Côte Salisbury

Had a lovely evening celebrating a belated Birthday, Christmas and New Year! Food was delicious and staff very attentive without being overbearing. We love going to Cote at Salisbury and would highly recommend it to others.

This is a fantastic place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the place is always busy and there are plenty of regulars. The food is always good and the New Years evening menu was delicious and good value.

Excellent menu. Food extremely well cooked and presented. Charming service. Very good value for a first class New Years Eve dinner and very good value wine list. Brilliant start to 2018.

The table laid with a selection of nibbles and a glass of fizz was a nice bonus. We have been to Cote Brasserie many times, and are very pleased we decided to take advantage of a great value and delicious deal for New Year's Eve. Thank you !

Fantastic restaurant, our favourite in Salisbury! Excellent food, service and clean toilets, staff friendly and professional you can not fault it, we have never had a bad meal here

Our breakfast, atCote was as always a pleasure, the food, and service was excellent and Cote Salisbury is our very favourite eating place so clos to our home

Always consistently good, a fee things missing from lunch time menu but really not a problem and made aware of this on arrival. Nice relaxed friendly service

Generally a reliable restaurant with quite a buzzy atmosphere, but I think these days it is a bit unusual to have to buy vegetables separately.

Excellent every time. Never fails to deliver. Amazing food and first class service. It might not be cheap but it is worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

The food is truly excellent. It is by far the best in Salisbury. The setting is also excellent. The service is very good, but I would have liked to see less stress, more relaxed attitudes that would have generated more smiling waitresses and waiters. Having said that the service was very good nonetheless.

Lovely pre-Christmas meal. Service was excellent and the food was cooked beautifully. This was our first visit to this Cote restaurant, having had very good experiences at other branches. This rates among the best.

Such a lovely meal before the Panto at Salisbury Playhouse. Food was hot, well cooked and delicious. Great service from start to finish. Took my parents for the first time who really enjoyed it!

I AND MY FRIEND HAVE EATEN SEVERAL TIMES AT COTE AND WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT TO BE EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE WE CANNOT FAULT IT.

Not very impressed with the standard of food. Steak very bland, fish pie not as good as that served in Bath. Overall not very impressed.

Nice place, good food, but part of our food order did not arrive with the main courses; staff had to be reminded and it only arrived half-way through the meal. Not really good enough and lets the place down badly

As always, first class food, great atmosphere and service with a smile; and excellent value for money to boot. I sometimes wonder what would we do without the Cote?

The Cote in Salisbury never fails to please. The food, as always, was excellent. The venue charming, and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Located in a pretty part of Salisbury and in the summer you can sit outside Winter this visit but service was still excellent and the food delicious.

I find the staff, the service, the menu choice, the cost and the quality of food well worth top marks. I would be happy to move in tomorrow!!!!

We were a little disappointed to find that the set menu had changed to the set Christmas menu as we had enjoyed the standard set lunch at Chichester Cotes on Monday and had decided what to have at Salisbury!!! However, we did enjoy our lunches. The service was good despite being very busy and the Manager was very understanding when she learned of our disappointment , which we appreciated.

A slight problem with my main course was dealt with professionally and with courtesy by the Manager. We have always enjoyed our visits to the Salisbury restaurant and will return.

Arrived a little bit earlier than our pre-booked time but were accomodated without any fuss or hassle. We all ordered from the 'set menu' and all agreed it was a lovely meal. Service in Salisbury was as superb as in every other Cote restaurant we have used and, once again, cannot rate this chain highly enough. There was a small group of overly excited schoolgirls, along with their mothers, who had just started their Christmas break and were somewhat noisy. The waitress promptly came over and apologise for the noise, which was very thoughtful. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely eating experience.

Great service, very friendly and efficient staff in the Salisbury Cote Brasserie . Lunch with friends, we all had the three course Christmas menu and it was delicious!

Very nice food and good service. Only criticisms would be that the décor is a little bland, and I'm never keen on an "optional" gratuity being added to the bill, especially as at 12% it was over the usual. This can be (and probably often is) easily overlooked and then another tip given. We would have certainly tipped 10% as the service was good and the waiter very pleasant, but I don't like being put into the position of, if necessary, having to ask for it to be removed. Gratuities should be at the discretion of the customer.

Great food, service and diner experience the order of the day in our Salisbury Cote restaurant. Always good menu choice across a la carte, specials and seasonal menus. The only restaurant in the city that delivers every time.

Always a pleasure to eat at the restaurant the staff are very attentive and the food is fantastic. And it is very reasonably priced you will never still feel hungry when you leave.

Asked for quiet table for 60th lunch and great result! Food steady. Choc mousse just right not too sickly as some are. Service excellent. Very centrally located.
