We took our friends out for dinner here and we all enjoyed the food and the service was great

We had a lovely evening celebrating 2 family birthdays, the staff were very helpful and attentive and the food was the usual good quality you expect from Cote.

All very efficient on arrival. the food was very good and service very good. I would thoroughly recommend it and intend to come again. Must remember to book On Line!

Good food except the black olives! Service was friendly and helpful even when things were forgotten. Will go again because Cote is reliable. Good evening!

You can always depend on Cotes so we always choose it when meeting friends - early evening menu great value for money - very nice staff who make you feel welcome

We had a very friendly waiter who gave us the appropriate attention at the right time. The overall service was good and there was very little waiting between courses or attention when we were seated. The meals were of a high standard and very tasty. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch time with friends. This is our second visit which matched with the first and we will be be visiting again. Good service and great food. Arrived for pre-theatre meals on time. Service was attentive but not over the top. Food was served promptly from the early evening fixed price menu. Great value and very tasty. Highly recommended and a must to visit very soon.

Delicious lunch, delightful service and friendly atmosphere. It got a bit busy at the end so we had to forgo coffee due to time pressures but the fault was in the payment system not the staff (though an extra member of staff might have helped at the end of the lunch period). We are regular diners here and always very satisfied by their 2 course or 3 course early dining offers. Plenty of choice and efficient and friendly service.

Starters from the early evening menu were judged to be a bit ‘mean’ with the smoked salmon but a word with our waitress resulted with some extra salmon. Steaks and mussels great as usual. Cote is our go to pre theatre venue. Always prompt service. Excellent!

Great food, excellent value, good service and a lively ambience and atmosphere. We had the 3 course lunch special for £13.50 a head, loads of choice, good portions and really well cooked. Best moules we've had for a long time. It's our favourite lunch stop in Salisbury.

Excellent service and good choice on the menu. Good food well presented and very tasty. We did the pre theatre deal which was great value and made a good start to our evening.

The meal was very good this time, my friend and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. We both found it very noisy in the restaurant.

We were made very welcome on our arrival and shown to the table. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good and reasonably priced, and we weren’t hurried away when we’d finished.

Set menu had good choice. Waitress busy but attentive. I highly advise a portion of frites with most mains on the set menu as there are often no carbs on the plate. Mackerel rilettes starter was yummy but both of us agreed there was something lacking with the haddock (despite the added frites). Next time I’ll have the moules for main! I wish the puddings would be more exciting on the set menu, and as such we weren’t tempted. The menu was good value but we have had much better at Cote in the past.

Always the same experience - Excellent. Great service. Great food. Just had a simple main this evening of chicken breast with potatoes; nevertheless it was full of flavour - delicious!

Very fast service which is great for a pre-theatre meal. Worryingly almost too fast Food only average though, not very flavoursome, portions on the small side.

Great food, except we were disappointed that mussels were not on the menu, as we chose this restaurant specifically because our daughter loves mussels. I also take great exception to the fact that an "optional gratuity" of 5 pounds was automatically added to the bill and I had to ask to have this removed. Ironically,I would have left a good tip, had it not been forced on me. This is an abhorrent practice and puts me off returning.

A lovely early evening meal served quickly, cheerfully and attentively! Food was very good quality and we liked the rose Cote de Provence very much !

Excellent ambience, excellent food. Great service. What more can you ask? Despite the awful weather and the fact that it was Valentines day, we arrived slightly earlier - no problem. Very highly recmmended.

Cote at Salisbury is well worth a visit. Great location and atmosphere, with a large and tasty menu and pleasant service. The front section is cosy, with more subdued lighting and an older feel and the back more spacious and brighter, good for families and larger groups.

Well mannered staff, straightforward food and grog. Only consistently acceptable restaurant in Salisbury. That was the end of my review but I'm instructed to provide a 'Minimum of 25 words' - lalalalalalala ....

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Cote is really hard to beat for good value, the staff here are very friendly, never rush you and if asked for their opinion, they are totally honest.

Good choice on menu and plenty of special offers. Good service with attentive serving staff, decor and surroundings first rate with plenty of room between tables.

Food was very good...I think there was a problem in the kitchen so serving food took a while...but overall service, ambience was very good. Thank you.

Didn’t stay for a meal, tables were too close together so it felt like we were being joined by another 2 couples, it was our 10 wedding anniversary so we wanted a bit more privacy, will book at restaurant next time and request a particular table!

Very enjoyable breakfast and goo service. It was a different team on duty but the atmosphere and efficiency was almost the same, not quite though being very picky!

Really interesting Valentines Menu and very much enjoyed. Good quality food and well presented on the plate. Service very efficient, but relaxed and friendly. All staff get stuck in where a need arises, regardless of their main role and the managers and staff were very welcoming, as they always are. An excellent Cote and an asset to Salisbury.

Excellent service and food as always in Cote Salisbury. It is our favourite restaurant in Salisbury. Would recommend the duck, it’s delicious and very reasonably priced

We took a neighbour for a pre theatre meal for a matinee performance. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This included a salmon starter, haddock, fish parmentier and sea bass folllowed by a lemon tart, apple tart and creme caramel. Delicious and we are always impressed by Cote.

Friendly, efficient staff, good food, perfect for a pre-theatre dinner and excellent value. Easy to book online and wheelchair-accessible too. The olives we ordered didn't arrive but were not charged for, and there was plenty of food anyway so no problem.

Excellent and friendly service from all staff and an enjoyable meal with my dad for his birthday. This was made even better as I was able to use the complimentary meal offer so we had drinks too!

Everything was up to the high standards we expect from Cote. The waiter even asked if we agreed with the automatic service charge being added - which we did - which is not what happens at all Cote restaurants.

Another lovely evening at Cote in Salisbury. There were 9 of us and the service was first class as always. The food was delicious and we ate off the early bird menu which was very good value for money.

Great service ,friendly helpful ,efficient staff, toddler & baby friendly . Delicious fresh breakfasts, beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend the vegetarian option and great for carnivores too!
