Service was slow (table of 2 seated after us had their order taken before us) and food was cold when it arrived. The kitchen aid brining the food for our table, on the serving tray, walked up and down 5 times before the food was brought to our table. They were trying to get the FOH team to serve the food, they asked for "service" 3 times at the drinks station. We did tell our waitress on check back that the food was cold and she spoke to the manager, the waitress took one of the meals from the bill, this was a nice guesture, but really what we wanted was our breakfast to be hot when it reached the table.
The service was excellent and the food wonderful, despite the restaurant being very full and busy. It was an excellent way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Another good visit to Cote with the food and service excellent. For those visiting Salisbury and want value for money a breakfast at Cote is a must .
Excellent food and service as always. Cote is our favourite restaurant in Salisbury and they never fail to deliver on both service and the food is always delicious.
Delicious food including an incredible fillet steak and awesome, efficient and friendly service as ever. Well done Cote, you never disappoint and we'll be back soon!
Great table in the courtyard, with a large choice of courses. Food was excellent and reasonable priced. Extensive choice of wines, but limited choice of beers /ciders. Despite being full, the service was quick.
Excellent staff who looked after our party of 6 very well. Varied menus had something for everyone. Final bill was very food value for money.
Brakefast as ever good value. We find that it gives us a chance to chat and it sets us up for the day's events ahead.
Great service and great food as always! We had the three course anniversary menu which included a free glass of champagne. We all absolutely loved our courses and will definitely be back soon!!
Good ambience. Excellent starters of pissaladiere and frisée with lardons and poached egg. Mains - moules were probably the tastiest my wife can remember being offered anywhere. My couscous was well thought out and interestingly constructed with roasted vegetables. Desserts - creme caramel to die for, chocolate pot totally reliable. Good service. Good espresso. Optional standard tip is a good idea and is stress free.
Great food but the crowded tables (hearing every word of the conversation on the next table) and the heat in the restaurant did marr an otherwise excellent meal. Please consider how you could reduce the temperature in your salisbury cote. It is regularly an issue when I dine there.

I have never had such a long wait for service at any other Cotes as I had today. I appreciate it was busy but have never had to wait this long before. We arrived at 1 pm and we were still in the restaurant at 3.10 only having had two courses. We had to then rush to pay as my friend's car park of 3 hours was nearly up. There appeared to be too few waiting staff for all the customers. I did pay the gratuity, as the staffing is due to bad management, not the fault of the waiting staff.
husband's birthday. lovely sea bass melt in the mouth delicious fennel cream. crêpe very alcoholic but super Attentive service . Great fans of Cote Patricia
Usually everything goes smoothly and the staff are efficient and charming. This visit was interesting in that we could not have the table we asked for so they very kindly gave us each a kit royale. Unfortunately our waitress finished her shift after we ordered our puddings and they did not arrive- however swiftly remedied and free coffee all round. The July set menu was disappointing and I get the impression that they are reducing portions. We are going again next week for the August set menu which looks more promising. On this occasion two for one as part of the rewards programme. However still our favourite place to eat in Salisbury and always busy with an excellent atmosphere. No complaints normally.
Excellent service despite a very large group being served at the same time as us. Breakfast was delicious as always and a very pleasant location to eat it in.
Great service. Great food at value for money prices. Frequent diner. pre performance meals very conveniently placed for Playhouse. very pleasant staff and ambience. Okay.😊
Not worth eating elsewhere in Salisbury. Nothing to beat Cote!
Alway excellent! Lunched with aChef friend, his choice of venue!
