Excellent. Friendly helpful staff, nice menu, everything available and a complimentary aperitif.
Thank you for another delicious meal, we loved both our starters and mains and the Crème Caramel dessert is exquisite, I could eat three courses of that on it's own! Hope to see you again soon.
As usual the food was really good. However I was somewhat disappointed with the level of service today. My colleague had to leave early and despite asking for his individual bill had to wait some time before a member of staff came with the card machine. When the rest of us were ready to leave (we are all working and in our lunch hour (!)) we asked for the bill twice. The waitress arrived with the card machine, my colleague tapped his card and the waitress said in not a quiet voice "Declined". Whilst my colleague was not particularly embarrassed I thought it was not handled in a very sensitive manner. Polly Wright
the visit was excellent from the politeness and courtesy of the staff to the excellent gluten free menu and food
The last two times I’ve eaten with you the portions have been noticeably smaller. I mentioned this the first time but no change on subsequent visit. I really like Cote and eat regularly with you but the shine has been taken off because of the reduced amount to eat. David Dye
Had such a lovely time at cote and complimentary drinks for my mums birthday, was so lovely! Thank you
Family Dinner. Enyord the "normal" excellent welcome, food and service.
Great service and excellent food. The best value in Sevenoaks!
It was part of my husbands birthday celebrations and we had an amazing evening. The staff were lovely and served us Prosecco before our meal. My grandson and I didn’t want a dessert or coffee but my husband chose a dessert which was brought to him with a candle on and he was sung happy birthday to by some staff. He was also not charged for the dessert which we thought was a really nice gesture. In all we had a really lovely evening which my husband thoroughly enjoyed . Thankyou

Always, a good overall service and food of a good standard . Our favourite in Sevenoaks itself Mike Dickman

Sirloin steak looked unusual for a steak. Imagine a letter P that’s was the shape of it. Three grizzly bits and overall not a very nice steak. Belly pork has obviously changed some what, not as nice as previous visits. Salad look tired and limp, some leaves were brown. The chap said it was the dressing.... this comment did disappoint me. Visited Sevenoaks branch for many years, after today’s experience it will be a long time before we return, sadly.
Everything a French restaurant should be - fresh food cooked from scratch, polite service, lovely ambience. Best eaterie in South England 👍🏻
Excellent food and our waiter was so brilliant- made out lunch such fun, he had such a great sense of humour and was very very kind to my elderly mum. (I feel bad I can’t remember his name - shame on me.)
Excellent! Good food Friendly helpful waitress We will return very soon

Slightly disappointing. We visited for a celebratory breakfast and ordered two full English and one Eggs Royal. Service was prompt the food tasty but the quality was lacking. None of the poached eggs had runny yolks and one of the fried egg yolks was hard as well. It should be simple for a professional kitchen to serve up eggs properly, disappointing that it didn't happen on this occasion

Good food and service. Always consistent in quality. Recommend it.
Food was really nice. Service was excellent. Only negative point was that there was no vegan option (we came for breakfast). However they did adapt the vegetarian breakfast, which was really nice.
Very attentive and helpful staff especially for the gluten free menu.
Good food and very good service. The only problem we had with our evening, the table behind our's was incredibly loud which rather prohibited the discussion between two couples on our table.
Tasty food and great service in a lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere.
Visited this restaurant several times and always enjoyed my meal. The staff are always efficient and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Very nice meal and service served with a lovely complimentary summer grapefruit cocktails.
Excellent service, surrounding and especially the food - being a medically diagnosed coeliac I have every confidence in a good choice properly segregated so as not to jeopardise my health.
The food was delicious, our waitress was friendly and efficient and we enjoyed the evening. The tuna carpaccio was particularly good. The only criticism is that there was more salt than is ideal in some of the food.
A very pleasant evening. Good food and friendly efficient service.

Very attentive polite staff ,knowledgeable on food and drinks .I chose the Prestige menu -liver pate was tasty .Then I ordered the pork loin for mains which was delicious .Dessert choice was Coupe Noire (vanilla ice cream with melted warm chocolate sauce ). Coffee to follow -I chose a cappuccino and this had a fluffy layer of froth on top with chocolate power sprinkled on top . Food was of a high standard and servings just the right amount .
The only negative thing was the piped music which was, in my opinion, unnecessary as there was a pleasant hum of conversation in the place. It means that conversation with friends is difficult and one of our party had a hearing aid so was particularly inconvenienced.
Most unusually for Cote Sevenoaks, I left the restaurant disappointed. I had eaten there 2 days previously and enjoyed an excellent meal comprising the tuna carpaccio and the hake piperade. I ordered exactly the same combination on the 7th and they were entirely different and inferior dishes. Both portions were smaller, untidily presented, and lacking the particular flavours that they had exhibited previously. One of my companions salmon was unpleasant to her palette, so I offered her some of my hake. She found the flavour of that also not to be agreeable. On being asked how I had found the meal, I observed that it was "less than alright" but that elicited no response. I am, a very frequent visitor, but I shall be delaying my next trip there for quite a while. What a pity!
Slow service but good value meal. Noisy, but that is not uncommon with restaurants these days
great Spanish waiter...really made our evening very nice food and wine
After many years eating at Cote, for the first time ever a poor experience, falling well below the high standards you usually aspire to. Based on such poor food and service I would not return to the Sevenoaks branch. Four very disappointing breakfasts. Poached eggs had solid yolks and avocado was rock hard. Both were replaced after making the waiter aware but then no toast on the plate when brought back to the table. Furthermore once replaced we had to ask numerous times for a replacement knife and fork. In the end we took one from the table next door. As for the cooked breakfasts which are usually so good - scrambled eggs were brown and congealed, sausages barely cooked and toast black. Really, really disappointing.
We are regular visitors and huge fans of the chain, we used at least 20 of you branches. Sevenoaks is our local and favourite. However we have noticed portion sizes have been being reduced. Keep an eye on this, I do not want to start leaving the restaurant hungry as we did last night. Other than this. First class, we love it!
Amazing service this evening and food was great as always
The waiter was amazing. So attentive. Service was quick and timing of starter and main course excellent.
Always a good meal. Never disappointed. Will be back soon.
Superb food and very professional service whole evening a delight
Efficient and friendly service and excellent food and good value.
Always high quality food and a varied menu with a French flavour
It was an extremely hot day, but the restaurant was beautifully air-conditioned so it was a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were helpful and attentive. I will return!
Good service - very good staff and management - will return
Cote provide a good all round experience. There is variety provided by the various monthly menu offers. The drinks offers eg Gin and Tonics, cocktails etc are appealing. The food quality is good and the service excellent . One also feels that you get value for money. My wife and I are regular guests with friends and are never disappointed Mike Dickman

Once again overall a very pleasant evening, a bit of a noisy table. Of small children apparently completely out of the control of the grown ups but clearly having a lovely time. The food was fine and the staff as friendly and attentive as ever.
Very good restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, good authentic food.
The meal and service were good and enjoyable would definitely recommend and visit again.
Felt a little rushed today and the service wasn’t quite to its form. I have been a long standing client of Cote Sevenoaks from the start and today I didn’t feel like I wanted to come back. I understand it was busy but there’s lacking of management. Staff didn’t seem happy or smiling, sad faces. Not welcoming .
Very attentive staff nothing too much. As ever food was very good.
We have never been to Cote before but we will certainly be coming again. We had a great meal and really enjoyed ourselves.Thank you.
Wonderful as always! Can’t fault Cote brassiere and I go a lot! Sevenoaks was a new to me and would face to say it was great! Thank you to waiters and Waitresses for a very pleasant experience
Always love Cote. The staff look after us so well and there’s always something new on the menu to try
