meal was very good (and has been in the past) so we were surprised by this.

Lovely evening where allowed to take our time over delicious food.
